Example 10: preparation of kidney-tonifying granules
Adding 80g of herba epimedii, 50g of radix achyranthis bidentatae, 40g of rhodiola rosea and 30g of Chinese yam which are crushed and sieved by a 20-mesh sieve into 2L 60% ethanol for extraction for 3 times, each time for 1 hour, filtering, combining filtrates, and concentrating under reduced pressure to obtain an extract with the relative density of 1.1; vacuum drying the obtained extract at 70 deg.C under reduced pressure to obtain dry extract, pulverizing, and sieving with 80 mesh sieve to obtain the final product. Example 11: preparation of kidney tonifying tablet
Adding 80g of crushed and sieved epimedium herb, 50g of achyranthes root, 40g of rhodiola rosea and 30g of Chinese yam into 2L 60% ethanol for extraction for 3 times, each time for 1 hour, filtering, combining filtrates, and concentrating under reduced pressure to obtain an extract with the relative density of 1.1; vacuum drying the obtained extract at 70 deg.C under reduced pressure to obtain dry extract, pulverizing, and sieving with 80 mesh sieve to obtain the final product. Mixing the kidney invigorating medicinal composition and dextrin (5:1, g/g), wet granulating with 95% ethanol as binder, drying, grading, adding 1% magnesium stearate, mixing, tabletting, coating film coat, and packaging.

Claims (6)

1. The kidney-tonifying pharmaceutical composition is characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: epimedium 40%, achyranthes root 25%, rhodiola root 20% and Chinese yam 15%.
2. The kidney-tonifying pharmaceutical composition as claimed in claim 1, wherein the kidney-tonifying pharmaceutical composition is prepared by pulverizing and sieving the prescribed amount of raw materials, adding solvent water, extracting, concentrating the extract, drying, and pulverizing.
3. The method for preparing a kidney-tonifying pharmaceutical composition according to claim 1, comprising the steps of:
(1) crushing and sieving the raw materials of the traditional Chinese medicine composition, adding an extraction solvent water, and extracting for 1-3 times at the temperature of 40-100 ℃ for 0.5-3 hours each time to obtain an extracting solution; wherein the ratio of the mass of the raw materials of the traditional Chinese medicine composition to the volume of the extraction solvent is 1 g: 8-12 mL;
(2) mixing the extractive solutions, filtering, concentrating, spray drying, and vacuum drying or lyophilizing under reduced pressure to obtain dry extract;
(3) and crushing the obtained dry extract, and sieving the crushed dry extract by a sieve of 80-100 meshes to obtain the kidney tonifying medicinal composition.
4. The method according to claim 3, wherein the extraction method in step (1) is selected from the group consisting of microwave extraction and reflux extraction.
5. The use of the kidney-tonifying pharmaceutical composition according to claim 1 in the preparation of a medicament for the treatment of kidney deficiency.
6. A medicament for treating kidney deficiency, which is characterized by comprising a clinically allowable dosage form prepared by mixing the kidney tonifying pharmaceutical composition as claimed in claim 1 and pharmaceutically acceptable auxiliary materials; the dosage form is selected from decoction, granules, capsules, tablets, mixture, pills or powder.
