本发明涉及搅拌装置技术领域,尤其是一种沥青的搅拌装置,箱体上端中心处通过支架设置有电机,电机的输出轴下侧连接有转轴,转轴与箱体接触处的箱体上还设置有密封轴承,且转轴贯穿密封轴承,并延伸至箱体内底部,转轴下端设置有多组搅拌杆,多组搅拌杆上设置有多个搅拌叶,箱体内顶部设置有管筒,且管筒位于转轴的外侧,箱体上端一侧设置有进料口,出料口下端连接有管道,且管道贯穿箱体延伸至管筒的内部,搅拌杆上侧的转轴上设置有扇叶,且扇叶位于管筒下侧,扇叶下端设置有圆盘,且圆盘直径与扇叶直径相匹配,圆盘上侧设置有多个小孔,该发明能够将改性剂与沥青充分融合,并且对残留物也有一定的处理。

技术领域
本发明涉及搅拌装置技术领域,尤其涉及一种沥青的搅拌装置。
背景技术
制备改性沥青时,由于改性剂和沥青在一定的高温下才能进行融合,所以通常需要先对沥青进行升温,然后再将沥青与改性剂放入搅拌装置中,由于在搅拌过程中沥青为熔融状态,具有粘稠性,采用普通的搅拌装置无法将沥青与改性剂搅拌均匀,而且搅拌过后搅拌装置中的残留物,对搅拌装置有一定影响,为此我们提出了一种沥青的搅拌装置。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种沥青的搅拌装置。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
设计一种沥青的搅拌装置,包括箱体,所述箱体一侧下方设置有出料口,且出料口上设置有阀门,所述箱体上端中心处通过支架设置有电机,所述电机的输出轴下侧连接有转轴,所述转轴与箱体接触处的箱体上还设置有密封轴承,且转轴贯穿密封轴承,并延伸至箱体内底部,所述转轴下端设置有多组搅拌杆,多组所述搅拌杆上设置有多个搅拌叶,所述箱体内顶部设置有管筒,且管筒位于转轴的外侧,所述箱体上端一侧设置有进料口,所述出料口下端连接有管道,且管道贯穿箱体延伸至管筒的内部,所述搅拌杆上侧的转轴上设置有扇叶,且扇叶位于管筒下侧,所述扇叶下端设置有圆盘,且圆盘直径与扇叶直径相匹配,所述圆盘上侧设置有多个小孔。
优选的,所述箱体的下端设置有底座,所述底座下端设置有防滑垫。
优选的,所述箱体内下侧还设置有清淤板,所述清淤板一侧中心处焊接有第一支柱,且第一支柱贯穿箱体延伸至箱体外侧,所述第一支柱与箱体之间设置有密封垫,所述第一支柱一端还铰接有第二支柱,所述第二支柱卡设在箱体外侧的卡座上。
优选的,所述箱体内底部位于出料口一侧设置有支座,且支座一侧还固定有滑杆,且滑杆水平贯穿清淤板并延伸固定在箱体另一侧的内壁上,所述清淤板能够在滑杆上滑动。
本发明提出的一种沥青的搅拌装置,有益效果在于:该一种沥青的搅拌装置能够通过扇叶与圆盘的配合使改性剂均匀分布在搅拌装置中,在通过多组搅拌杆与多个搅拌叶的配合,使沥青与改性剂充分融合,并且安装的清淤装置,对残留物进行清除。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
参照图1-2,箱体1一侧下方设置有出料口12,且出料口12上设置有阀门,箱体1上端中心处通过支架设置有电机9,电机9的输出轴下侧连接有转轴8,转轴8与箱体1接触处的箱体1上还设置有密封轴承4,且转轴8贯穿密封轴承4,并延伸至箱体1内底部,转轴8下端设置有多组搅拌杆10,多组搅拌杆10上设置有多个搅拌叶11,多组搅拌杆14与多个搅拌叶15的配合使沥青与改性剂充分融合。
箱体1上侧内壁设置有管筒5,且管筒5位于转轴8的外侧,箱体1上端一侧设置有出料口2,出料口2下端连接有管道3,且管道3贯穿箱体1延伸至管筒5的内部,材料倒在出料口2上通过管道3直接留到扇叶6和圆盘7上,从而达到预期效果。
搅拌杆10上侧的转轴8上设置有扇叶6,且扇叶6位于管筒5下侧,扇叶6下端设置有圆盘7,且圆盘7直径与扇叶6直径相匹配,圆盘7上侧设置有多个小孔13,扇叶6和带孔的圆盘7配合,在电机9的带动下,是改性剂充分的遍布整个搅拌装置。
箱体1的下端设置有底座19,底座19下端设置有防滑垫20,稳定搅拌装置。
箱体1内下侧还设置有清淤板14,清淤板14一侧中心处焊接有第一支柱17,且第一支柱17贯穿箱体1延伸至箱体1外侧,第一支柱17与箱体1之间设置有密封垫16,第一支柱17一端还铰接有第二支柱18,第二支柱18卡设在箱体1外侧的卡座上,推拉支柱使清淤板14可以清除搅拌装置的残留物,第二支柱18使用时可以拿出与第一支柱17合并成一个长的支柱,而不使用时卡设在箱体1外侧,这样既不占用什么空间,又方便。
箱体1内底部位于出料口12一侧设置有支座21,且支座一侧还固定有滑杆15,且滑杆15水平贯穿清淤板14并延伸固定在箱体1另一侧的内壁上,清淤板14能够在滑杆15上滑动,滑杆15是对清淤板14一个固定的作用。

1.一种沥青的搅拌装置,包括箱体(1),所述箱体(1)一侧下方设置有出料口(12),且出料口(12)上设置有阀门,其特征在于,所述箱体(1)上端中心处通过支架设置有电机(9),所述电机(9)的输出轴下侧连接有转轴(8),所述转轴(8)与箱体(1)接触处的箱体(1)上还设置有密封轴承(4),且转轴(8)贯穿密封轴承(4),并延伸至箱体(1)内底部,所述转轴(8)下端设置有多组搅拌杆(10),多组所述搅拌杆(10)上设置有多个搅拌叶(11),所述箱体(1)内顶部设置有管筒(5),且管筒(5)位于转轴(8)的外侧,所述箱体(1)上端一侧设置有进料口(2),所述出料口(2)下端连接有管道(3),且管道(3)贯穿箱体(1)延伸至管筒(5)的内部,所述搅拌杆(10)上侧的转轴(8)上设置有扇叶(6),且扇叶(6)位于管筒(5)下侧,所述扇叶(6)下端设置有圆盘(7),且圆盘(7)直径与扇叶(6)直径相匹配,所述圆盘(7)上侧设置有多个小孔(13)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种沥青的搅拌装置,其特征在于,所述箱体(1)的下端设置有底座(19),所述底座(19)下端设置有防滑垫(20)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种沥青的搅拌装置,其特征在于,所述箱体(1)内下侧还设置有清淤板(14),所述清淤板(14)一侧中心处焊接有第一支柱(17),且第一支柱(17)贯穿箱体(1)延伸至箱体(1)外侧,所述第一支柱(17)与箱体(1)之间设置有密封垫(16),所述第一支柱(17)一端还铰接有第二支柱(18),所述第二支柱(18)卡设在箱体(1)外侧的卡座上。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种沥青的搅拌装置,其特征在于,所述箱体(1)内底部位于出料口(12)一侧设置有支座(21),且支座一侧还固定有滑杆(15),且滑杆(15)水平贯穿清淤板(14)并延伸固定在箱体(1)另一侧的内壁上,所述清淤板(14)能够在滑杆(15)上滑动。
