本发明是显示机床道轨与拖板接触面印影的铲刮机床道轨显示剂调配方法,一、准备:蓖麻油、乙醇、红丹粉、容器,二、调配方法:1、粗铲显示剂调配:在夏季用蓖麻油7红丹粉3,冬季用蓖麻油6乙醇1.5红丹粉2.5的重量配比在容器内搅拌均匀装盒;2、细刮显示剂调配:在夏季用蓖麻油5.5乙醇2.5红丹粉2,冬季用蓖麻油4.5乙醇3.5红丹粉2的重量配比在容器内搅拌均匀装盒。本铲刮机床道轨显示剂调配方法,具有显示接触面印影准确,能提高铲刮机床道轨质量和效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种显示机床道轨与拖板接触面的铲刮机床道轨显示剂调配方法。
背景技术
目前未检索到相关技术。铲刮机床道轨工艺是:先用机油和红丹粉调配好显示剂,再将显示剂涂抹在拖板上,机床拖板放在道轨上,来回拉动拖板,道轨上会显示出拖板与道轨接触面印影,用铲刀刮刀在道轨上进行铲刮,达到技术要求为止。传统显示剂都是现调现用,调好一种显示剂用于粗铲细刮,影响显示的准确性还存在显示剂调配比例不统一不规范的不足。
发明内容
为了克服传统调配显示剂存在配比不统一不规范的不足,本发明的目的提供一种能提高质量和效率粗铲细刮专用的铲刮机床道轨显示剂调配方法。
本发明显示剂的调配方法:一、准备工作:蓖麻油、乙醇、红丹粉、容器,二、调配方法:1、粗铲显示剂调配:在夏季用蓖麻油7红丹粉3,冬季用蓖麻油6乙醇1.5红丹粉2.5的重量配比在容器内搅拌均匀装盒;2、细刮显示剂调配:在夏季用蓖麻油5.5乙醇2.5红丹粉2,冬季用蓖麻油4.5乙醇3.5红丹粉2的重量配比在容器内搅拌均匀装盒。机床道轨经机加工表面高低不平,显示剂需要稠一些才能准确显示印影。经粗铲后道轨表面比较平整,显示剂可用稀一些准确显示印影,用刮刀细心刮削道轨达到要求。因蓖麻油比机油涂抹性好,均匀,从而达到本发明能提高质量和效率的目的。
本发明的有益效果是:提供粗铲显示剂和细刮显示剂,能准确显示印影,准确铲刮,提高铲刮道轨质量和效果。
详细描述调配方法:一、准备工作:蓖麻油、乙醇、红丹粉、容器,二、调配方法:1、粗铲显示剂调配:在夏季用蓖麻油7红丹粉3,冬季用蓖麻油6乙醇1.5红丹粉2.5的重量配比在容器内搅拌均匀装盒;2、细刮显示剂调配:在夏季用蓖麻油5.5乙醇2.5红丹粉2,冬季用蓖麻油4.5乙醇3.5红丹粉2的重量配比在容器内搅拌均匀装盒。粗铲显示剂选用较稠油,适合粗铲工艺,细刮显示剂选用较稀油适用于细刮工况,在铲刮不同工况采用不同显示剂能准确显示印影,采用蓖麻油和乙醇稀释剂比机油附着力小、流动性好,显示剂涂抹比较均匀,显示准确,准确铲刮道轨,能提高铲刮道轨质量和效率,还能统一规范显示剂调配配比。

1.一种铲刮机床道轨显示剂调配方法,准备:蓖麻油、乙醇、红丹粉、容器,其特征是:1、粗铲显示剂调配:在夏季用蓖麻油7红丹粉3,冬季用蓖麻油6乙醇1.5红丹粉2.5的重量配比在容器内搅拌均匀装盒;2、细刮显示剂调配:在夏季用蓖麻油5.5乙醇2.5红丹粉2,冬季用蓖麻油4.5乙醇3.5红丹粉2的重量配比在容器内搅拌均匀装盒。
