Compared with the prior art, the installation method of the electric control element board has the advantages of convenience in installation, centralized functions and convenience in maintenance, and improves the safety of the wiring harness.

s2, fixing the component at the corresponding position on the component board;
s3, marking the wire harness with codes to obtain the required wire number;

s5, mounting a wiring harness, and connecting the components on the component board through the wiring harness corresponding to the wire number;
s6, short-circuiting the diodes, and short-circuiting the diodes among the wire harnesses with corresponding wire numbers;
s7, determining the crimping strength of the terminal machine according to the type of the terminal of the component;
s8, installing a sheath, and inserting the wiring harness into the corresponding sheath according to a preset sheath inserting direction;
s9, twisting the wiring harness according to the direction of the wiring harness, and fixing the wiring harness;
s10, heating the heat shrinkable tube to shrink the heat shrinkable tube;
and S11, installing a fuse tube, and installing the fuse tube with the corresponding specification in the fuse type wire holder to complete the installation of the electric control element board.

And two ground wires on the flash relay are connected with the 16-pin diagnosis interface and the main relay respectively. s3, marking the wire harness with codes to obtain the required wire number;
s4, inserting the wire, selecting a corresponding wire harness according to the component and threading the wire number;
s5, installing a wire harness, and connecting the components on the component board through the wire harness corresponding to the wire number, specifically: a seventeenth fuse type wire holder is connected with a power supply for controlling a washer, a sixteenth fuse type wire holder is connected with a power supply for controlling a fan, a fifteenth fuse type wire holder is connected with a power supply for controlling a windshield wiper and a warning lamp of a cab, a fourteenth fuse type wire holder is connected with a power supply for controlling a portable working lamp, a thirteenth fuse type wire holder is connected with a power supply for controlling a rear working lamp of the cab, a twelfth fuse type wire holder is connected with a power supply for controlling a front working lamp of the cab, an eleventh fuse type wire holder is connected with a power supply for controlling a rear headlamp, a tenth fuse type wire holder is connected with a power supply for controlling a headlamp, a ninth fuse type wire holder is connected with a power supply for controlling a turn lamp, an eighth fuse type wire holder is connected with a power supply for controlling a shift lever, a seventh fuse type wire holder is connected with a power supply for controlling a horn, a sixth fuse type wire holder is connected with a power supply for controlling, the third fuse type wire holder is connected with a control key switch port, the second fuse type wire holder is connected with a control starting signal, the first fuse type wire holder is connected with a control power supply, two ground wires on the flash relay are connected with the 16-pin diagnosis interface and the main relay respectively, and the ground wire on the middle relay is connected with the intermediate relay;
s6, short-circuiting the diodes, and short-circuiting the diodes among the wire harnesses with corresponding wire numbers;
s7, determining the crimping strength of the terminal machine according to the type of the terminal of the component;
s8, installing a sheath, and inserting the wiring harness into the corresponding sheath according to a preset sheath inserting direction;
