The frying and roasting machine according to claim 1 or 4, wherein said two seesaws (322) are provided in two pieces, said two seesaws (322) are oppositely disposed on said base (22), said gear shaft (321) is disposed between said two seesaws (322), and second ends of said two seesaws (322) are overlapped.
6. The frying and roasting machine according to claim 1, wherein the gear shaft (321) is horizontally arranged on the base (22) and fixed on the base (22) by a pressing plate (35).
7. The frying and roasting machine according to claim 1, wherein a first end of the shift shaft (321) protrudes from the periphery of the base (22), and a knob (40) is provided at the first end of the shift shaft (321).
8. The frying and roasting machine according to claim 7, wherein the knob (40) is provided with a mounting hole fixedly connected with the end of the gear shaft (321), and the knob (40) is provided with a buckle (41) locked on the base (22).

11. The frying and roasting machine according to claim 10, wherein the carrying part (31) is a carrying tray (311), and the roasting tray (21) is detachably mounted on the carrying tray (311).
12. The frying and roasting machine of claim 1, wherein said supporting portion (323) is a supporting shaft, said supporting shaft is inserted into the middle of said rocker (322).
13. The grilling machine according to claim 10, further comprising a cushioning mechanism connected between the carrier (31) and the base (22).
14. The frying and roasting machine according to claim 13, wherein the carrying portion (31) is provided with a first mounting hole (312), the base (22) is provided with a second mounting hole (221) corresponding to the first mounting hole (312), and the buffering mechanism comprises:
a guide post (51), wherein the guide post (51) is arranged in the first mounting hole (312) and the second mounting hole (221) in a penetrating way;
the positioning piece (52), the said positioning piece (52) is fitted over the said guide pillar (51);
the elastic element (53) is sleeved on the guide post (51), and two ends of the elastic element (53) are respectively abutted on the base (22) and the positioning piece (52).
15. The frying and roasting machine of claim 1, wherein a through hole (222) is formed in the base (22), the through hole (222) is located at the bottom of the rocker (322), and a cover plate (223) is detachably disposed at the through hole (222).
