Abstract
The invention provides a capsule coffee machine, comprising: a brewing seat; the brewing head can move towards the direction close to or far away from the brewing seat and comprises an automatic capsule dropping mechanism; wherein, the automatic capsule dropping mechanism comprises a sliding block capable of supporting the capsule and an actuating rod in driving connection with the sliding block; during the process that the brewing head approaches the brewing seat, the actuating rod can press against the brewing seat and drive the sliding block to move so as to enable the capsule to be separated from the sliding block; in the process that the brewing head is far away from the brewing seat, the sliding block can automatically reset and block the capsule so that the capsule is separated from the brewing head. When the brewing head is close to or far away from the brewing seat, the capsule coffee machine controls the sliding block to reciprocate in the guide hole through the actuating rod, and the accommodating part of the brewing seat is not directly contacted with the sliding block of the brewing head all the time, so that the accommodating part and the sliding block cannot have the problem of abrasion.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to coffee brewing equipment, in particular to a capsule coffee machine.
Background
The coffee machine is a device which is convenient for people to brew coffee. People can brew coffee by using the coffee machine at home and can brew coffee according to the taste requirement. With the development of society, coffee machines are more and more widely accepted.
Chinese patent CN101313823A discloses an extraction device for preparing a beverage from a capsule under pressure. The extraction device disclosed in this patent comprises a housing, a first part, a second movable part movable relative to the first part, the second movable part being drivable together to move the movable stop during movement from an initial position to an extraction position, the movable stop having an inclined groove for supporting the capsule, and a spring for returning the movable stop, the second movable part being able to disengage the capsule from its groove during the movement of the movable stop.
After the coffee brewing work is finished, the second movable part moves back towards the initial position under the action of external force, and the movable stopping piece moves back towards the initial position along with the second movable part under the action of the spring. In the process of returning, when the movable stop piece is not moved any more after being reset, the collar of the capsule stops returning and is gradually separated from the concave chamber of the second movable part because the collar of the capsule is buckled and pressed by the convex claws of the movable stop piece; when the second movable part returns to the initial position, the capsule is completely separated from the recess of the second movable part and falls under the action of gravity.
However, since the movement of the movable stopper is controlled by the pushing of the second movable member in direct contact therewith. After long-term use, the movable stopper may be worn to cause the pushing effect of the second movable member to be poor, or even fail, thereby affecting normal use.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defect that the abrasion problem exists between the second movable part and the movable stop piece which are in direct contact in the prior art.
In view of the above problems, the present invention provides a capsule coffee machine, comprising: a brewing seat; the brewing head can move towards the direction close to or far away from the brewing seat and comprises an automatic capsule dropping mechanism; wherein, the automatic capsule dropping mechanism comprises a sliding block capable of supporting the capsule and an actuating rod in driving connection with the sliding block; during the process that the brewing head approaches the brewing seat, the actuating rod can press against the brewing seat and drive the sliding block to move so as to enable the capsule to be separated from the sliding block; in the process that the brewing head is far away from the brewing seat, the sliding block can automatically reset and block the capsule so that the capsule is separated from the brewing head.
According to the capsule coffee machine provided by the invention, in the process that the brewing head is close to or far away from the brewing seat, the sliding block is controlled to reciprocate in the guide hole through the actuating rod, so that the accommodating part of the brewing seat and the sliding block of the brewing head are not in direct contact all the time, the problem of abrasion between the accommodating part and the sliding block is solved, the service life of each component is prolonged, the capsule coffee machine provided by the embodiment of the invention can be still normally used after being used for a long time, and the satisfaction degree of users is improved.
In one embodiment, the brewing head further comprises a base, the base comprises a middle plate and a side plate extending from the same side of the middle plate, the sliding block is arranged on the side plate, and the actuating rod penetrates through the side plate and is in driving connection with the sliding block towards the top of the brewing seat. The side plate of the base provides installation and moving space for the sliding block and the actuating rod simultaneously, the number of parts is reduced, and meanwhile, the installation position precision is also ensured, so that the matching precision of the actuating rod and the sliding block is high, and the relative position movement process is reliable.
In one embodiment, a fixed cover arranged opposite to the sliding block is arranged on the side plate, and the automatic capsule dropping mechanism further comprises a first spring arranged between the fixed cover and the sliding block. First spring can drive the sliding block and reset, improves the degree of automation of coffee machine, promotes the convenience of operation.

In one embodiment, the sliding block is provided with a support groove for supporting the capsule. The supporting groove can form a support for the capsule, so that an operator can place the capsule on the sliding block conveniently and perform subsequent work, and the operation convenience is improved.
In one embodiment, the brewing head further comprises a filter lid arranged towards the brewing seat, the actuation rod being capable of actuating the sliding block to move in a direction perpendicular to the axis of the filter lid, the brewing seat comprising a receiving portion arranged opposite the filter lid and capable of receiving the capsule. After completion of the brewing operation, the movement of the sliding block can block the capsule shell to cause the capsule shell to be detached from the receptacle.

Detailed Description
The invention will be further explained with reference to the drawings.
As shown in FIG. 1, the coffee maker according to the embodiment of the present invention includes a brew chamber 10, a brew head 11, and a drive mechanism for driving the brew head 11 towards and away from the brew chamber 10.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the brew head 11 includes a base 12 and a filter lid 13 disposed on the base 12. The base 12 includes a middle plate 121 and two side plates 122 extending from the same side of the middle plate 121. The filter cover 13 is provided on the middle plate 121 and on the same side of the middle plate 121 as the side plate 122. The brew head 11 also includes an automatic capsule dropping mechanism. The automatic capsule dropping mechanism comprises a sliding block 14 capable of supporting the capsule before brewing coffee and blocking the capsule after brewing coffee so that the capsule disengages from the brewing head 11 and drops into the drip pan.
In this embodiment, the two side plates 122 are provided with guide holes 15 respectively on opposite sides thereof for receiving the sliding blocks 14. The guide hole 15 can restrict the moving direction of the slide block 14 so that the slide block 14 can move in a direction perpendicular to the axis of the filter cover 13. The hole wall of the guide hole 15 is provided with a protrusion 151 extending along the axial direction of the guide hole 15, and the sliding block 14 is provided with a groove 141 matched with the protrusion 151. Therefore, the sliding block 14 has high movement precision in the guide hole 15, and the stability of the movement process is ensured.
The side plate 122 is provided with a fixed cover 16 disposed opposite to the slide block 14. The automatic capsule dropping mechanism further comprises a first spring 17 arranged between the sliding block 14 and the fixed cover 16. A positioning column is arranged on one side of the sliding block 14 facing the fixed cover 16, and the first spring 17 is sleeved on the positioning column. The first spring 17 can drive the sliding block 14 to automatically reset.
The automatic capsule dropping mechanism further comprises an actuating rod 18 in driving connection with the sliding block 14. The slide block 14 is further provided with a positioning hole 142 (shown in fig. 3 and 5), and the first end 181 (shown in fig. 4) of the actuating rod 18 passes through the side plate 122 and is inserted into the positioning hole 142 toward the top 122a of the brewing base 10. The wall of the positioning hole 142 of the sliding block 14 is provided with a protrusion 143 (as shown in fig. 5 and 6), and the first end 181 of the actuating rod 18 is provided with a recess 183 (as shown in fig. 4) engaged with the protrusion 143. The sliding block 14 is provided with a supporting groove 144 for supporting the capsule, so that the user can conveniently place the capsule on the sliding block 14. When the protrusion 143 of the sliding block 14 is engaged with the recess 183 of the actuator bar 18, the supporting groove 144 of the sliding block 14 can hold the collar of the capsule. The automatic capsule-dropping mechanism further includes a second spring 19 disposed between the second end 182 of the actuation bar 18 (shown in fig. 4) and the top portion 122a of the side plate 122.
As shown in fig. 7, 8 and 9, when the handle 99 is in the open state, the capsule is placed in the support groove 144 of the slider block 14. The handle 99 is then depressed, as shown in figures 10, 11 and 12, and the drive mechanism actuates the brew head 11 to move in a direction towards the brew chamber 10. When the second end 182 of the actuating rod 18 of the brewing head 11 presses against the surface of the brewing base 10 facing the brewing head 11, the actuating rod 18 stops moving, the base 12 and the sliding block 14 move continuously, the concave portion 183 of the actuating rod 18 gradually separates from the convex portion 143 of the sliding block 14, and the side plate 122 starts to compress the second spring 19. As shown in fig. 11 and 12, during the gradual separation of the recess 183 of the actuator rod 18 and the protrusion 143 of the sliding block 14, the protrusion 143 of the sliding block 14 gradually moves out of the recess 183 and moves toward the outer peripheral surface of the actuator rod 18, so that the actuator rod 18 pushes the sliding block 14 to start moving in the guide hole 15. Thus, the two sliding blocks 14 move in opposite directions, the distance between the two supporting grooves 144 becomes larger and larger, and the collar of the capsule gradually comes out of the supporting grooves 144. The moving slide 14 compresses the first spring 17.
Preferably, the axis of the positioning hole 142 is parallel to the moving direction of the brew head 11 and perpendicular to the axis of the guide hole 15. Thus, the motion track of the actuating rod 18 and the motion track of the sliding block 14 are in a cross shape. The actuating rod 18 can easily move along the axial direction of the positioning hole 142 after pressing against the opposite surface of the brewing base 10, and the sliding block 14 is pushed to move along the guide hole 15 with less labor.
The brewing seat 10 comprises a housing 101 arranged opposite the filter cover 13 and intended to house the capsule. As shown in fig. 13, 14 and 15, after the handle 99 is fully closed, the recess 183 of the actuation bar 18 is fully disengaged from the protrusion 143 of the glide block 14. The projection 143 of the sliding block 14 moves onto the outer circumferential surface of the actuating rod 18, and the amount of retraction movement of the sliding block 14 in the guide hole 15 reaches a maximum, at which point the capsule is completely ejected from the support groove 144 and substantially completely enters the receiving cavity of the receiving portion 101 of the brewing holder 10. After the capsule is held by the holding part 101 and the filter cover 13, the brewing operation is started.
After the brewing operation is completed, the handle 99 is opened and the drive mechanism actuates the brewing head 11 to move away from the brewing base 10. After the movement starts, the elastic restoring force of the second spring 19 can push the actuating rod 18, so that the actuating rod 18 and the sliding block 14 move relatively, and the convex part 143 of the sliding block 14 moves towards the concave part 183 close to the actuating rod 18. When the second spring 19 is completely reset, the second end 182 of the actuating rod 18 is released from the contact with the brewing seat 10, and the sliding block 14 is reset by the elastic restoring force of the first spring 17, the protrusion 143 provided thereon moves from the outer circumferential surface of the actuating rod 18 into the recess 183 of the actuating rod 18, so that the actuating rod 18 and the sliding block 14 can no longer move relatively, and the actuating rod 18, the sliding block 14 and the base 12 move synchronously to be away from the brewing seat 10.
During the movement of the protrusion 143 of the sliding block 14 into the recess 183 of the actuating rod 18, the two sliding blocks 14 move towards each other, so that the distance between the two sliding blocks 14 becomes smaller and smaller, and the abutting surface of the sliding block 14 facing the middle plate 121 is buckled on the collar of the capsule to generate resistance to the capsule. During the distance of the brewing head 11 from the brewing seat 10, the capsule gradually comes out of the housing 101, being blocked by the sliding block 14. When the capsule is completely removed from the receptacle 101, it falls out of the brewing head 11 under its own weight and falls into a drip pan.
When the capsule coffee machine provided by the embodiment of the invention is used for brewing coffee, in the process that the brewing head 11 is close to or far away from the brewing seat 10, the sliding block 14 is controlled to reciprocate in the guide hole 15 through the actuating rod 18, so that the accommodating part 101 of the brewing seat 10 and the sliding block 14 of the brewing head 11 are not in direct contact all the time, the problem of abrasion between the accommodating part 101 and the sliding block 14 is avoided, the service lives of all components are prolonged, the capsule coffee machine provided by the embodiment of the invention can be still normally used after being used for a long time, and the satisfaction degree of users is improved.
In addition, the elastic restoring force of the second spring 19 can also provide an assisting force for the operator during the opening process of the handle 99, so that the user can operate the handle 99 more easily. Since the accommodating portion 101 of the brewing base 10 and the sliding block 14 are not in direct contact all the time, the process of pressing the handle 99 by the operator is smoother.
In one embodiment, the longitudinal cross-sectional shape of the recess 183 of the actuation bar 18 may be trapezoidal or circular. The actuation bar 18 is circular or square in cross-section.

1. A capsule coffee machine comprising:
a brewing seat;
the brewing head can move towards the direction close to or far away from the brewing seat and comprises an automatic capsule dropping mechanism;
wherein,
the automatic capsule dropping mechanism comprises a sliding block capable of supporting the capsule and an actuating rod in driving connection with the sliding block;
during the process that the brewing head approaches the brewing seat, the actuating rod can press against the brewing seat and drive the sliding block to move so as to enable the capsule to be separated from the sliding block;
in the process that the brewing head is far away from the brewing seat, the sliding block can automatically reset and block the capsule so that the capsule is separated from the brewing head; the brewing head further comprises a base, the base comprises a middle plate and a side plate extending from the same side of the middle plate, the sliding block is arranged on the side plate, and the actuating rod penetrates through the side plate and is connected with the sliding block in a driving mode towards the top of the brewing seat.
2. The capsule coffee machine of claim 1, wherein the side plate is provided with a fixed cover disposed opposite to the sliding block, and the automatic capsule dropping mechanism further comprises a first spring disposed between the fixed cover and the sliding block.

The machine according to claim 1, wherein the sliding block is provided with a positioning hole, a protrusion is provided on a wall of the positioning hole, a first end of the actuating rod is inserted into the positioning hole, a recess is provided on the first end for cooperating with the protrusion, and the actuating rod is capable of moving along an axial direction of the positioning hole.
