本发明是一种橡胶管件的切段部去毛边装置，包括机座、设置在机座上的端部套接装置、设置在端部套接装置两侧的一组加工刀具，所述的端部套接装置包括设置在机座上的一个定位套、定位套的后端连接转动源，所述的加工刀具包括贯穿在机座中的连接结构、设置在连接结构上的刀座结构以及设置在刀座结构内侧的切割刀具，所述的刀座结构与连接结构之间设有转向座，所述的切割刀具为双面切割刀刃，所述的转向座让切割刀具转换两种切割刃的操作。本发明的有益效果：该装置结构简单、使用方便、切段的效果佳，特别是减少了劳动强度、提供了工作效率。

本发明涉及一种，尤其是涉及一种橡胶管件的切段部去毛边装置。
背景技术
目前，橡胶管件经过电锯切割后；会在切口处残余很多毛刺，这样需要人工用清除，手工清除不仅劳动强度大，清除不彻底、并且容易减薄橡胶管件以及刺穿橡胶管件。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种橡胶管件的切段部去毛边装置，解决橡胶管件切断的问题。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种橡胶管件的切段部去毛边装置，包括机座、设置在机座上的端部套接装置、设置在端部套接装置两侧的一组加工刀具，所述的端部套接装置包括设置在机座上的一个定位套、定位套的后端连接转动源，所述的加工刀具包括贯穿在机座中的连接结构、设置在连接结构上的刀座结构以及设置在刀座结构内侧的切割刀具，所述的刀座结构与连接结构之间设有转向座，所述的切割刀具为双面切割刀刃，所述的转向座让切割刀具转换两种切割刃的操作。
所述的连接结构包括设置在机座中侧向连接杆，侧向连接杆的下部设置限位座，所述的限位座设置在机座中的滑动槽中。
所述的刀座结构包括连接在侧向连接杆上部的刀具连接杆、设置在刀具连接杆上部的连接转轴、设置在连接转轴上部的刀具连接座，所述的连接座设有连接切割刀具的内连接钉。
所述的切割刀具包括连接在刀具连接座侧面的半圆型的刀座，在刀座的弧形面上设置弧刀刃，在刀座的垂直面的上半部分设有锯齿刃。
本发明的有益效果：该装置结构简单、使用方便、切段的效果佳，特别是减少了劳动强度、提供了工作效率。

实施例1，如图1所示，一种橡胶管件的切段部去毛边装置，包括机座1、设置在机座1上的端部套接装置、设置在端部套接装置两侧的一组加工刀具，所述的端部套接装置包括设置在机座1上的一个定位套2、定位套2的后端连接转动源，所述的加工刀具包括贯穿在机座1中的连接结构、设置在连接结构上的刀座结构以及设置在刀座结构内侧的切割刀具，所述的刀座结构与连接结构之间设有转向座，所述的切割刀具为双面切割刀刃，所述的转向座让切割刀具转换两种切割刃的操作。
所述的连接结构包括设置在机座1中侧向连接杆3，侧向连接杆3的下部设置限位座4，所述的限位座4设置在机座1中的滑动槽5中。
所述的刀座结构包括连接在侧向连接杆3上部的刀具连接杆6、设置在刀具连接杆6上部的连接转轴7、设置在连接转轴7上部的刀具连接座8，所述的刀具连接座设有连接切割刀具的内连接钉9。
所述的切割刀具包括连接在刀具连接座8侧面的半圆型的刀座10，在刀座10的弧形面上设置弧刀刃11，在刀座10的垂直面的上半部分设有锯齿刃12。该装置结构简单、使用方便、切段的效果佳，特别是减少了劳动强度、提供了工作效率。

1.一种橡胶管件的切段部去毛边装置，包括机座、设置在机座上的端部套接装置、设置在端部套接装置两侧的一组加工刀具，所述的端部套接装置包括设置在机座上的一个定位套、定位套的后端连接转动源，其特征在于：所述的加工刀具包括贯穿在机座中的连接结构、设置在连接结构上的刀座结构以及设置在刀座结构内侧的切割刀具，所述的刀座结构与连接结构之间设有转向座，所述的切割刀具为双面切割刀刃，所述的转向座让切割刀具转换两种切割刃的操作。
2.根据权利要求1所述的橡胶管件的切段部去毛边装置，其特征在于：所述的连接结构包括设置在机座中侧向连接杆，侧向连接杆的下部设置限位座，所述的限位座设置在机座中的滑动槽中。
