本发明公开了一种带有清洁装置的滤芯,包括筒体、密封所述筒体的密封盖,以及安装在所述筒体和密封盖之间形成的腔体内的滤芯组件,所述滤芯组件包括沿径向自内向外依次套接的支撑层、过渡层和分离层,所述支撑层的内壁环绕形成污水通道,所述污水通道内设置有绕所述支撑层的轴线旋转的清洁组件,所述清洁组件包括转动轴、与所述转动轴贯通连接并环向均布设置在所述转动轴上的容置槽、可伸出接触所述支撑层侧壁或回缩至所述容置槽内的清洁刷、与所述清洁刷通过连接杆驱动连接的驱动组件,所述容置槽的侧壁上凸起形成套接并导向所述连接杆的导向槽。本发明至少有以下优点:清洁效果好、结构优化、操作便捷。

技术领域
本发明涉及滤芯技术领域,尤其涉及一种带有清洁装置的滤芯。
背景技术
随着社会生产力的快速发展,人们的生活质量也随之提高,对于生活中赖以生存的用水格外重视。生活用水中污染物主要包括颗粒物质、微生物、有机溶解物以及重金属离子,自来水在处理过程中虽然可以将上述大量污染物去除,但仍会残留部分有害物质。
目前针对上述问题的解决,市场上普遍应用的产品是通过滤芯解决污水过滤的问题。滤芯通常在使用一定的时间后会需要清洗的过程,目前常采用的方式是通过人工拆卸后对滤芯进行清洗。采用上述方法,造成人工劳动强度大,且安装和拆卸不便捷。
发明内容
本发明需要解决的技术问题是提供一种带有清洁装置的滤芯,具有较好的清洁效果、结构优化、操作便捷。
本发明的一种带有清洁装置的滤芯,包括筒体、密封所述筒体的密封盖,以及安装在所述筒体和密封盖之间形成的腔体内的滤芯组件,所述滤芯组件包括沿径向自内向外依次套接的支撑层、过渡层和分离层,所述支撑层的内壁环绕形成污水通道,所述污水通道内设置有绕所述支撑层的轴线旋转的清洁组件,所述清洁组件包括转动轴、与所述转动轴贯通连接并环向均布设置在所述转动轴上的容置槽、可伸出接触所述支撑层侧壁或回缩至所述容置槽内的清洁刷、与所述清洁刷通过连接杆驱动连接的驱动组件,所述容置槽的侧壁上凸起形成套接并导向所述连接杆的导向槽。
进一步地,所述连接杆上设置有抵触所述导向槽侧壁以限位所述连接杆运动距离的限位块。
进一步地,所述清洁刷靠近所述污水通道侧壁的表面上设置有硬刷毛和软刷毛。
进一步地,所述硬刷毛和软刷毛沿所述支撑层的轴线间隔设置。
进一步地,所述密封盖的侧壁上设置有第一磁性组件,所述筒体的侧壁上设置有吸合所述第一磁性组件的第二磁性组件。
进一步地,所述容置槽的数量为3-6个。
进一步地,所述驱动组件包括固定设置在所述转动轴的腔体内的驱动气缸。
借由上述方案,本发明至少具有以下优点:通过设置有滤芯组件,包括支撑层、过渡层和分离层,能够起到较好的过滤作用;通过设置有转动轴和清洁刷,清洁刷在转动轴的带动下,能够全方位的对所述支撑层的侧壁进行清洗,清洁效果好;通过设置有驱动组件,驱动所述清洁刷伸出接触所述支撑层侧壁或回缩至所述容置槽内,结构优化,操作便捷。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细描述。以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。
结合图1和图2所示,本发明的一种带有清洁装置的滤芯,包括筒体1、密封所述筒体1的密封盖2,以及安装在所述筒体1和密封盖2之间形成的腔体内的滤芯组件。所述密封盖2的侧壁上设置有第一磁性组件14,所述筒体1的侧壁上设置有吸合所述第一磁性组件14的第二磁性组件。通过上述的设置方式,连接结构新颖,拆卸和安装便捷,有效地降低了人工劳动强度。所述滤芯组件包括沿径向自内向外依次套接的支撑层3、过渡层4和分离层5,通过设置有滤芯组件,包括支撑层3、过渡层4和分离层5,能够起到较好的过滤作用。所述支撑层3的内壁环绕形成污水通道6,所述污水通道6内设置有绕所述支撑层3的轴线旋转的清洁组件。
所述清洁组件包括转动轴7、与所述转动轴7贯通连接并环向均布设置在所述转动轴7上的容置槽8、可伸出接触所述支撑层3侧壁或回缩至所述容置槽8内的清洁刷9、与所述清洁刷9通过连接杆驱动连接的驱动组件。通过设置有转动轴7和清洁刷9,清洁刷9在转动轴7的带动下,能够全方位的对所述支撑层3的侧壁进行清洗,清洁效果好。所述连接杆上设置有抵触所述导向槽10侧壁以限位所述连接杆运动距离的限位块11,通过设置有限位块11,能够精准地控制连接杆伸出的距离,间接控制清洁刷9与所述支撑层3之间的接触力度。所述清洁刷9靠近所述污水通道6侧壁的表面上设置有硬刷毛12和软刷毛13,所述硬刷毛12和软刷毛13沿所述支撑层3的轴线间隔设置。通过设置有硬刷毛12和软刷毛13,能够满足不同的清洁要求,结构优化。
所述容置槽8的侧壁上凸起形成套接并导向所述连接杆的导向槽10,通过设置有导向槽10,能够较好的保证连接杆运行的稳定性。本发明中,优选的所述容置槽8的数量为3-6个。通过设置有驱动组件,所述驱动组件包括固定设置在所述转动轴7的腔体内的驱动气缸15,所述驱动气缸15驱动所述清洁刷9伸出接触所述支撑层3侧壁或回缩至所述容置槽8内,为整体装置提供动力源,保证整体装置运行的稳定性。

1.一种带有清洁装置的滤芯,包括筒体、密封所述筒体的密封盖,以及安装在所述筒体和密封盖之间形成的腔体内的滤芯组件,其特征在于:所述滤芯组件包括沿径向自内向外依次套接的支撑层、过渡层和分离层,所述支撑层的内壁环绕形成污水通道,所述污水通道内设置有绕所述支撑层的轴线旋转的清洁组件,所述清洁组件包括转动轴、与所述转动轴贯通连接并环向均布设置在所述转动轴上的容置槽、可伸出接触所述支撑层侧壁或回缩至所述容置槽内的清洁刷、与所述清洁刷通过连接杆驱动连接的驱动组件,所述容置槽的侧壁上凸起形成套接并导向所述连接杆的导向槽。
2.根据权利要求1所述的带有清洁装置的滤芯,其特征在于:所述连接杆上设置有抵触所述导向槽侧壁以限位所述连接杆运动距离的限位块。
3.根据权利要求1所述的带有清洁装置的滤芯,其特征在于:所述清洁刷靠近所述污水通道侧壁的表面上设置有硬刷毛和软刷毛。
4.根据权利要求3所述的带有清洁装置的滤芯,其特征在于:所述硬刷毛和软刷毛沿所述支撑层的轴线间隔设置。
5.根据权利要求1所述的带有清洁装置的滤芯,其特征在于:所述密封盖的侧壁上设置有第一磁性组件,所述筒体的侧壁上设置有吸合所述第一磁性组件的第二磁性组件。
6.根据权利要求1所述的带有清洁装置的滤芯,其特征在于:所述容置槽的数量为3-6个。
7.根据权利要求1所述的带有清洁装置的滤芯,其特征在于:所述驱动组件包括固定设置在所述转动轴的腔体内的驱动气缸。
