技术领域
本发明属于中药组合物，具体地说，是涉及一种用于带状疱疹治疗的中药配方及其制备方法。
背景技术
带状疱疹是由水痘-带状疱疹病毒所致的急性皮肤黏膜感染性疾病。本病夏秋季的发病率较高。发病前可有发热、全身不适等前驱症状。患侧皮肤开始有烧灼感、疼痛，局部张力增加。继之皮肤陆续出现不规则红斑，成簇的疱疹，呈粟粒大小透明水疱，周围有红晕，7～10天结痂脱落，多数2～4周愈合。VZV可侵犯面、颈、胸、腰部神经，15%～20%侵犯三叉神经，极少数情况下，可侵犯运动神经，如面神经。重者可并发肺炎、脑膜炎。根据所侵犯的神经，疱疹呈特征性的带状分布，多为单侧，不超过中线。VZV若侵犯第一支，可发生结膜炎、角膜炎。若侵犯面神经膝状神经节，可发生面瘫、外耳道耳翼疼痛、耳部带状疱疹、口咽部疱疹、耳鸣、味觉下降等，称为膝状神经节综合征(ramsay Hunt syndrome或称Hunt综合征)。带状疱疹随年龄增长，症状也加重，病程延长。有些患者在疱疹愈合后，仍有神经痛症状持续数月或更长时间。
目前，医学上对于带状疱疹的药物治疗一般以止痛、缩短病程和防止激发感染为原则，通过注射或表皮涂抹抗生素、干扰素等抗病毒药物来达到治疗的目的。但这些药物由于药理明确，成分单一，往往功能单一，效果有限，而且毒副作用大，安全性差，抗生素类药物的治疗还会对人体的免疫功能造成一定的长久损伤，从而达不到安全彻底治愈疾病的目的，给患者带来很大的痛苦。
本发明用于带状疱疹治疗的中药配方，针对带状疱疹病因病机，清热解毒燥湿，化瘀止痛，疏风透疹，带状疱疹是由肝胆火盛，湿热内蕴，外感邪毒，湿热毒邪凝结伤脉络所致。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决上述现有技术存在的不足之处，提供一种根据中医传统用药理论科学搭配，寒热并用，清热解毒燥湿，化瘀止痛，疏风透疹的快速治疗带状疱疹的中药制剂及其制备工艺。
为了实现上述发明目的，本发明制成该药物有效成分的原料组成及其重量配比为：栀子8g，龙胆草6g，黄岑8g，车前子8g，板蓝根5g，苍术8g，黄柏8g，泽泻8g，当归尾8g，生地黄16g，柴胡8g，川牛膝8g，甘草5g。
本发明中药组合物的制备和使用方法：将上述原料药物混合在一起，加水浸没，浸泡60分钟，武火煎煮至沸腾后，改用文火煎煮30分钟，过滤，得滤液，滤渣再加水浸没，武火煎煮至沸腾后，改用文火煎煮30分钟，过滤，得滤液，然后再加第3次水，煮沸后用文火煎煮30分钟，过滤，得滤液，合并3次滤液，混匀得1剂，每日1剂，分3次温服，饭后服。

具体实施方式
实施例1：一种治疗带状疱疹的中药汤剂，按重量份数包括以下中药成分：栀子8g，龙胆草6g，黄岑8g，车前子8g，板蓝根5g，苍术8g，黄柏8g，泽泻8g，当归尾8g，生地黄16g，柴胡8g，川牛膝8g，甘草5g。
实施例2：如果患者气滞，在上述组分中加延胡索8g，牛膝5g，川楝子8g。
实施例3：如果患者血瘀，在上述组分中加丹参8g，川芎8g，桃仁8g。
实施例4：如果患者血热，在上述组分中加牡丹皮8g，地骨皮8g，赤芍8g。

1、临床资料
确诊为带状疱疹患者29例，其中男性12例，女性17例；年龄 45～82岁，50岁以上占79%；发病部位：腰部皮损发疹：9例，肋间12例，四 肢部6例，眼皮损发疹2例。
2、诊断标准：根据国家中医药管理局1994年颁布的《中医病证诊断疗效标准》 评定。①疙疹初起时颜面部皮肤呈不规则或椭圆形红斑，数小时后在红斑上发 生水疙，逐渐增多并合为大疙，严重者可为血疤，有继发感染者则为脓疤。② 常有低热、乏力症状，发疹部位有疼痛、烧灼感。③剧痛，皮疹消退后可后遗 神经痛。
3、疗效标准：根据国家中医药管理局1994年制定的《中医病证诊断疗效标准》判定
痊愈：疼痛、痒感消失，皮损炎症全退，水疤干涸，无新疹，自觉症状全部消失；
显效：疼痛、痒感基本消失，皮损消退≥75%；
有效：疼痛、痒感减轻，≤50%皮损消退<75%；
无效：疼痛、痒感不减轻甚至加剧，皮损减退＜50%。
4、治疗结果
治疗效果：本组29例中，显效25例，占86.2%；有效4例，占13.8%；止 痛时间最早为1d，最迟为4d，平均2.1d；水疤干涸最快3d，最迟6d，平均4.6 d；治疗时间最长7d，最短3d，治愈率达100%。未见局部遗留神经痛或色素沉着。

周某，男，54岁，左侧腰背部带状疱疹，曾使用病毒灵片，复合维生素B片等药治疗，但症状没有改善，患处皮肤呈烧灼样疼痛，衣被触之时疼痛难隐，食欲不振，口干咽燥，小便短赤，大便秘结，舌质红，苔黄腻，脉弦数，中医诊为肝胆火盛，湿热蕴结，外受邪毒引发，湿热毒邪凝结，伤及脉络，治则清泻肝火，利湿解毒，服用本发明配方4剂后疱疹干燥脱痂，但尚有疼痛，继服6剂侯疼痛消失，随诊无复发。

1.一种中药治疗带状疱疹，其特征在于：该中药配方按重量份数包括以下中药成分：栀子8g，龙胆草6g，黄岑8g，车前子8g，板蓝根5g，苍术8g，黄柏8g，泽泻8g，当归尾8g，生地黄16g，柴胡8g，川牛膝8g，甘草5g。
2.如权利要求1所述的中药治疗带状疱疹，其特征在于：该中药配方还包括延胡索8g，牛膝5g，川楝子8g。
3.如权利要求1所述的中药治疗带状疱疹，其特征在于：该中药配方还包括丹参8g，川芎8g，桃仁8g。
4.如权利要求1所述的中药治疗带状疱疹，其特征在于：该中药配方还包括牡丹皮8g，地骨皮8g，赤芍8g。
5.如权利要求1所述的中药治疗带状疱疹的制备方法，其特征在于：将上述原料药物混合在一起，加水浸没，浸泡60分钟，武火煎煮至沸腾后，改用文火煎煮30分钟，过滤，得滤液，滤渣再加水浸没，武火煎煮至沸腾后，改用文火煎煮30分钟，过滤，得滤液，然后再加第3次水，煮沸后用文火煎煮30分钟，过滤，得滤液，合并3次滤液，混匀得1剂，每日1剂，分3次温服，饭后服。
