Background
With the annual increase of people's consumption level, the cargo traffic is also greatly increased. However, the existing transportation mechanism is single and mostly adopts highway transportation. Due to the timeliness of highway freight, the highway freight becomes a main transportation mode, but the disadvantages are as follows: high logistics cost, high energy consumption, serious environmental pollution, traffic accident and the like. If the long-distance transportation of goods is carried out by using railways and the short-distance transportation is carried out by using highways, the problems of logistics cost, environmental pollution and the like can be greatly reduced.
In recent years, the country has developed multiple intermodal. Multiple intermodal refers to the process of transporting two or more vehicles that are engaged with each other and transported together. In the multi-type intermodal, the application and the efficiency of the common rail intermodal are higher, the realization of the common rail intermodal can improve the logistics efficiency, the logistics cost is reduced, and the door-to-door is realized.
In the prior art, a traction tool of a van-type semitrailer is a tractor for long-distance transportation; if the semitrailer can be directly loaded on a railway wagon, the transportation cost can be reduced by long-distance transportation, the energy consumption is reduced, the flexibility of highway connection is utilized in a short distance, the point-to-point from door to door is realized, and the multi-type intermodal is truly realized. However, the existing gantry crane only can hoist containers, and a van semi-trailer is never hoisted historically, and the corresponding gantry crane is only provided with a 40-foot lifting appliance because the existing general containers are mainly 40 feet; therefore, how to load a van semi-trailer into a railway wagon is a problem to be solved.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a hoisting set of a railway-male intermodal transport van semi-trailer, which solves the problem that the railway-male intermodal transport cannot be directly hoisted into a railway wagon, and utilizes the existing general portal crane to realize the connection working condition with the railway-male semitrailer during hoisting, so that the hoisting operation is safer, faster, more efficient and more general.
The van-type transport semitrailer is used for highway and railway intermodal transportation, the van-type semitrailer adopts a general portal crane for hoisting, and the portal crane only hoists a container in the prior art, and the van-type semitrailer is never hoisted in history, so that the van-type semitrailer can be used with the container in general during hoisting, and standard corner fittings of the container and standard positions of the corner fittings of the container are adopted; the self weight of the semitrailer is 12 tons, and the total weight of the cargo is 70 tons, so that the lifting appliance applied to the container corner fitting of the van semitrailer and the general portal crane is improved.
The invention relates to a hoisting set of a highway-railway combined transport van-type semitrailer, which comprises a locking mechanism and a lifting appliance, wherein the locking mechanism comprises: container corner fittings, cross beams, bracing, diagonal bracing, channel steel diagonal bracing and cross beam diagonal bracing; the lifting appliance is a combined general lifting appliance which is composed of two lifting appliances with different specifications and can be quickly assembled and disassembled.
The container corner fittings are arranged at 8 positions of 4 corners and 4 points in the middle of the top edge of the van semi-trailer, wherein the transverse position interval of the container corner fittings is 2259mm wide, and the longitudinal position intervals are 4532mm,4438mm and 4532mm respectively; the container corner fitting is welded with the periphery of the van semi-trailer, and the periphery is welded with the upright post of the van semi-trailer, so that the supporting force of the container corner fitting in the vertical direction is provided; simultaneously, container corner fittings are embedded into the cross beams and welded, so that transverse supporting force is provided for the container corner fittings. The cross beam is welded with the inner side wall of the periphery. The bracing is welded with the bottom of the container corner fitting and the side wall of the upright post, so as to strengthen the vertical transverse supporting force of the container corner fitting and the upright post. The diagonal braces are welded with the bottom of the cross beam and the side walls of the stand columns, and are used for connecting and reinforcing the cross beam and the stand columns, so that vertical and transverse forces applied during hoisting are relieved. One end of the channel steel cable stay is connected with the cable stay fixing seat through a pin, and the cable stay fixing seat is welded on the side wall of the upright post; the other end of the channel steel diagonal bracing is connected with a bottom plate surface fixing seat through a pin, and the bottom plate surface fixing seat is welded with the floor of the van semi-trailer; therefore, the channel steel diagonal bracing provides reinforcement for the upright post, and forces applied to the upright post in the vertical direction and the transverse direction are dispersed. The beam diagonal draw bars are welded with the beam and the edge at 45 degrees respectively, and are connected with the beam and the edge to provide transverse and longitudinal supporting force.
The combined general lifting appliance is formed by combining two lifting appliances with different specifications, and comprises a 40-foot main lifting appliance and a 45-foot general lifting appliance; the combined general lifting appliance can lift the van-type semitrailer and the 45-foot container; wherein, the 45-foot universal lifting appliance is provided with lifting appliance corner pieces above the cross beam, the longitudinal interval is 11985mm, and the lifting appliance corner pieces correspond to the lock heads below the 40-foot main lifting appliance and can be matched and connected; after the locking head of the 40-foot main lifting appliance is in butt joint with the 45-foot general lifting appliance corner fitting, the locking head of the 40-foot main lifting appliance is rotated by a hydraulic rotary locking device arranged on the 40-foot lifting appliance, and the corner fitting is locked, so that the locking head is connected with the 45-foot general lifting appliance. And 8 lifting points are arranged below the cross beam of the combined general lifting appliance, the size of each lifting point is overlapped with the position of the container corner fitting of the locking mechanism of the semitrailer, and locking heads matched with the semitrailer or the container corner fitting are arranged on the lifting points, and the rotation of the locking heads is controlled through a hydraulic rotary locking device to lock the semitrailer or the container corner fitting. The total length of the intervals of the hanging points is 13547mm, and the intervals of the hanging points are 4532mm,4438mm and 4532mm respectively; the total width of the suspension point interval is 2259mm; the spreader is also suitable for 45 foot containers because its lifting point location coincides with the 45 foot container lifting point location.

When the van-type semitrailer corner fitting moves to the edge, namely above each corresponding upright post, the corner fitting can be subjected to vertical hanging force when being hoisted, and the scheme can lead the vertical hanging force to be supported by the upright posts completely and be transmitted to the whole van-type semitrailer frame, so that the scheme can omit reinforcement.
The combined special lifting appliance is formed by combining two lifting appliances with different specifications, and comprises a 40-foot main lifting appliance and a 45-foot special lifting appliance; the combined special lifting appliance can hoist the van-type semi-trailer; wherein, the 45 foot special lifting appliance is provided with lifting appliance corner pieces above the cross beam, the longitudinal interval is 11985mm, and the lifting appliance corner pieces correspond to the lock heads below the 40 foot main lifting appliance and can be matched and connected; after the locking head of the 40-foot main lifting appliance is in butt joint with the 45-foot special lifting appliance corner fitting, the locking head of the 40-foot main lifting appliance is rotated by a hydraulic rotary locking device arranged on the 40-foot lifting appliance, and the corner fitting is locked, so that the locking head is connected with the 45-foot special lifting appliance. 8 lifting points are arranged below the cross beam of the combined special lifting tool, the distance between the lifting points is overlapped with the position of the container corner fitting of the locking mechanism of the semitrailer, locking heads matched with the box semitrailer corner fitting are arranged on the lifting points, and the rotation of the locking heads is controlled through a hydraulic rotary locking device to lock the box semitrailer corner fitting. The total length of the intervals of the hanging points is 13547mm, and the intervals of the hanging points are 4532mm,4438mm and 4532mm respectively; the total width of the intervals between the hanging points is 2372mm; the spreader is not suitable for 45 foot containers because its lifting point location is only suitable for use with the van semi-trailer of the present invention and cannot coincide with a 45 foot container lifting point location.
The invention relates to a hoisting set of a highway-railway combined transport van-type semitrailer, which has the advantages and effects that: (1) The railway wagon can be directly hoisted by a van semi-trailer in the process of intermodal transportation; (2) The lifting appliance disclosed by the invention not only can be used for lifting a van semi-trailer, but also can be used for lifting a 45-foot container, and has a wider application range; (3) The existing general portal crane is used for realizing the connection working condition with the van semi-trailer during hoisting, has a simple structure, and ensures that the hoisting operation is safer, faster, more efficient and more general.

The van-type transport semitrailer is commonly used for highway and railway intermodal transportation, the van-type semitrailer adopts a general portal crane for hoisting, and the portal crane only hoists a container in the prior art, and the van-type semitrailer is never hoisted in history, so that the van-type semitrailer can be commonly used with the container during hoisting, and standard corner fittings of the container and standard positions of the corner fittings of the container are adopted; the self weight of the semitrailer is 12 tons, and the total weight of the cargo is 70 tons, so that the lifting appliance applied to the container corner fitting of the van semitrailer and the general portal crane is improved.
Example 1
The invention relates to a hoisting set of a highway-railway combined transport van-type semitrailer, which comprises a locking mechanism and a lifting appliance, wherein the locking mechanism comprises: the container corner fitting 4, the cross beam 1, the bracing 5, the diagonal bracing 6, the channel steel diagonal bracing 7 and the cross beam diagonal bracing 8; the lifting appliance is a combined general lifting appliance which is composed of two lifting appliances with different specifications and can be quickly assembled and disassembled.
As shown in fig. 1, 2, 3 and 4, the container corner fitting 4 is arranged at 8 positions of 4 corners and 4 points in the middle of the top edge of the van semi-trailer, wherein the transverse position interval of the container corner fitting is 2259mm wide, and the longitudinal position intervals are 4532mm,4438mm and 4532mm respectively; the container corner fitting 4 is welded with the skirt 3 of the van-type semi-trailer, and the skirt 3 is welded with the upright post 2 of the van-type semi-trailer, so that supporting force is provided for the container corner fitting in the vertical direction; at the same time, the container corner fitting 4 is embedded in the cross beam 1 and welded, providing lateral support for the container corner fitting. The beam 1 is welded with the inner side wall of the skirt 3. The bracing 5 is welded with the bottom of the container corner fitting 4 and the side wall of the upright post 2, and the vertical transverse supporting force of the container corner fitting and the upright post is reinforced. The diagonal brace 6 is welded with the bottom of the cross beam 1 and the side wall of the upright post 2, and is used for connecting and reinforcing the cross beam and the upright post, so that vertical and transverse forces applied during hoisting are relieved. As shown in fig. 7 and 8, the combined general lifting appliance is formed by combining two lifting appliances with different specifications, including a 40-foot main lifting appliance 9 and a 45-foot general lifting appliance 10; the combined general lifting appliance can lift the van-type semitrailer and the 45-foot container; wherein, the 45-foot universal lifting appliance 10 is provided with lifting appliance corner pieces 14 above the cross beam, the longitudinal interval is 11985mm, and the lifting appliance corner pieces correspond to the lock heads below the 40-foot main lifting appliance and can be matched and connected; when the 40 foot main spreader lock is docked with the 45 foot universal spreader angle, the 40 foot main spreader lock is rotated by the hydraulic twist lock device 11 mounted on the 40 foot spreader, locking the spreader angle 14 to connect with the 45 foot universal spreader. 8 lifting points 15 are arranged below the cross beam of the combined general lifting appliance, and the sizes of the lifting points are overlapped with the positions of container corner fittings of the locking mechanism of the semitrailer; the lifting points 15 are provided with locking heads matched with the box type semitrailer or the container corner fitting, and the rotation of the locking heads is controlled by a hydraulic rotation locking device to lock the box type semitrailer or the container corner fitting. Example 2
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the present invention relates to a hoisting set of a male-female intermodal transport van semi-trailer, the hoisting set comprises a locking mechanism and a hoisting tool, wherein the locking mechanism comprises: container corner fittings 4, cross beams 1; the lifting appliance is a combined special lifting appliance which is composed of two lifting appliances with different specifications and can be quickly assembled and disassembled.
The locking mechanism is similar to the first locking mechanism, but reduces the dead weight and welding process generated by structural reinforcement; the semitrailer upright post can be completely stressed during hoisting; on the premise of being universal with a container, 8 corner fittings are respectively moved to the positions above the upright posts corresponding to the box-type semi-trailer, namely the container corner fittings 4 are arranged at 8 positions of 4 corners and 4 points in the middle of the top edge of the box-type semi-trailer and are positioned above the upright posts 2; the transverse position interval of the container corner fittings 4 is 2372mm wide, and the longitudinal position interval is 4532mm,4438mm and 4532mm respectively; the container corner fitting 4 is welded with the upright post 2, the cross beam 1 is welded with the container corner fitting 4, and the container corner fitting 4 is embedded into the periphery 3 of the van semi-trailer and welded with the periphery; one end of the channel steel diagonal bracing 7 is connected with the diagonal bracing fixing seat through a pin, and the diagonal bracing fixing seat is welded on the side wall of the upright post; the other end of the channel steel diagonal bracing is connected with a bottom plate surface fixing seat (not shown in the figure) through a pin, and the bottom plate surface fixing seat is welded with the floor of the van semi-trailer; the channel steel diagonal bracing 7 provides reinforcement for the upright post 2, and disperses forces applied to the upright post in the vertical direction and the transverse direction.

Namely, the total length of the hanging points is 13547mm, and the intervals of the hanging points are 4532mm,4438mm and 4532mm respectively; the total width of the hanging points is 2372mm; the spreader is not suitable for 45 foot containers because its location of the lifting point is only suitable for use with the van semitrailer of this embodiment and cannot coincide with the 45 foot container lifting point location. The suspension points 15 are provided with locking heads matched with the box type semitrailer corner fittings, and the rotation of the locking heads is controlled by a hydraulic rotation locking device to lock the box type semitrailer corner fittings.
