技术领域
本发明涉及一种织物，尤其涉及一种可机洗免烫衬衫织物，属于纺织织物领域。
背景技术
传统的衬衫织物，多为纯棉、涤纶、化纤等，纯棉织物的衬衫穿着舒适，柔软，吸汗，但易皱、易变形，易染色；涤纶织物结实耐用、弹性好、不易变形、耐腐蚀，但透气性差，易染色；化纤织物质地柔软、悬垂 挺括、滑爽舒适，但耐磨性、耐热性、吸湿性、透气性较差，遇热容易变形，都是不是理想的衬衫织物的选择。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足，提供一种由两层材料叠加形成的可机洗免烫衬衫织物，该可机洗免烫衬衫织物穿着舒适，洗后可免烫穿着，制作简单。
本发明的目的是这样实现的：一种刚度和硬度好可机洗免烫衬衫织物，包括织物底层，所述的织物底层包括经纱和纬纱，所述织物底层表面设有抗皱层，所述织物底层和抗皱层之间通过水性聚氨酯粘胶剂复合在一起。所述底层背面设置有衬里织物层，所述衬里织物层，采用编织物制成，编织物可包括多个经线和与多个经线耦合的至少一个纬线。编织物还可包括多个接合纤维。接合纤维可被定位为与经线并行和/或与纬线平行。另外，接合纤维可由具有比用于形成编织物的经线和纬线的材料的熔点温度低的熔点温度的材料形成。
优选的，所述织物底层的经纱中加入有亚麻纤维。
优选的，所述织物底层的经纱中的亚麻纤维占经纱质量百分比为20%-30%。
优选的，所述织物底层的纬纱中加入有竹纤维。
优选的，所述织物底层纬纱的竹纤维占纬纱质量百分比为25%-45%。
优选的，所述的抗皱层为PTT 纤维和涤纶、氨纶混纺而成，
优选的，所述的抗皱层PPT 纤维和涤纶、氨纶的质量比为1：3：2。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：
可机洗免烫衬衫织物，经纱和纬纱由棉绒纤维制成，经纱中加入有亚麻纤维，保存了纯棉织物的舒适性，纬纱中加入有竹纤维，吸汗抑菌，同时由于抗皱层的作用，可以机洗后可自然挺直，无需熨烫，织物有较强的耐磨性。
本发明可以增加编织物的刚度和硬度。

参见图1，一种刚度和硬度好可机洗免烫衬衫织物，包括织物底层，所述的织物底层包括经纱和纬纱，所述织物底层表面设有抗皱层，所述织物底层和抗皱层之间通过水性聚氨酯粘胶剂复合在一起。
所述织物底层的经纱中加入有亚麻纤维。
所述织物底层的经纱中的亚麻纤维占经纱质量百分比为20%-30%。
所述织物底层的纬纱中加入有竹纤维。
所述织物底层纬纱的竹纤维占纬纱质量百分比为25%-45%。
所述的抗皱层为PTT 纤维和涤纶、氨纶混纺而成，
所述的抗皱层PPT 纤维和涤纶、氨纶的质量比为1：3：2。

1.一种刚度和硬度好可机洗免烫衬衫织物，其特征在于：包括织物底层（1），所述的织物底层（1）包括经纱和纬纱，所述织物底层（1）表面设有抗皱层（2），所述织物底层（1）和抗皱层（2）之间通过水性聚氨酯粘胶剂复合在一起；所述底层背面设置有衬里织物层，所述衬里织物层，采用编织物制成，编织物可包括多个经线和与多个经线耦合的至少一个纬线。编织物还可包括多个接合纤维。接合纤维可被定位为与经线并行和/或与纬线平行。另外，接合纤维可由具有比用于形成编织物的经线和纬线的材料的熔点温度低的熔点温度的材料形成。
2.根据权利要求1 所述的一种刚度和硬度好可机洗免烫衬衫织物，其特征在于：所述织物底层（1）的经纱中加入有亚麻纤维，所述亚麻纤维占经纱质量百分比为20%-30%。
3.根据权利要求1 所述的一种刚度和硬度好可机洗免烫衬衫织物，其特征在于：所述织物底层（1）的纬纱中加入有竹纤维，所述的竹纤维占纬纱质量百分比为25%-45%。
4.根据权利要求1 所述的一种刚度和硬度好可机洗免烫衬衫织物，其特征在于：所述的抗皱层（2）为PTT 纤维和涤纶、氨纶混纺而成，所述的PPT 纤维和涤纶、氨纶的质量比为1：3：2。
