The frying and roasting machine according to claim 1, wherein said positioning structure comprises a plurality of ratchet teeth (32), a recess between two adjacent ratchet teeth (32) forming said positioning recess (31), said adjusting structure (40) further comprising a resilient member which applies a resilient force to said detent (42) towards said positioning recess (31).

The frying and roasting machine according to claim 2, wherein there are two height adjusting frames (30), each height adjusting frame (30) is provided with the positioning structure, there are two locking pins (42), the two locking pins (42) are movably arranged in the operating part (43) along the transverse direction, and the two locking pins (42) can be matched with the positioning structures arranged on the two height adjusting frames (30) in a one-to-one correspondence manner.

The frying and roasting machine according to claim 3, wherein said adjusting structure (40) further comprises a control part, said detent (42) having a first position of being snapped into a detent recess (31) and a second position of being clear of said ratchet (32), said control part being operable to drive said detent (42) between said first and second positions.

The frying and roasting machine according to claim 4, wherein the operating part (43) is formed with a mounting cavity for receiving the bayonet pin (42), the mounting cavity having an opening facing the height adjusting bracket (30), and when the bayonet pin (42) is at the first position, an end of the bayonet pin (42) is protruded from the opening of the mounting cavity to be clamped in the positioning recess (31); when the detent (42) is in the second position, the detent (42) retracts into the mounting cavity.

The frying and roasting machine according to claim 5, wherein said elastic member is a spring (44), said spring (44) is disposed in said mounting cavity, a first end of said spring (44) abuts against said bayonet pin (42), and a second end of said spring (44) abuts against a cavity wall of said mounting cavity away from said opening.

The frying and roasting machine according to claim 5, wherein the control part comprises a control rod (45) movably arranged in the operating part (43) along the transverse direction, the outer end of the control rod (45) forms a pressing end, and the control rod (45) is connected with the clamping pin (42) to drive the clamping pin (42) to move.
8. Frying and baking machine according to claim 1, characterized in that a guiding structure for guiding the connecting plate (41) is provided between the connecting plate (41) and the adjusting structure (40).

The frying and roasting machine according to claim 8, wherein the guiding structure has a first guiding portion and a second guiding portion, one of the first guiding portion and the second guiding portion is arranged on the height adjusting frame (30) and the other one is arranged on the connecting plate (41), the first guiding portion is a rotatable guiding wheel (47), the second guiding portion is a guiding groove (33), the guiding groove (33) is adapted to the guiding wheel (47), and the guiding wheel (47) is at least partially embedded in the guiding groove (33).

The frying and roasting machine according to claim 1, wherein the connecting plate (41) is a vertical plate, the vertical plate has a horizontal length direction, a plurality of supporting horizontal plates (411) are disposed on the upper side of the vertical plate, and the roasting pan (20) is connected to the plurality of supporting horizontal plates (411).
