Abstract
本发明涉及一种防水防油防污功能可机洗免烫衬衫织物,包括织物底层(1),织物底层表面设有抗皱层(2),织物底层和抗皱层之间通过水性聚氨酯粘胶剂复合在一起。所述底层背面设置有衬里织物层,所述衬里织物层,包括三层,外层为特氟龙涂层,夹层为纺织物,内层为特氟龙涂层,纺织物为尼龙防水织物或涤纶织物,特氟龙涂层厚度为10μm~13μm。本发明舒适性好,吸汗抑菌,可机洗。本发明防水防油防污功能。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种织物,尤其涉及一种可机洗免烫衬衫织物,属于纺织织物领域。
背景技术
传统的衬衫织物,多为纯棉、涤纶、化纤等,纯棉织物的衬衫穿着舒适,柔软,吸汗,但易皱、易变形,易染色;涤纶织物结实耐用、弹性好、不易变形、耐腐蚀,但透气性差,易染色;化纤织物质地柔软、悬垂 挺括、滑爽舒适,但耐磨性、耐热性、吸湿性、透气性较差,遇热容易变形,都是不是理想的衬衫织物的选择。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种由两层材料叠加形成的可机洗免烫衬衫织物,该可机洗免烫衬衫织物穿着舒适,洗后可免烫穿着,制作简单。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种防水防油防污功能可机洗免烫衬衫织物,包括织物底层,所述的织物底层包括经纱和纬纱,所述织物底层表面设有抗皱层,所述织物底层和抗皱层之间通过水性聚氨酯粘胶剂复合在一起。所述底层背面设置有衬里织物层,所述衬里织物层,包括三层,外层为特氟龙涂层,夹层为纺织物,内层为特氟龙涂层,纺织物为尼龙防水织物或涤纶织物,特氟龙涂层厚度为10μm~13μm。
优选的,所述织物底层的经纱中加入有亚麻纤维。
优选的,所述织物底层的经纱中的亚麻纤维占经纱质量百分比为20%-30%。
优选的,所述织物底层的纬纱中加入有竹纤维。
优选的,所述织物底层纬纱的竹纤维占纬纱质量百分比为25%-45%。
优选的,所述的抗皱层为PTT 纤维和涤纶、氨纶混纺而成,
优选的,所述的抗皱层PPT 纤维和涤纶、氨纶的质量比为1:3:2。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
可机洗免烫衬衫织物,经纱和纬纱由棉绒纤维制成,经纱中加入有亚麻纤维,保存了纯棉织物的舒适性,纬纱中加入有竹纤维,吸汗抑菌,同时由于抗皱层的作用,可以机洗后可自然挺直,无需熨烫,织物有较强的耐磨性。
本发明具有很好的防水、防油、防污功能。

具体实施方式
参见图1,一种防水防油防污功能可机洗免烫衬衫织物,包括织物底层,所述的织物底层包括经纱和纬纱,所述织物底层表面设有抗皱层,所述织物底层和抗皱层之间通过水性聚氨酯粘胶剂复合在一起。
所述织物底层的经纱中加入有亚麻纤维。
所述织物底层的经纱中的亚麻纤维占经纱质量百分比为20%-30%。
所述织物底层的纬纱中加入有竹纤维。
所述织物底层纬纱的竹纤维占纬纱质量百分比为25%-45%。
所述的抗皱层为PTT 纤维和涤纶、氨纶混纺而成,
所述的抗皱层PPT 纤维和涤纶、氨纶的质量比为1:3:2。
所述底层背面设置有衬里织物层,所述衬里织物层,包括三层,外层为特氟龙涂层,夹层为纺织物,内层为特氟龙涂层,纺织物为尼龙防水织物或涤纶织物,特氟龙涂层厚度为10μm~13μm。

1.一种防水防油防污功能可机洗免烫衬衫织物,其特征在于:包括织物底层(1),所述的织物底层(1)包括经纱和纬纱,所述织物底层(1)表面设有抗皱层(2),所述织物底层(1)和抗皱层(2)之间通过水性聚氨酯粘胶剂复合在一起;所述底层背面设置有衬里织物层,所述衬里织物层,包括三层,外层为特氟龙涂层,夹层为纺织物,内层为特氟龙涂层,纺织物为尼龙防水织物或涤纶织物,特氟龙涂层厚度为10μm~13μm。
2.根据权利要求1 所述的一种防水防油防污功能可机洗免烫衬衫织物,其特征在于:所述织物底层(1)的经纱中加入有亚麻纤维,所述亚麻纤维占经纱质量百分比为20%-30%。
3.根据权利要求1 所述的一种防水防油防污功能可机洗免烫衬衫织物,其特征在于:所述织物底层(1)的纬纱中加入有竹纤维,所述的竹纤维占纬纱质量百分比为25%-45%。
4.根据权利要求1 所述的一种防水防油防污功能可机洗免烫衬衫织物,其特征在于:所述的抗皱层(2)为PTT 纤维和涤纶、氨纶混纺而成,所述的PPT 纤维和涤纶、氨纶的质量比为1:3:2。
