Abstract
本发明提出了一种防腐耐磨的履带,包括履带底盘和包覆设置在履带底盘外部的橡胶履带;履带底盘包括底盘主体,底盘主体上涂覆一层防腐涂料,防腐涂料的制备方法如下:(1)称取原材料:称取高氯化聚乙烯树脂、硅烷偶联剂、缓蚀剂、石蜡、抗氧剂、甲基丙烯酸、水余量作为原材料;(2)将水加热至35℃后,加入剩余成分,继续加热至55℃后搅拌30‑80min即可;橡胶履带的制备方法如下:(1)制备A组分;(2)制备B组分;(3)按A组分与B组分按95:5的重量份数比混合后得到原材料;(4)将原材料硫化成型即可得到橡胶履带,有效防腐,提高了使用寿命。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种履带,具体涉及一种防腐耐磨的履带。
背景技术
履带底盘是用于支撑车辆底盘各部件并保证车辆正常行驶的装 置。履带底盘具有牵引力大、接地比压低、稳定性好、爬坡能力强等 优点因此在建筑机械、筑路机械及农业机械等领域广泛应用。在农用 机械领域中,由于其能够适应耕种及具有淤泥的土地,因此在旋耕机 和收割机等农用机构中广泛使用。
现有的履带底盘容易生锈,影响车辆的正常使用。
发明内容
本发明针对上述问题提出了一种防腐耐磨的履带,有效防腐,提高了使用寿命。
具体的技术方案如下:
一种防腐耐磨的履带,包括履带底盘和包覆设置在履带底盘外部的橡胶履带;
所述履带底盘包括底盘主体,底盘主体上涂覆一层防腐涂料,所述防腐涂料的制备方法如下:
(1)称取原材料:按重量百分比计称取高氯化聚乙烯树脂35-55%、硅烷偶联剂1-3%、缓蚀剂0.5-1%、石蜡0.03-0.06%、抗氧剂0.8-2.2%、甲基丙烯酸2-4%、水余量作为原材料;
(2)将水加热至35℃后,加入剩余成分,继续加热至55℃后搅拌30-80min即可;
所述橡胶履带的制备方法如下:
(1)制备A组分:将三元乙丙橡胶、聚异丁烯和甘油按87:11:4的重量份数比混合后得到改性橡胶作为A组分;
(2)制备B组分:按重量份数计将二甲基硅油8-16份、氧化锌1-3份、硬脂酸钙0.5-1份、防老剂1-3份、抗氧剂0.1-0.5份、偏硼酸2-6份、硫磺0.03-0.05份、苯乙烯3-5份、硫化剂0.6-1.3份混合均匀得到B组分;
(3)按A组分与B组分按95:5的重量份数比混合后得到原材料;
(4)将原材料硫化成型即可得到橡胶履带。
进一步的,所述硅烷偶联剂为异丁基三乙氧基硅烷。
进一步的,所述缓蚀剂为琉基苯并噻唑。
进一步的,所述抗氧剂为抗氧剂1010。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明有效防腐,提高了使用寿命。

实施例一
一种防腐耐磨的履带,包括履带底盘和包覆设置在履带底盘外部的橡胶履带;
所述履带底盘包括底盘主体,底盘主体上涂覆一层防腐涂料,所述防腐涂料的制备方法如下:
(1)称取原材料:按重量百分比计称取高氯化聚乙烯树脂50%、硅烷偶联剂2%、缓蚀剂0.8%、石蜡0.05%、抗氧剂1.8%、甲基丙烯酸3%、水余量作为原材料;
(2)将水加热至35℃后,加入剩余成分,继续加热至55℃后搅拌30-80min即可;
所述橡胶履带的制备方法如下:
(1)制备A组分:将三元乙丙橡胶、聚异丁烯和甘油按87:11:4的重量份数比混合后得到改性橡胶作为A组分;
(2)制备B组分:按重量份数计将二甲基硅油12份、氧化锌2份、硬脂酸钙0.7份、防老剂2份、抗氧剂0.3份、偏硼酸4份、硫磺0.04份、苯乙烯4份、硫化剂1份混合均匀得到B组分;
(3)按A组分与B组分按95:5的重量份数比混合后得到原材料;
(4)将原材料硫化成型即可得到橡胶履带。
进一步的,所述硅烷偶联剂为异丁基三乙氧基硅烷。
进一步的,所述缓蚀剂为琉基苯并噻唑。
进一步的,所述抗氧剂为抗氧剂1010。
实施例二

(2)将水加热至35℃后,加入剩余成分,继续加热至55℃后搅拌30-80min即可;
所述橡胶履带的制备方法如下:
(1)制备A组分:将三元乙丙橡胶、聚异丁烯和甘油按87:11:4的重量份数比混合后得到改性橡胶作为A组分;
(2)制备B组分:按重量份数计将二甲基硅油16份、氧化锌3份、硬脂酸钙1份、防老剂3份、抗氧剂0.5份、偏硼酸6份、硫磺0.05份、苯乙烯5份、硫化剂1.3份混合均匀得到B组分;
(3)按A组分与B组分按95:5的重量份数比混合后得到原材料;
(4)将原材料硫化成型即可得到橡胶履带。
进一步的,所述硅烷偶联剂为异丁基三乙氧基硅烷。
进一步的,所述缓蚀剂为琉基苯并噻唑。

Claims (4)
1.一种防腐耐磨的履带,包括履带底盘和包覆设置在履带底盘外部的橡胶履带,其特征为;
所述履带底盘包括底盘主体,底盘主体上涂覆一层防腐涂料,所述防腐涂料的制备方法如下:
(1)称取原材料:按重量百分比计称取高氯化聚乙烯树脂35-55%、硅烷偶联剂1-3%、缓蚀剂0.5-1%、石蜡0.03-0.06%、抗氧剂0.8-2.2%、甲基丙烯酸2-4%、水余量作为原材料;
(2)将水加热至35℃后,加入剩余成分,继续加热至55℃后搅拌30-80min即可;

2.如权利要求1所述的一种防腐耐磨的履带,其特征为,所述硅烷偶联剂为异丁基三乙氧基硅烷。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种防腐耐磨的履带,其特征为,所述缓蚀剂为琉基苯并噻唑。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种防腐耐磨的履带,其特征为,所述抗氧剂为抗氧剂1010。
