Abstract

本发明供一种颗粒活性炭吸附塔投炭设备及工艺,用于PDO和BDO粗品精制过程,包括运输车(1)、颗粒炭袋(2)、投料斗(3)、泵(4)、节流阀(5)、喷射器(6)、吸附塔(7);喷射器(6)的入口分别连接泵(4)和投料斗(3),出口连接吸附塔(7),吸附塔(7)的底部有过滤丝网(8),节流阀(5)安装在泵(4)和投料斗(3)之间的支路上,控制水的流量,运输车(1)吊起颗粒炭袋(2)投入投料斗(3)中,泵(4)将吸附塔(7)中的水泵入喷射器(6)中,使得投料斗(3)下部与喷射器(6)的连接处形成负压,将颗粒炭与水混合输送进入吸附塔中。整个投炭过程颗粒炭没有与泵接触,避免了颗粒炭的破损,投料斗内形成微负压,有效防止了投炭过程粉尘飞扬,降低了劳动强度,减少了人力成本。

Description

一种颗粒活性炭吸附塔投炭设备及工艺
技术领域
本发明属于生物化工领域,特别涉及到发酵法生产1,3-丙二醇和2,3-丁二醇过程的颗粒炭吸附塔投炭设备及工艺。
背景技术
1,3-丙二醇(PDO)和2,3-丁二醇(BDO)都是重要的化工原料,PDO是合成记忆纤维聚对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯(PTT)的关键原料。生物法PDO生产技术长期被杜邦公司垄断,使得PTT纤维一直无法大规模生产。直到近年来国内以清华大学为代表的科研院所经过不断努力,开发了具有自主知识产权的生物基PDO生产技术,逐渐打破了国外公司对PDO生产技术的垄断。我公司与清华大学合作开发PDO生产技术,实施生物基PDO技术工业化生产,以满足自己PTT聚合工厂的需求。
BDO作为化工产品可直接用于多种行业,例如可用作有机溶剂、化妆品原料、风味添加剂、燃料的添加剂等。
在微生物发酵法生产PDO和BDO过程中,发酵液因含有色素而呈现淡黄色,色素的存在会影响产品PDO和BDO的应用,因此,为获得合格的PDO和BDO,产品必须进行脱色处理。常规脱色工艺有活性炭脱色,刘德华等报道了一种活性炭柱或大孔树脂柱对PDO精馏产品进行脱色处理(刘德华等.从1,3-丙二醇发酵液纯化1,3-丙二醇的方法及应用[P].中国专利:201510206096.1.2015-07-22)。
颗粒炭吸附塔通常高达10-15米,现有投炭方式是往吸附塔中投放干的颗粒炭,然后进水将粉炭漂洗干净,劳动强度大、消耗时间长,投炭过程粉尘飞扬严重。已有专利技术针对颗粒活性炭输送过程中的问题提出了加碳设备及工艺,先将颗粒炭与水混合,然后利用泵将炭、水混合物输送的方式实现投炭(王棣,一种颗粒炭脱色塔加自动碳设备及其生产工艺[P].中国专利:201210547267.3.1.2012-12-17)。该方法适用于颗粒炭失效后从吸附塔转移至再生塔,以及再生后从再生塔返回到吸附塔过程中活性炭的输送。该专利本质上还是依靠泵输送颗粒炭,不可避免存在颗粒炭破碎的情况。
针对袋装活性炭装入吸附塔过程中存在的劳动强度大、粉尘飞扬等问题,本公司技术人员发明了一种颗粒炭吸附塔投炭设备及工艺。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中存在的问题,提供一种颗粒炭吸附塔投炭设备及工艺,有效解决了投炭过程中粉尘飞扬,劳动强度大的问题,避免了颗粒炭的在泵内与叶轮接触过程发生磨损和破裂的情况。
为达到上述目的:一种颗粒炭吸附塔投炭设备,包括运输车、颗粒炭袋、投料斗、泵、节流阀、喷射器、吸附塔;
所述的吸附塔的底部与泵相通;
所述的泵的出口与喷射器的一个入口相通;
所述的喷射器出口与吸附塔的顶部相通;
所述的喷射泵的另一入口与投料斗相通;
所述的运输车与颗粒炭袋相连;
所述的颗粒炭袋投入投料斗中;
所述的节流阀安装在泵的出口支路上与投料斗相连;
其中,所述的运输车为行车或叉车;所述泵为离心泵,泵的流量为25-30m3/h,扬程为50-70m。
上述技术方案中,所述的运输车用于吊起颗粒炭袋;
上述技术方案中,所述的颗粒炭袋用于投入投料斗中;
上述技术方案中,所述的泵用于将吸附塔中的水泵入喷射器中;
上述技术方案中,所述的喷射器通过泵入的水使投料斗下部与喷射器的连接处形成负压,将颗粒炭与水混合输送进入吸附塔中;
上述技术方案中,所述的节流阀用于控制水流量。
为达到上述目的,一种颗粒炭吸附塔投炭工艺,包括以下步骤:
1)往吸附塔中装入一定量的水;
2)用运输车将颗粒炭袋吊起,将颗粒炭放入投料斗中;
3)启动泵,调节泵与投料斗连接管上的节流阀阀门开度,颗粒炭与水混合后被吸入喷射器中,在水流中不断被输送进入吸附塔中;
4)水与颗粒炭进入吸附塔后,颗粒炭被吸附塔的底部的过滤丝网截留,水透过后回到泵的入口,得到循环使用。
本发明的有益效果是:
1)利用水力喷射器形成一定负压将颗粒炭吸入水流中,依靠水流将颗粒炭输送至吸附塔中,整个过程颗粒炭未与泵接触,因此避免了颗粒炭的在泵内与叶轮接触过程发生磨损和破裂;
2)利用水力喷射器可以使得投料斗内形成轻负压状态,颗粒炭投入投料斗后不会造成粉尘飞扬;
3)利用水力输送克服了人工投炭劳动强度大、消耗时间长等问题,降低了生产成本。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明进行详细地说明。
一种颗粒炭吸附塔投炭设备,用于PDO和BDO粗品精制过程,包括运输车(1)、颗粒炭袋(2)、投料斗(3)、泵(4)、节流阀(5)、喷射器(6)、吸附塔(7);喷射器(6)的入口分别连接泵(4)和投料斗(3),出口连接吸附塔(7),吸附塔(7)的底部有过滤丝网(8),节流阀(5)安装在泵(4)和投料斗(3)之间的支路上,控制水的流量,运输车(1) 吊起颗粒炭袋(2)投入投料斗(3)中。
一种颗粒炭吸附塔投炭工艺,包括以下步骤:
1)往吸附塔(7)中装入一定量的水;
2)用行车或叉车将颗粒炭袋(2)吊起,将颗粒炭放入投料斗(3)中;
3)启动泵(4),调节泵与投料斗连接管上的节流阀(5)开度,颗粒炭与水混合后被吸入喷射器(6)中,在水流中不断被输送进入吸附塔(7)中;
4)水与颗粒炭进入吸附塔后,颗粒炭被吸附塔(7)底部的过滤丝网(8)截留,水透过过滤丝网(8)后回到泵(4)的入口,得到循环使用。
本发明设备利用水力喷射器形成负压的原理,将颗粒炭吸入,并与水混合后输送进入颗粒炭吸附塔,该方法避免了颗粒炭与泵内高速转动的齿轮摩擦、碰撞,减少了吸附塔装炭过程中颗粒炭破损及粉尘飞扬,降低了员工劳动强度,节约成本。
当然,上述说明并非对本发明的限制,本发明也不仅限于上述举例,本技术领域的普通技术人员在本发明的实质范围内所作出的变化、改型、添加或替换,也属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (2)

1.一种颗粒炭吸附塔投炭设备,包括运输车、颗粒炭袋、投料斗、泵、节流阀、喷射器、吸附塔;
所述的吸附塔的底部与泵相通;
所述的泵的出口与喷射器的一个入口相通;
所述的喷射器出口与吸附塔的顶部相通;
所述的喷射泵的另一入口与投料斗相通;
所述的运输车与颗粒炭袋相连;
所述的颗粒炭袋投入投料斗中;
所述的节流阀安装在泵的出口支路上与投料斗相连。
2.一种颗粒炭吸附塔投炭工艺,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
1)往吸附塔中装入一定量的水;
2)用运输车将颗粒炭袋吊起,将颗粒炭放入投料斗中;
3)启动泵,调节泵与投料斗连接管上的节流阀阀门开度,颗粒炭与水混合后被吸入喷射器中,在水流中不断被输送进入吸附塔中;
4)水与颗粒炭进入吸附塔后,颗粒炭被吸附塔的底部的过滤丝网截留,水透过后回到泵的入口,得到循环使用。
