Abstract
The invention discloses a novel fitness scooter adopting spring power, which comprises a steering assembly, a front frame, a rear frame, a power device, a transmission device and an actuating mechanism, wherein the rear end of the front frame is rotationally connected with the front end of the rear frame, and the front end of the front frame is rotationally connected with the steering assembly. The power device comprises a damping spring and a return spring, and the damping spring and the return spring are respectively arranged above and below the joint of the front frame and the rear frame. Two front chain wheels are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the front frame. The transmission device is arranged on the rear frame through a middle shaft and comprises a belt wheel and two rear chain wheels, the two rear chain wheels are respectively arranged on two sides of the belt wheel, and each rear chain wheel is connected with the front chain wheel on the same side through a chain. referring to fig. 1 to 4, a novel exercise bicycle using spring power comprises a steering assembly 1, a front frame 2, a rear frame 3, a power device 4, a transmission device 5 and an actuating mechanism 6, wherein the steering assembly 1 is arranged in front of the front frame 2 and comprises a front fork 11 and a handlebar 12, the handlebar 12 is arranged above the front fork 11, a steering rod 13 is arranged between the handlebar 12 and the front fork 11, the upper end of the steering rod 13 is fixedly connected with the middle part of the handlebar 12, the lower end of the steering rod is fixedly connected with the upper end of the front fork 11, and the steering of the front fork 11 can be realized by rotating the handlebar 12. In the use state, the front frame 2 or the rear frame 3 rotates around the hinge shaft 7, the two chains 24 drive the two rear chain wheels 53 to synchronously reciprocate, and the middle shaft 51 drives the belt wheel 52 to rotate along the same direction under the action of the ratchet mechanism.
The actuator 6 is mounted at the rear of the rear frame 3 by its rear axle 61, and the pulley 52 of the transmission 5 is connected to the actuator 6 by a belt 54. The actuator 6 further comprises a differential 62 and two rear wheels 63, the differential 62 being an inter-axle differential. The rear axle is formed by two half shafts which are arranged oppositely in the positive direction, the two half shafts are both arranged on the rear frame 3 through bearings, and the two half shafts are connected together through a differential 62. The two rear wheels 63 are symmetrically mounted on both ends of the rear axle 61. The differential 62 is connected to the pulley 52 via a belt 54, and a protective cover is provided outside the differential 62, and the protective cover is a split structure and is composed of a lower cover 81 fixed to the rear frame 3 and an upper cover 82 fastened above the differential 62.

During use, a user can turn the exercise bicycle by turning the handlebar 12 and decelerate or brake the front wheel 14 via the brake lever 16.
