本发明公开了一种便于移动的环保路障,包括立板,所述立板左侧设有凸板,所述凸板从上至下均匀设有插孔,所述立板右侧从上至下均设有挡杆,所述插孔和通孔内部贯穿设有锁紧螺栓,且锁紧螺栓后端与卡板的接触面间设有锁紧螺母,所述立板的前端面从左至右均匀设有荧光条。本便于移动的环保路障,通过把挡杆插接在立板和卡板之间,可快速的拼接和拆卸路障,这使得路障在运输的过程中,不会占用大量的空间,减少了路障在运输时的成本,其次立板和卡板通过锁紧螺栓进行连接可实现多个路障的快速搭接,移动轮的设置便于对搭接好的路障进行移动,荧光条的设置可起到很好的夜间照明,以防止交通事故的发生。

本发明涉及路障技术领域,具体为一种便于移动的环保路障。
背景技术
路障(也就是人们常说的水马)常用于交通的管理设施中,主要用于对人流、车流进行引流或阻隔,现有的路障的结构是这样的,多个路障首尾相连,在其中充入水,由于水的重力作用,路障不易拖移;路障的支脚伸向两侧以进一步加强路障的稳定性,支脚向两侧伸开的距离越远,其重心越稳定,但现有结构中,在提高路障稳定性的同时,又带来另一个问题:路障的支脚向两侧伸出,在路障的运输、存储过程中,会占用大量的空间,运输、存储不方便,也导致运输、存储成本增加运。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种便于移动的环保路障,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种便于移动的环保路障,包括立板,所述立板左侧设有凸板,所述凸板从上至下均匀设有插孔,所述立板右侧从上至下均设有挡杆,所述挡杆右侧设有卡板,所述卡板一侧壁设有卡槽,所述卡板的前后侧壁从上至下均贯穿设有通孔,所述卡槽内部设有凸板,且凸板上的插孔和卡板前后侧壁的通孔前后对齐,所述插孔和通孔内部贯穿设有锁紧螺栓,且锁紧螺栓后端与卡板的接触面间设有锁紧螺母,所述立板的前端面从左至右均匀设有荧光条。
优选的,所述挡杆的左右侧壁后端均设有插杆。
优选的,所述立板的右侧壁和卡板的左侧壁从上至下均匀设有凹槽。
优选的,所述插杆插接在凹槽内部。
优选的,所述插杆的宽度小于挡杆宽度。
优选的,所述立板和卡板的下端面均设有移动轮。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本便于移动的环保路障,通过把挡杆插接在立板和卡板之间,可快速的拼接和拆卸路障,这使得路障在运输的过程中,不会占用大量的空间,减少了路障在运输时的成本,其次立板和卡板通过锁紧螺栓进行连接可实现多个路障的快速搭接,移动轮的设置便于对搭接好的路障进行移动,荧光条的设置可起到很好的夜间照明,以防止交通事故的发生。

请参阅图1-4,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种便于移动的环保路障,包括立板3,所述立板3左侧设有凸板2,所述凸板2从上至下均匀设有插孔1,所述立板3右侧从上至下均设有挡杆4,所述挡杆4右侧设有卡板5,所述卡板5一侧壁设有卡槽12,所述卡板5的前后侧壁从上至下均贯穿设有通孔11,所述卡槽12内部设有凸板2,且凸板2上的插孔1和卡板5前后侧壁的通孔11前后对齐,所述插孔1和通孔11内部贯穿设有锁紧螺栓6,且锁紧螺栓6后端与卡板5的接触面间设有锁紧螺母10,所述立板3的前端面从左至右均匀设有荧光条8,所述挡杆4的左右侧壁后端均设有插杆13,所述立板3的右侧壁和卡板5的左侧壁从上至下均匀设有凹槽9,所述插杆13插接在凹槽9内部,所述插杆13的宽度小于挡杆4宽度,所述立板3和卡板5的下端面均设有移动轮7。
工作原理:通过把挡杆4插接在立板3和卡板5之间,可快速的拼接和拆卸路障,这使得路障在运输的过程中,不会占用大量的空间,减少了路障在运输时的成本,其次立板3和卡板5通过锁紧螺栓6进行连接可实现多个路障的快速搭接,移动轮7的设置便于对搭接好的路障进行移动,荧光条8的设置可起到很好的夜间照明,以防止交通事故的发生。

1.一种便于移动的环保路障,包括立板(3),其特征在于:所述立板(3)左侧设有凸板(2),所述凸板(2)从上至下均匀设有插孔(1),所述立板(3)右侧从上至下均设有挡杆(4),所述挡杆(4)右侧设有卡板(5),所述卡板(5)一侧壁设有卡槽(12),所述卡板(5)的前后侧壁从上至下均贯穿设有通孔(11),所述卡槽(12)内部设有凸板(2),且凸板(2)上的插孔(1)和卡板(5)前后侧壁的通孔(11)前后对齐,所述插孔(1)和通孔(11)内部贯穿设有锁紧螺栓(6),且锁紧螺栓(6)后端与卡板(5)的接触面间设有锁紧螺母(10),所述立板(3)的前端面从左至右均匀设有荧光条(8)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种便于移动的环保路障,其特征在于:所述挡杆(4)的左右侧壁后端均设有插杆(13)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种便于移动的环保路障,其特征在于:所述立板(3)的右侧壁和卡板(5)的左侧壁从上至下均匀设有凹槽(9)。
