This neurosurgery severe is with multi-functional rehabilitation training device can alleviate medical personnel's work burden to a certain extent, improves the rehabilitation training efficiency who sees vice training person. Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide a neurological rehabilitation training bed which can well protect a rehabilitation training patient, can exercise the patient from multiple aspects and sets the training intensity in a sectional mode.

one end of the first bed plate, which is far away from the bed head, is rotatably connected with the bed plate frame, and one end of the first bed plate, which is close to the bed head, can be accommodated in the bed plate frame; one end of the second bed board close to the first bed board is rotatably connected with the bed board frame, and one end of the second bed board far away from the first bed board is hinged with one end of the third bed board; one end of the third bed board far away from the second bed board is provided with a first supporting rod, and two ends of the first supporting rod are provided with rolling wheels.

As a preferred embodiment of the invention, the upper surface of the bed frame is positioned at the inner side of the bed frame and one end far away from the bed head is provided with a roller groove which can guide and limit the rolling wheel, and the rolling wheel is embedded in the roller groove and can roll along the roller groove in the roller groove.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a first flexible protection pad is disposed at a rotational connection position between the second bed plate and the third bed plate, facing the upper surface of the bed plate, one end of the first flexible protection pad is fixedly connected to the upper surface of the second bed plate, and the other end of the first flexible protection pad is fixedly connected to the upper surface of the third bed plate.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the first and second flexible pads are preferably flexible silicone or flexible sponge blocks.

Referring to fig. 1 to 6 of the present specification, the present invention provides a neurological rehabilitation training bed, which includes a bed frame 10, a bed plate 20 located above the bed frame 10, a first driving device 30 located below the bed plate 20, and a second driving device 40 located above the bed plate 20.
The bed frame 10 comprises a bed head 11 and a bed tail 12; the frame 10 is a frame structure supported by four legs.
The bed board 20 includes a bed board frame 21 fixedly connected with the upper surface of the bed frame 20, a first bed board 22, a second bed board 23 and a third bed board 24 arranged in sequence from the bed head 11 to the bed tail 12, and the second bed board 23 is located between the first bed board 22 and the third bed board 24.
One end of the first bed board 22 far away from the bed head 11 is rotatably connected with the bed board frame 21, and one end of the first bed board 22 close to the bed head 11 can be contained in the bed board frame 21; one end of the second bed board 23 close to the first bed board 22 is rotatably connected with the bed board frame 21, and one end of the second bed board 23 far away from the first bed board 22 is hinged with one end of the third bed board 24; one end of the third bed plate 24 far away from the second bed plate 22 is provided with a first supporting rod 241, and two ends of the first supporting rod 241 are provided with rolling wheels 242.
In this embodiment, the upper surface of the bed frame 10 is further provided with a roller groove 13 at an end of the bed frame 21 away from the bed head 11, the roller groove 13 being capable of guiding and limiting the roller 242, and the roller 242 is embedded in the roller groove 13 and capable of rolling along the roller groove 13 in the roller groove 13.
That is to say, in this embodiment, the rotation of the first bed board 22 and the second bed board 23 can be separately rotated, such an arrangement can be adapted to the patients who need to exercise different parts to carry out the rehabilitation training with pertinence, and can avoid unnecessary energy loss to a certain extent and simultaneously alleviate the pain of the patients who need to be rehabilitated and trained.
The upper surface of the first bed board 22 is provided with a magnetic therapy pillow 221 at one end close to the bed head 11, and the upper surface of the first bed board 22 is also provided with a plurality of shoulder and back magnetic therapy massage columns 222.
The arrangement can also stimulate and massage the nerves of the shoulder and the neck of the rehabilitation patient, and can further enhance the recovery effect.
The third bed plate 24 is provided with a foot massage means including a notch 243 opened on the third bed plate 24, a first rotating rod 244 disposed in the notch 243, and a foot massage plate 245 rotatably connected to the first rotating rod 244.
The sole massage plate 245 comprises a massage surface 2451 and a driving surface 2452, the massage surface 2451 is provided with a sole limit groove 2453, and a plurality of sole magnetic therapy massage columns 2454 for performing magnetic therapy massage on sole acupuncture points are arranged in the sole limit groove 2453.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the sole restriction groove 2453 is shaped to match the sole of a foot, and a second flexible pad 2455 is provided at the heel.
Specifically, in this embodiment, two sole massage plates 245 are provided side by side in the width direction of the rehabilitation training bed, and both massage surfaces 2451 of the two sole massage plates 245 are provided with sole magnetic therapy massage columns 2454 for performing magnetic therapy massage on sole acupoints.
By the arrangement, on one hand, the foot magnetic therapy can be carried out on a patient needing rehabilitation training, so that the foot nerves are stimulated, and the rehabilitation training is facilitated; on the other hand, in the rotation process that the second bed plate 23 drives the third bed plate 24, as the second bed plate 23 is connected with the third bed plate 24 through the hinge, the hinged part is abutted against the popliteal fossa of the rehabilitation patient, in the training process, the bending and stretching of the legs of the rehabilitation patient can drive the bending and stretching of the soles of the feet, the sole of the patient can be further massaged, and the training recovery effect is enhanced.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a first flexible protection pad 231 is disposed at a hinged position of the second bed plate 23 and the third bed plate 24 toward the upper surface of the bed plate 20, one end of the first flexible protection pad 231 is fixedly connected with one end of the second bed plate 23 far away from the head of bed 11, and the other end of the first flexible protection pad 231 is fixedly connected with one end of the third bed plate 24 close to the head of bed 11.
With the arrangement, the first flexible pad 231 can protect the popliteal fossa of the patient well during the training process, and the pain of the patient during the training process can be relieved.
Preferably, the first flexible pad 231 and the second flexible pad 2455 in this embodiment may be flexible silicone or flexible sponge.
The driving surface 2452 of the sole massage plate 245 is further fixedly provided with a second rotating lever 2456.
The first driving device 30 includes a support frame 31, a first piston cylinder 32 fixed on the support frame 31, a first push rod 33 fixed on an output shaft of the first piston cylinder 32, and a first driving rod 34 and a second driving rod 35 rotatably connected to the first push rod 33.
The supporting frame 31 includes a first vertical plate 311 and a second vertical plate 312 fixed on the lower surface of the bed frame 10, the first vertical plate 311 and the second vertical plate 312 are disposed opposite to each other, and a transverse plate 313 is fixedly disposed between the first vertical plate 311 and the second vertical plate 312.
The first piston cylinder 32 is fixed on the upper surface of the transverse plate 313; a first driving block 36 is fixedly arranged at one end of the lower surface of the first bed plate 22 close to the bed head 11, and one end of the first driving rod 34 far away from the first push rod 33 is rotatably connected with the first driving block 36; a second driving block 37 is fixedly arranged at one end of the lower surface of the second bed plate 23 far away from the first bed plate 22, and one end of the second driving rod 35 far away from the first push rod 33 is rotatably connected with the second driving block 37.
With the arrangement, the first bed board 22 and the second bed board 23 can rotate relative to the bed board frame 21 and the bed frame 10 under the pushing of the first piston cylinder 32, so that the rehabilitation patient can be driven to do the same movement on the bed board 20 as the sit-up, and the rehabilitation training device can play a good rehabilitation training role for the rehabilitation patient.
Preferably, in the present embodiment, the first driving rod 34 includes a first length fixing portion 341 and a first length adjustable portion 342; one end of the first length fixing portion 341 is rotatably connected to the first push rod 33, the other end of the first length fixing portion 341 is fixedly connected to the first electric cylinder 343, an output shaft of the first electric cylinder 343 is disposed along the length direction of the first driving rod 34, one end of the first length adjustable portion 342 is rotatably connected to the first driving block 36, and the other end of the first length adjustable portion 342 is fixedly connected to the output shaft of the first electric cylinder 343; the second driving lever 35 includes a second length fixing part 351 and a second length adjustable part 352; one end of the second length fixing portion 351 is rotatably connected to the first push rod 33, the other end of the second length fixing portion 351 is fixedly connected to the second electric cylinder 353, an output shaft of the second electric cylinder 353 is arranged along the length direction of the second driving rod 35, one end of the second length adjustable portion 352 is rotatably connected to the second driving block 37, and the other end of the second length adjustable portion 352 is fixedly connected to the output shaft of the second electric cylinder 353.
In the invention, by adopting the arrangement mode and the mode of respectively rotatably connecting the first bed plate 22 and the second bed plate 23 with the bed plate frame 21, under the synergistic action of the first piston cylinder 32 and the first electric cylinder 343 and the second electric cylinder 353, rehabilitation training can be respectively carried out on rehabilitation training patients needing to train different parts, the pain of the patients in the rehabilitation training process is relieved, the pertinence to the parts needing to train is improved, and the training effect is enhanced.
The second driving device 40 includes a second piston cylinder 41 fixedly connected to the third bed plate 23 and located on the side of the driving surface 2452 close to the sole massage plate 245, a second movable push rod 42 is fixedly connected to an output shaft of the second piston cylinder 41, a third driving rod 43 is rotatably connected to an end of the second push rod 42, and one end of the third driving rod 43 away from the second push rod 42 is rotatably connected to the second rotating rod 2456.
Preferably, in this embodiment, two second rotating levers 2456 are provided, and are fixedly connected to the driving surfaces 2452 of the two foot massage plates 245, respectively; two third driving rods 43 are also provided, one end of each of the two third driving rods 43 is rotatably connected to the second pushing rod 42, and the other end of each of the two third driving rods 43 is rotatably connected to the two second rotating rods 2456.
The arrangement mode can further drive the legs to do left-right swinging exercise when the bending and stretching exercise is provided for the legs of the patient, so that the rehabilitation training patient can do exercise more fully.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a music player 14 is further disposed on one side of the bed plate frame 20, a bluetooth module is disposed in the music player 14, and a USB interface 141 is disposed at one end of the music player 14.
The music player 14 is arranged to provide a comfortable training environment for the rehabilitation patient, the bluetooth module is arranged in the music player, so that the music player can be in communication connection with the mobile device through the bluetooth module, and the USB interface 141 is arranged at one end of the music player, so that the rehabilitation patient can select various modes to play favorite music.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the other side of the bed board frame 20 is provided with a control box 15, a controller is accommodated in the control box 15, a transparent upper cover 151 capable of being opened and closed is disposed above the control box 15, the transparent upper cover 151 is hinged to the control box 15, an audible and visual alarm 152 is disposed at a connection position of the transparent upper cover 151 and the control box 15, and when the transparent upper cover 151 is opened, the audible and visual alarm 152 can be triggered and can give an audible and visual alarm.
The controller can control each electrical equipment of the rehabilitation training bed, and the control mode adopts the conventional control means in the field, which is not described again here.
In this embodiment, the controller is arranged in the control box 15, and after medical staff correspondingly arranges patients needing different strength training, the transparent upper cover 151 is covered, so that the error collision of the rehabilitation training patients to the controller in the training process can be prevented, and accidents are avoided; meanwhile, the audible and visual alarm 152 is arranged at the hinged position of the transparent upper cover 151 and the control box 15, so that the situation that irrelevant personnel open the upper cover to operate can be avoided.
