The rotary servo motor is started, and the profiling explorator 112 enables the grinding machine frame 107 and the rail top grinding wheel adjusting and compensating mechanism 108 arranged on the profiling explorator to overturn and grind along the track of the section of the rail head, so that profiling grinding of the weld flash of the rail head is realized.
The rail top profiling grinding device 1 can automatically judge the position of the steel rail parent metal through current feedback of the grinding wheel motor, automatically adjust the feeding amount of the grinding head, does not need to add other detection devices, and has stable and reliable detection position. The shape of the steel wheel actually manufactured has manufacturing deviation from the shape of the theoretical steel rail, the application can shape the shape outline of the steel rail 104 to be polished in real time, realize automatic polishing of the rail top weld joint and can not damage the steel rail parent metal. The mechanical profiling device has the advantages of simple structure and high cost performance. The rail top profiling and polishing device 1 presses the steel rail 104 to be polished on the two sides of the welding seam through the profiling on the two sides of the welding seam, and performs profiling polishing on the weld flash of the steel rail without damaging the base metal of the steel rail. The application is mainly applied to rough grinding of rail top weld flash after factory welding or base welding and steel rail flash welding.

The application is further described below with reference to the accompanying drawings:
as shown in figure 1, the intelligent rail top profiling polishing device is used for automatically and coarsely polishing weld flash on the rail top and two side surfaces of the rail top, and meets the coarse polishing requirement of TB/T1632.2-2014 rail welding part 2 flash welding.
As shown in fig. 1, 2, 3 and 4: the rail top profiling and polishing device 1 is arranged on the support 2 and is arranged on the upper side of a rail to be polished. The rail top profiling and polishing device 1 can swing 90 degrees from the vertical direction positively and negatively, so that automatic detection and automatic polishing of welding seams and weld flash on the rail top and the two sides of the rail top are realized.
As shown in fig. 1: the support 2 is mounted on a base trolley 4.
As shown in fig. 1: the steel rail clamping centering positioning devices 3 are arranged on the support 2 and distributed on two sides of the rail top profiling and polishing device 1. The steel rail clamping centering positioning device 3 consists of a bracket, a roller, a gear, a cylinder and the like. The steel rail clamping centering positioning device 3 can realize clamping centering of steel rails at two ends of a weld joint and prevent the steel rails from moving during polishing.
As shown in fig. 2, 3 and 4: the rail top profiling grinding device 1 is composed of a single-acting cylinder 101 (two), a pressing cylinder 102 (two), a rotary support 103 (two), a steel rail 104 to be ground, a rotary driving part (a servo motor+a speed reducer+a pinion gear) 105, a rotary support assembly 106 (two), a grinding frame 107, a rail top grinding wheel adjusting and compensating mechanism 108, a swinging cylinder 109, a cylinder lifting frame 110 (two), a lifting cylinder 111 (two), a profiling explorator 112 (two) and the like.
As shown in fig. 2, 3 and 4: the single-acting cylinder 101 is arranged on the rotary bracket assembly 106 and is used for preventing the grinding head above the steel rail from falling down when the air source is cut off or fails, so as to avoid the damage to equipment or personnel.
As shown in fig. 2, 3 and 4: the compression cylinder 102 (two) is mounted on a swivel support 103. During polishing, the steel rail to be polished is pressed downwards from the vertical direction.
As shown in fig. 2, 3 and 4: the swivel support 103 is mounted on the support 2.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3: the slewing bearing assembly 106 comprises an external gear slewing bearing, and is mounted on the slewing bearing 103 through the external gear slewing bearing. The swing bracket assembly 106 may swing 90 degrees from vertical.
As shown in fig. 2, 3 and 4: the two ends of the polishing frame 107 are connected with the cylinder lifting frame 109 through bolts.
As shown in fig. 2, 3 and 4: the cylinder lifting frame 109 is provided with a sliding block, the revolving support assembly 106 is provided with a linear guide rail, and the cylinder lifting frame 109 can move up and down on the linear guide rail of the revolving support assembly 106 through the sliding block.
As shown in fig. 2, 3 and 4: the lifting cylinder 111 is installed on the revolving support assembly 106, and the lifting cylinder 111 drives the cylinder lifting frame 110 and the polishing frame 107 to move up and down.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3: the profiling cam 112 is mounted on the underside of the sander frame 107. During polishing, the profiling copying mold 112 is always pressed on the steel rail parent metal under the action of the lifting cylinder 111.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3: the front end of the control valve reversing valve of the lifting cylinder 111 is connected with a pneumatic proportional pressure reducing valve, and the pressure of the lifting cylinder 111 is constant all the time during polishing. The force of the profiling mold 112 pressing on the steel rail parent metal is constant, so that the profiling mold 112 is prevented from damaging the steel rail parent metal during overturning.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3: the grinding frame 107 is provided with a linear guide rail.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3: the rail top grinding wheel adjusting and compensating mechanism 108 is provided with a sliding block, and the rail top grinding wheel adjusting and compensating mechanism 108 can move on the linear guide rail of the grinding frame 107 through the sliding block.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3: the grinding frame 107 is provided with a swing cylinder 109, and the rail top grinding wheel adjusting and compensating mechanism 108 is pushed to move on the grinding frame 107 through the swing cylinder 109. The function of reciprocating grinding of the rail top grinding wheel in the detection position and weld flash of the rail top parent metal of the steel rail 104 to be ground is realized.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3: the rail top grinding wheel adjusting and compensating mechanism 108 drives a screw nut to drive through a servo motor and a speed reducer, so that the rail top grinding wheel moves up and down, and abrasion compensation of the grinding wheel is realized.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3: the grinding motor on the rail top grinding wheel adjusting and compensating mechanism 108 can determine the relative position of the grinding wheel and the steel rail parent metal through current feedback, and the relative position is fed back to a PLC control program, so that the feeding amount of the grinding wheel is automatically adjusted, and the automatic feeding function of the grinding wheel is realized.
As shown in fig. 2, 3, 11, and 12: the slewing drive member (servo motor + speed reducer + pinion) 105 is mounted on the support 2.
As shown in fig. 2, 3, 11, and 12: the rotary driving part 105 drives a large gear on the external tooth rotary support through a small gear, and further drives the rotary support assembly 106 to perform overturning motion.
As shown in fig. 2, 3, 4 and 5: the grinding machine frame 107, the rail top grinding wheel adjusting and compensating mechanism 108, the cylinder lifting frame 110, the lifting cylinder 111 and the profiling explorator 112 which are arranged on the rotary support assembly 106 are driven by the rotary driving part 105 to perform overturning motion, and can be turned over by 90 degrees from the vertical direction to realize the grinding motion of welding seams and weld flashes on the two sides of the rail top and the rail top.
As shown in fig. 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5: the rail top profiling grinding device 1 is arranged on the upper side of the rail 104 to be ground. After the steel rail 104 to be polished enters the equipment along the base roller line, the base trolley 4 moves to move the polishing device to the vicinity of the welding line, and the compression air cylinders 102 and the centering clamping and positioning devices 2 on the two sides are started to clamp and center the steel rails on the two ends of the welding line. The lifting cylinder 110 in the rail-top profiling and polishing device 1 acts to push the polishing frame 107, so that the profiling explorator 111 always presses on the rail parent metal. The servo motor in the rotary driving part 105 drives the pinion and the external tooth rotary support in the rotary support assembly 106, so that the rotary support assembly 106 is turned 90 degrees to one side surface of the rail top of the rail 104 to be polished, and the rail top polishing grinding wheel adjusting and compensating mechanism 108 starts to automatically detect positions and automatically perform profiling polishing.
The preferred embodiments of the present application have been described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, but the present application is not limited to the above embodiments, and various changes can be made within the knowledge of those skilled in the art, and all such changes are within the scope of the novel protection of the present application.

Claims (6)

An intelligent automatic profile modeling rail grinding device which characterized in that: the rail head profiling and polishing device comprises a base trolley (4), wherein two first supports (2) are arranged on the base trolley (4), a rail head profiling and polishing device (1) is arranged on the two first supports (2), each support is further provided with a clamping centering and positioning device (3), two clamping centering and positioning devices (3) are respectively arranged in the two side directions of the rail head profiling and polishing device (1), the base trolley (4) is placed on an equipment foundation rail, and the base trolley (4) moves along the equipment foundation rail;
the rail top profiling polishing device (1) comprises a polishing rack (107), two ends of the polishing rack (107) are connected with air cylinder lifting frames (110), sliding blocks are arranged on the air cylinder lifting frames (110), and linear guide rails matched with the sliding blocks are arranged on the rotary support assemblies (106);
the rotary bracket assembly (106) is provided with a single-acting air cylinder (101); a lifting cylinder (111) is arranged on the rotary support assembly (106), and the lifting cylinder (111) is fixedly connected with the cylinder lifting frame (110); the slewing bracket assembly (106) comprises an external gear slewing bearing, and the external gear slewing bearing is arranged on the slewing support (103); a profiling explorator (112) is arranged on the lower side of the polishing rack (107); the front end of a reversing valve of a control valve of the lifting cylinder (111) is connected with a pneumatic proportional pressure reducing valve; the polishing machine frame (107) is provided with a linear guide rail along the length direction, a first support (2) of the rail top polishing grinding wheel adjusting and compensating mechanism (108) is provided with a sliding block, and the sliding block is sleeved on the linear guide rail of the polishing machine frame (107); a rail top grinding wheel adjusting and compensating mechanism (108) is movably sleeved on the linear guide rail of the grinding frame (107) through a sliding block;
the rail top grinding wheel adjusting and compensating mechanism (108) comprises a first servo motor (1081), a first speed reducer (1082), a coupler (1083), a screw nut transmission pair (1084), a second support (1085), a grinding motor (1086), a grinding wheel connecting flange (1087), a grinding wheel (1088), a linear guide rail slide block (1089) combination and a grinding motor mounting plate (10810); the screw rod in the first servo motor (1081), the first speed reducer (1082) and the screw rod nut transmission pair (1084) is arranged on the second support (1085); the linear guide rail in the linear guide rail sliding block (1089) is arranged on the second support (1085); the sliding blocks in the linear guide rail sliding blocks (1089) are arranged on the polishing motor mounting plate (10810); the nut in the screw nut transmission pair (1084) is arranged on the polishing motor mounting plate (10810); the polishing motor (1086) is mounted on a polishing motor mounting plate (10810); the grinding wheel (1088) is mounted on the grinding motor (1086) through a wheel coupling flange (1087).

The intelligent automatic profiling rail grinding device as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the clamping centering positioning device (3) comprises a left clamping plate (301) and a right clamping plate (303), wherein the left clamping plate (301) and the right clamping plate (303) are respectively arranged on a base (305), gears are arranged on the left clamping plate (301) and the right clamping plate (303), the left clamping plate (301) and the right clamping plate (303) are meshed with each other through the gears, and an air cylinder (304) is connected to the bottom of at least one of the left clamping plate (301) and the right clamping plate (303).

The intelligent automatic profiling rail grinding device as claimed in claim 2, wherein: clamping blocks (302) are arranged on the inner sides of the upper parts of the left clamping plate (301) and the right clamping plate (303), and the clamping blocks (302) are concave; the piston rod of the air cylinder (304) is connected with the left clamping plate (301), and the cylinder body of the air cylinder (304) is arranged on the first support (2); the base (305) is arranged on the first support (2); a roller (306) is mounted on the base (305).
