内服药中：
黄芪，甘，微温，归肺、脾、肝、肾经，功能主治：1、表虚自汗：多用于体虚表弱所致的自汗。2、急性肾炎水肿：用于阳气不足所致的虚性水肿。3、慢性肾炎水肿、脾肾虚。4、阳气虚弱：用于疮疡久不溃破而内陷，有促进溃破及局限作用。5、疮疡溃破：久不收口，有生肌收口之作用。6、肺气虚证：咳喘日久，气短神疲，痰雍于肺无力咯出。温肺定喘，健肺气之品。脾生痰，肺储痰，所以健太阴以祛痰，黄芪补气所以尤善治气虚。7、气虚衰弱：倦怠乏力，或中气下陷、脱肛、子宫脱垂。补气健脾，用于益气升阳而举陷。
党参，甘，平。补中益气，和胃生津，祛痰止咳。用于脾虚食少便溏，四肢无力，心悸，气短，口干，自汗，脱肛，阴挺。

豨签草，苦，寒，归肝、肾经，祛除风湿，强健筋骨，清热解毒，功能主治：1.用于风湿痹痛：豨莶草为祛除风湿常用要药，用于风湿痹痛、筋骨不利等症，常与臭梧桐同用。本品性味苦寒，又有化湿热作用，故痹痛偏于湿热的病症尤为适宜。2.用于中风，半身不遂，腰膝无力等症：本品酒治蒸熟又能强筋骨，适用于四肢麻痹、腰膝无力、中风口眼歪斜、半身不遂等症。3.用于疮疡肿痛、风疹湿疹瘙痒等症：本品生用还能清热解毒，可用于疮疡肿毒，以及风疹湿疮、皮肤搔痒等症。

当归，甘、辛、温，归肝、心、脾经，功能主治：补血；活血；调经止痛；润燥滑肠。主血虚诸证；月经不调；经闭；痛经；症瘕结聚；崩漏；虚寒腹痛；痿痹；肌肤麻木；肠燥便难；赤痢后重；痈疽疮疡；跌扑损伤。
红花，辛，温，入心、肝经，功能主治：活血通经，去瘀止痛。治经闭，症瘕，难产，死胎，产后恶露不行、瘀血作痛，痈肿，跌扑损伤。
川芎，辛，温，入肝、胆经，功能主治：行气开郁，法风燥湿，活血止痛。治风冷头痛旋晕，胁痛腹疼，寒痹筋挛，经闭，难产，产后瘀阻块痛，痈疽疮疡。用于月经不调，经闭痛经，瘕腹痛，胸胁刺痛，跌扑肿痛，头痛，风湿痹痛。
炒苍耳子，味苦、甘、辛，性温，归肺、肝经，发散风寒，通鼻窍，祛风湿，止痛，用于风寒感冒，鼻渊，风湿痹痛，风疹瘙痒等证。

甘草，味甘，性平，归心、肺、脾、胃经，具有补脾益气，清热解毒，祛痰止咳，缓急止痛，调和诸药之功效。常用于脾胃虚弱，倦怠乏力，心悸气短，咳嗽痰多，脘腹、四肢挛急疼痛，痈肿疮毒，缓解药物毒性、烈性。
本发明的有益效果是，与现有技术相比，本发明药材比较普通，原材料容易得到，通过多次研究和测试优化了配方，使配方达到最合理化，利用各味中药的综合保健、预防及治疗作用，没有副作用，内服外用，提高治疗效果。
为进一步考察本发明药物的临床疗效和安全性，本方于2002年至2016年在兰州兰石医院、兰州军区总医院安宁分院等多家医院开展的临床应用实践中效果显著，随机设立治疗组270例白癜风患者，对本发明的疗效进行了临床观察。
患者资料：270例患者中男151例，女119例，年龄6－70岁，病程3个月－6年。
诊断标准：皮肤上肉眼观察见原因不明的色素脱失斑，形态大小不一，斑片界线清楚或不清楚，色素脱失斑之外周有色素加深，无明显自觉症状。
治疗方法：取75％的酒精910ml，氟美松1g，8-甲氧补骨脂素1g，月桂氮草酮30ml，银杏达莫60ml均匀搅拌混合，制成外用药，将内服药物放入砂锅中浸泡30min后，先用武火煎开，再用文火煎20min,每剂煎两次即可。煎完之后滤出药液，每剂每日口服两次，早晚餐后20min温服，外用药每天一次，外用患处。
疗效判定标准
痊愈：白斑完全消失，皮肤组织病理学检查正常；
显效：白斑50％以上消失，白斑消失部分组织病理学检查正常；
有效：白斑消失者占原白斑面积的20％－50％，或在白斑内见有较多色素岛；
无效：治疗前后无变化或白斑扩大。
治疗结果：白癜风患者用药半个月后，发展速度减慢；用药两个月后，病情得到控制；服药三个月到六个月，白斑处可见大小不等的色素沉着斑；用药一年后，小面积白斑消失。270例患者中，痊愈190例，痊愈率70％；显效50例，显效率18.5％；有效28例，有效率10.4％，总有效率99.3％；无效2例，无效率0.7％。经随访6-10个月，疗效肯定，无复发。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明做进一步的描述：
实施例1
一种用于治疗白癜风的药物，其特征在于，由外用药和内服药组成，所述的外用药，其由浓度为75％的酒精910ml，月桂氮草酮20-30ml，氟美松0.8-2g，8—甲氧补骨脂素0.8-3g，银杏达莫30-60ml组成，所述的内服药，其由黄芪20g，党参10g，防风6g，豨签草10g，煅自然铜10g，当归10g，红花5g，川芎6g，炒苍耳子6g，赤芍10g，香白芷6g，川桂枝3g，白蒺藜10g，石菖蒲10g，浮萍6g，白术10g，甘草3g组成。
取75％的酒精910ml，氟美松1g，8-甲氧补骨脂素1g，月桂氮草酮30ml，银杏达莫60ml均匀搅拌混合，制成外用药。
典型病例：
张某，女，6岁，2014年3月因眉间钱币大小的白斑，来我院就诊，诊断为白癜风，病史两个月，使用本方黄芪20g，党参10g，防风6g，豨签草10g，煅自然铜10g，当归10g，红花5g，川芎6g，炒苍耳子6g，赤芍10g，香白芷6g，川桂枝3g，白蒺藜10g，石菖蒲10g，浮萍6g，白术10g，甘草3g。每剂药分两天服用，每天两次，配合外用制剂，每天一次，外用患处。半个月后白斑面明显缩小，至27天，白斑消失。随后进行电话随访，再未发作。
实施例2

1.李某，男，45岁。2015年2月因背部、四肢出现的白斑，白斑大小呈2cm×2cm，四个，3cm×1cm,两个，来我院就诊，诊断为白癜风。病史三个月，使用本方黄芪30g，党参15g，防风6g，豨签草10g，煅自然铜15g，当归15g，红花10g，川芎8g，炒苍耳子10g，赤芍15g，香白芷6g，川桂枝3g，白蒺藜15g，石菖蒲15g，浮萍9g，白术15g，甘草6g。服用本药20剂，配合外用制剂，每天一次，外用患处，白斑开始明显的缩小，接着服用本药30剂继续配合使用外用制剂，白斑消失，随后进行巩固治疗，继续服用本方14剂，电话随访，再未发作。
2.刘某，男，60岁，2014年10月因头面部大片白斑，白斑大小呈1cm×2cm,两个，白斑处头发变白，病史半年，来我院就诊，诊断为白癜风。使用本方黄芪30g，党参15g，防风6g，豨签草10g，煅自然铜15g，当归15g，红花10g，川芎8g，炒苍耳子10g，赤芍15g，香白芷6g，川桂枝3g，白蒺藜15g，石菖蒲15g，浮萍9g，白术15g，甘草6g。服用本药30剂，配合使用外用制剂，每天一次，外用患处，白斑明显开始缩小，接着服用本药20剂，继续配合使用外用制剂，白斑消失。随后进行巩固治疗，继续服用本方14剂，电话随访，再未发作。

1.一种用于治疗白癜风的药物，其特征在于，由外用药和内服药组成，所述的外用药，其由浓度为75％的酒精910ml，月桂氮草酮20-30ml，氟美松0.8-2g，8—甲氧补骨脂素0.8-3g，银杏达莫30-60ml组成，所述的内服药，其由黄芪20-30g，党参10-15g，防风6-10g，豨签草10g，煅自然铜10-15g，当归10-15g，红花5-10g，川芎6-9g，炒苍耳子6-12g，赤芍10-15g，香白芷6g，川桂枝3g，白蒺藜10-15g，石菖蒲10-15g，浮萍6-9g，白术10-20g，甘草3-6g组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于治疗白癜风的药物，其特征在于，所述的内服药，其由黄芪20g，党参10g，防风6g，豨签草10g，煅自然铜10g，当归10g，红花5g，川芎6g，炒苍耳子6g，赤芍10g，香白芷6g，川桂枝3g，白蒺藜10g，石菖蒲10g，浮萍6g，白术10g，甘草3g组成。
