A test method of a fingerprint chip 28 test device, the fingerprint chip 28 test device has the limit structure of the fingerprint chip test device; (1) placing the fingerprint chip 28 in the corresponding containing hole 27 of the fingerprint chip holder 26, and connecting the fingerprint chip holder 26 with the bottom surface of the containing groove 21 by screws; the pressure of the fake finger test pressure reducing valve is adjusted, the adjusting screw 76 is in threaded connection with a corresponding adjusting screw hole 74, and the pre-pressure of the fake finger test pressure adjusting spring 77 is finely adjusted, so that the downward pressure of the test fake finger 79 corresponds to the specification of the tested fingerprint chip 28; the pressure of the output signal testing pressure reducing valve is adjusted, the output signal testing pressure reducing valve is in threaded connection with a corresponding adjusting screw hole 84 through an adjusting screw 88, and the pre-pressure of an output signal testing pressure adjusting spring 89 is finely adjusted, so that the downward pressure of a testing pressure head corresponds to the printed circuit adapter plate 25 matched with the tested fingerprint chip 28; (2) the longitudinal driving device drives the beam 31 to move longitudinally, so that the testing fake finger 79 is opposite to the upper end of the fingerprint chip 28, and the testing pressure head is opposite to the upper end of the printed circuit adapter plate 25; (3) the piston rod of the dummy finger test cylinder 72 extends out, and moves downwards through the dummy finger test transfer block 73, the dummy finger test vertical guide rail 78 and the dummy finger test head 710, the dummy finger presses the upper end of the fingerprint chip 28, and the pressure sensor 23 transmits the measured pressure value to the controller; the piston rod of the output signal testing cylinder 82 extends out, the output signal testing transfer block 83, the output signal testing vertical guide rail 810 and the output signal testing component move downwards, the testing pressure head presses the upper end of the printed circuit transfer plate 25 and transmits the measured output signal value to the controller; (4) according to two different specifications of the tested fingerprint chip 28, the specifications of the two tested fake fingers 79 arranged on the fake finger testing head 710 correspond to the specifications of the tested fingerprint chip 28 one by one; when the fingerprint chips 28 with different specifications are replaced, the fingerprint chip holder 26 is replaced according to the specification of the tested fingerprint chip 28, and the fingerprint chip 28 is placed in the accommodating groove 21; the transverse driving device drives the transverse moving seat 6, the fake finger test vertical guide rail 78 and the fake finger test head 710 to move transversely, so that the test fake finger 79 corresponding to the specification of the tested fingerprint chip 28 moves to the test position, and the test fake finger 79 is opposite to the upper end of the tested fingerprint chip 28.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the fingerprint chip testing device is provided with a plurality of conveying stations, the longitudinal driving device drives the transverse beam to move longitudinally, the transverse driving device drives the transverse moving seat to move transversely, manual detection is carried out by replacing manpower with the fake finger testing unit and the output signal testing unit, repeatability and stability are high, and testing efficiency and testing precision are high. The pressure sensor of the test seat unit supports the test substrate, the fingerprint chip seat is provided with a printed circuit adapter plate, and the fingerprint chip is arranged in a containing hole at the upper end of the fingerprint chip seat, so that the structure is compact and the test is convenient; the fingerprint chip holder of the test socket unit can be conveniently replaced according to the specification of the tested fingerprint chip. The fake finger testing unit is in threaded connection with a corresponding adjusting screw hole through an adjusting screw rod by adjusting the pressure of the fake finger testing pressure reducing valve, and fine-adjusts the pre-pressure of the fake finger testing pressure adjusting spring, so that the downward pressure of the testing fake finger corresponds to the specification of the tested fingerprint chip, and the testing precision is improved. The adjusting limiting plate provided with the adjusting screw rod limiting long hole is beneficial to improving the stability of the adjusting screw rod. The output signal testing unit is used for testing the pressure of the pressure reducing valve by adjusting the output signal, is in threaded connection with a corresponding adjusting screw hole through the adjusting screw rod, finely adjusts the pre-pressure of the output signal testing pressure regulating spring, enables the down-pressure of the testing pressure head to correspond to the specification of the tested fingerprint chip and improves the testing precision. The limiting plate of the output signal testing assembly is matched with the elastic column, and the impact force generated when the testing pressure head presses the printed circuit adapter plate is buffered and is not damaged. The longitudinal driving device and the transverse driving device are simple and practical in structure. The testing method of the fingerprint chip testing device can meet the testing requirement of the fingerprint chip and improve the testing efficiency of replacing fingerprint chips with different specifications.
It will be obvious to those skilled in the art that the present invention may be varied in many ways, and that such variations are not to be regarded as a departure from the scope of the invention. All such modifications as would be obvious to one skilled in the art are intended to be included within the scope of this claim.

Claims (7)

1. A fingerprint chip testing device, comprising: a base; the fingerprint chip testing device is characterized by further comprising: the test device comprises four test seat units which are arranged transversely on a base, a longitudinal moving seat which is provided with a cross beam and a longitudinal driving device and is in sliding connection with the base through at least one longitudinal guide rail, a transverse moving seat which is provided with a transverse driving device and is in sliding connection with the cross beam through a transverse guide rail, dummy finger test units which are arranged on the transverse moving seat and have the same number as the test seat units, and output signal test units which are arranged on the longitudinal moving seat and have the same number as the test seat units; the output signal testing unit and the fake finger testing unit are respectively positioned on the upper side of the testing seat unit and correspond to the testing seat unit one by one; the test socket unit includes: the fingerprint chip testing device comprises a testing substrate, a sensor seat, a fingerprint chip seat, a containing hole and a fingerprint chip, wherein the upper end of the testing substrate is provided with a containing groove; the fake finger test unit includes: the device comprises a cylinder mounting seat connected with a transverse moving seat, a fake finger testing cylinder connected with the cylinder mounting seat, a fake finger testing switching block, a fake finger testing positioning plate, an adjusting screw rod, a fake finger testing pressure regulating spring, a fake finger testing vertical guide rail and a fake finger testing head, wherein the upper end of the fake finger testing positioning plate is connected with a piston rod of the fake finger testing cylinder; the sliding block of the artificial finger test vertical guide rail is connected with the transverse moving seat; and a compressed air inlet pipeline communicated with the fake finger test cylinder is provided with a fake finger test pressure reducing valve.

The fingerprint chip testing device of claim 1, wherein: the fake finger test unit further comprises: an adjusting limiting plate provided with an adjusting screw rod limiting long hole with the length direction being the up-down direction; the adjusting screw rod limiting long hole is sleeved outside the adjusting screw rod, and the width of the adjusting screw rod limiting long hole is matched with the outer diameter of the adjusting screw rod.

The fingerprint chip testing device of claim 1, wherein: the output signal test unit includes: the device comprises a cylinder fixing seat connected with a cross beam, an output signal testing cylinder connected with the cylinder fixing seat, an output signal testing switching block, an output signal testing positioning plate, an adjusting limiting plate, an adjusting screw rod, an output signal testing pressure regulating spring, an output signal testing vertical guide rail and an output signal testing assembly, wherein the upper end of the output signal testing vertical guide rail is connected with a piston rod of the output signal testing cylinder; the slide block of the output signal testing vertical guide rail is connected with the cross beam; the width of the limiting long hole of the adjusting screw is matched with the outer diameter of the adjusting screw; a screw rod of the adjusting screw rod penetrates through the adjusting screw rod limiting long hole and is in threaded connection with an adjusting screw hole; two ends of the output signal testing pressure regulating spring are respectively connected with the cross beam and the regulating screw rod; and the compressed air inlet pipeline communicated with the output signal test cylinder is provided with an output signal test pressure reducing valve.
