背景技术
传统的衬衫织物，多为纯棉、涤纶、化纤等，纯棉织物的衬衫穿着舒适，柔软，吸汗，但易皱、易变形，易染色；涤纶织物结实耐用、弹性好、不易变形、耐腐蚀，但透气性差，易染色；化纤织物质地柔软、悬垂 挺括、滑爽舒适，但耐磨性、耐热性、吸湿性、透气性较差，遇热容易变形，都是不是理想的衬衫织物的选择。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足，提供一种由两层材料叠加形成的可机洗免烫衬衫织物，该可机洗免烫衬衫织物穿着舒适，洗后可免烫穿着，制作简单。
本发明的目的是这样实现的：一种斑点提花可机洗免烫衬衫织物，包括织物底层，所述的织物底层包括经纱和纬纱，所述织物底层表面设有抗皱层，所述织物底层和抗皱层之间通过水性聚氨酯粘胶剂复合在一起。所述底层背面设置有衬里织物层，所述衬里织物层，为一种斑点提花织物，为正反双面提花织物，其正面均匀独立分布有凸点，该凸点采用第一纱线提花形成于底布上，其反面为由第二纱线提花形成于底布反面的竖向条纹，相邻条纹间平行。
优选的，所述织物底层的经纱中加入有亚麻纤维。
优选的，所述织物底层的经纱中的亚麻纤维占经纱质量百分比为20%-30%。
优选的，所述织物底层的纬纱中加入有竹纤维。
优选的，所述织物底层纬纱的竹纤维占纬纱质量百分比为25%-45%。
优选的，所述的抗皱层为PTT 纤维和涤纶、氨纶混纺而成，
优选的，所述的抗皱层PPT 纤维和涤纶、氨纶的质量比为1：3：2。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：
可机洗免烫衬衫织物，经纱和纬纱由棉绒纤维制成，经纱中加入有亚麻纤维，保存了纯棉织物的舒适性，纬纱中加入有竹纤维，吸汗抑菌，同时由于抗皱层的作用，可以机洗后可自然挺直，无需熨烫，织物有较强的耐磨性。
本发明正反两面提花不用的图形结构，可适宜不同的需求，凸起得斑点与底布可染成颜色相撞的两种颜色，立体感强，具有靓丽的外观，底布反面的竖向条纹可增强织物的挺阔感。
