a cup body (2), wherein the cup body (2) is arranged on the base component (1), the interior of the cup body (2) is formed into a capsule containing cavity (3) with a capsule inlet and a capsule outlet, and an identification opening (4) communicated with the capsule containing cavity is formed on the wall of the cup body (2);
an identification unit (5), said identification unit (5) being arranged on said base part (1), said identification unit (5) being arranged for identifying a capsule contained in said capsule containing chamber (3) through said identification opening (4) and emitting an identification signal;
a control unit, which stores brewing parameters adapted to the capsule, and which is capable of receiving the identification signal and executing the brewing parameters adapted to the capsule.

Brewing device according to claim 1, wherein the identification unit (5) can be used to identify a capsule type, wherein the control unit stores a plurality of brewing parameters adapted to a plurality of different capsule types and/or wherein the control unit stores a plurality of sets of brewing parameters adapted to one capsule type.

Brewing device according to claim 1, characterized in that the identification opening (4) is formed on a cup bottom wall of the cup (2) corresponding to the bottom wall of the capsule in the axial direction of the cup, the identification unit (5) being arranged opposite the cup bottom wall of the cup (2) in the axial direction of the cup (2).
4. Brewing device according to claim 1, characterized in that the identification unit (5) is capable of switching position between an identification position close to the identification opening (4) and a non-identification position remote from the identification opening (4).

Brewing device according to claim 4, characterized in that the brewing device comprises a capsule ejection member (6) which is adjustable in position on the base part (1), the capsule ejection member (6) being extendable into the capsule receiving chamber for ejecting a capsule shell from the capsule receiving chamber and being extendable from the capsule receiving chamber for allowing a new capsule to be placed into the capsule receiving chamber.
6. Brewing device according to claim 5, wherein the capsule ejection member (6) when it protrudes into the capsule receiving chamber synchronously moves the identification unit (5) from the non-identification position into the identification position;
the identification unit (5) remains in the identification position when the capsule ejection member (6) is ejected from the capsule housing chamber and moves to the non-identification position after identifying a new capsule placed in the capsule housing chamber.

Brewing device according to claim 6, wherein one of the capsule ejection member (6) and the identification unit (5) is formed with a groove (7) and the other with a projection (8), wherein the projection (8) is receivable within the groove (7) and contacts a groove bottom surface of the groove (7) when the identification unit (5) is moved from the identification position to the non-identification position.
8. Brewing device according to claim 6, characterized in that the brewing device comprises a locking mechanism (9), wherein a resilient member (10) is arranged between the identification unit (5) and the mounting base of the brewing device, wherein,
the identification unit (5) is held in the identification position by the locking mechanism (9), in which the elastic member (10) is in the energy storage state, the locking mechanism being unlockable and the elastic member being released to move the identification unit to the non-identification position after the identification unit (5) has identified a new capsule placed in the capsule receiving chamber.

Brewing device according to claim 8, characterized in that it comprises a slide rail (13) slidingly arranged on the base part (1), said slide rail (13) comprising a first drive part (11) and a second drive part (12) arranged at a distance in the sliding direction and an unlocking protrusion (18) between the first drive part (11) and the second drive part (12);
the capsule ejection member (6) comprises a driven engagement portion (14);
wherein,
when the sliding rail (13) slides along a first direction, the first driving part (11) can be matched with the driven matching part (14) to drive the capsule withdrawing piece (6) to slide and extend into the capsule accommodating cavity;
when the sliding rail (13) slides along a second direction opposite to the first direction, the second driving part (12) can be matched with the driven matching part (14) to drive the capsule withdrawing piece (6) to withdraw from the capsule containing cavity, and after the identification unit (5) identifies a new capsule placed in the capsule containing cavity, the unlocking bulge part (18) drives the locking mechanism to unlock.
10. Brewing device according to claim 9, wherein the locking mechanism comprises a locking lever (15) connected to the positioning base of the brewing device by a spring, the locking lever (15) comprising a catch (17) cooperating with a projection (16) on the identification unit (5), wherein,
the unlocking bulge (18) can drive the locking rod (15) to move away from the identification unit so as to enable the spring to store energy, and after the lock catch (17) and the lug (16) are disengaged to unlock, the locking rod (15) returns under the energy releasing action of the spring.
11. A beverage machine, characterized in that it comprises a brewing device according to any one of claims 1-10.
