Abstract

一种自动切菜机,属菜刀领域,尤其涉及一种四叶刀片,包括底架、电瓶、电线、发动机、档位开关、伸缩管、挡片、转动器、四叶刀片、透明塑料盖、翻盖柄、置菜架、大漏斗、菜盘。四叶刀片通过发动机带动进行完成切菜工作,透明塑料盖可以防止菜叶乱溅;一种自动切菜机可以不需要人工切菜,保障人工的安全,还可以控制切菜的厚度,利用电瓶带动整个发动机的工作,结构简单,又安全和快速。

背景技术
传统的菜刀都是厨师手动切菜,切菜速度有限,安全性很低;菜刀的使用寿命有限,人工使用时,容易对厨师生命安全造成威胁,切菜速度也是受限的,对于切菜类和瓜类时,菜刀的锋利程度也会影响切菜效果。
菜刀行业发展都是围绕菜刀的锋利程度和坚韧性方面,但是往往忽视了锋利菜刀带来的危险,厨师热爱锋利的菜刀,所以对厨师是一种存在的风险。在菜刀行业追求锋利情况下,能保障厨师尽量减少危险才是我们研究的方向。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服传统的菜刀的上述不足,发明一种自动切菜机。
一种自动切菜机,包括底架、电瓶、电线、发动机、档位开关、伸缩管、挡片、转动器、四叶刀片、透明塑料盖、翻盖柄、置菜架、大漏斗、菜盘。底架是用于支撑各种部件的支架。电瓶置于底架右侧,连接发动机,提供发动机工作时所需的电量。电线连接电瓶和发动机,用于电瓶把电传给发动机。发动机置于电瓶上方,连接电瓶、伸缩管和转动器,电瓶提供充足电量给发动机时,发动机带动伸缩管和转动器工作。档位开关置于发动机上,分有五个档位,第一个档位只是打开转动器工作,第二、第三、第四和第五个档位都是控制伸缩管来控制挡片离置菜架的距离,从而使切菜的薄厚程度进行控制。伸缩管置于发动机左侧,连接挡片和发动机,发动机控制伸缩器对挡片进行伸缩操作。挡片置于伸缩器左侧,连接伸缩器,用于挡住置菜架的菜下滑到四叶刀片的距离,且控制切菜长度。转动器置于发动机左上角位置,连接四叶刀片,发动机带动转动器工作。四叶刀片置于转动器上,当发动机带动转动器工作时,转动器控制四叶刀片转动,对置菜架上的菜进行切断。透明塑料盖置于四叶刀片上放,用于挡住四叶刀片在切菜时产生菜叶菜汁的飞溅。翻盖柄置于透明塑料盖上,用于方便打开和关闭透明塑料盖。置菜架用于放置需要切的瓜和菜。大漏斗置于置菜架下方,用集合切好的菜并落入菜盘。菜盘置于底架上,在大漏斗把切好的菜汇合并落入菜盘。

现结合附图1对本发明加以具体说明:一种自动切菜机,包括底架1、电瓶2、电线3、发动机4、档位开关5、伸缩管6、挡片7、转动器8、四叶刀片9、透明塑料盖10、翻盖柄11、置菜架12、大漏斗13、菜盘14。底架1是用于支撑各种部件的支架。电瓶2置于底架1右侧,连接发动机4,提供发动机4工作时所需的电量。电线3连接电瓶2和发动机4,用于电瓶2把电传给发动机4。发动机4置于电瓶2上方,连接电瓶2、伸缩管6和转动器8,电瓶2提供充足电量给发动机4时,发动机4带动伸缩管6和转动器8工作。档位开关5置于发动机4上,分有五个档位,第一个档位只是打开转动器8工作,第二、第三、第四和第五个档位都是控制伸缩管6来控制挡片7离置菜架12的距离,从而使切菜的薄厚程度进行控制。伸缩管6置于发动机4左侧,连接挡片7和发动机4,发动机4控制伸缩器6对挡片进行伸缩操作。挡片7置于伸缩器6左侧,连接伸缩器6,用于挡住置菜架12的菜下滑到四叶刀片9的距离,且控制切菜长度。转动器8置于发动机4左上角位置,连接四叶刀片9,发动机4带动转动器8工作。四叶刀片9置于转动器8上,当发动机4带动转动器8工作时,转动器8控制四叶刀片9转动,对置菜架12上的菜进行切断。透明塑料盖10置于四叶刀片9上方,用于挡住四叶刀片9在切菜时产生菜叶菜汁的飞溅。翻盖柄11置于透明塑料盖10上,用于方便打开和关闭透明塑料盖10。置菜架12置于四叶刀片9左边,用于放置需要切的瓜和菜。大漏斗13置于置菜架12下方,用集合切好的菜并落入菜盘14。菜盘14置于底架1上,在大漏斗13把切好的菜汇合并落入菜盘14。
本发明一种自动切菜机,结构简单,效率高,能提高厨师安全性,提高切菜速度。

1.一种自动切菜机,其特征在于:包括底架(1)、电瓶(2)、电线(3)、发动机(4)、档位开关(5)、伸缩管(6)、挡片(7)、转动器(8)、四叶刀片(9)、透明塑料盖(10)、翻盖柄(11)、置菜架(12)、大漏斗(13)、菜盘(14),电瓶(2)置于底架(1)右侧,连接发动机(4);电线(3)连接电瓶(2)和发动机(4);发动机(4)置于电瓶(2)上方,连接电瓶(2)、伸缩管(6)和转动器(8);档位开关(5)置于发动机(4)上;伸缩管(6)置于发动机(4)左侧,连接挡片(7)和发动机(4);挡片(7)置于伸缩器(6)左侧,连接伸缩器(6);转动器(8)置于发动机(4)左上角位置,连接四叶刀片(9);四叶刀片(9)置于转动器(8)上;透明塑料盖(10)置于四叶刀片(9)上方;翻盖柄(11)置于透明塑料盖(10)上;置菜架(12)置于四叶刀片(9)左边;大漏斗(13)置于置菜架(12)下方。
