Detailed Description
The wound plaster comprises an outer cover 1, a fixed edge 2 and an adhesive strip 3 and is characterized in that the outer cover 1 is provided with a protruding curved surface, a concave cavity 13 higher than the knee of a human body is arranged on the inner side of the outer cover 1, a cover edge 11 and an arch edge 12 are edges of the outer cover 1, the cover edge 11 and the arch edge 12 are not on the same plane, and two ends of the cover edge 11 are connected with two ends of the arch edge 12. This arrangement indicates that the shape of the cover 1 is three-dimensional. The cover 1 is placed over the wound under the cavity 13 inside the cover 1. In this way, the cover 1 does not enclose the wound in a space, but the space below the cover 1 is in communication with the space outside the cover 1. The advantages of such an arrangement are three points: 1. after the shower is finished, when the adhesive strip 3 of the wound patch is to be torn off, the handle can extend into the outer cover 1 from the arch edge 12 to press the skin around the wound, and then the adhesive strip 3 at the bottom of the fixed edge 2 is torn off slowly, so that the wound is not pulled. 2. When showering, water temperatures in excess of 40 degrees will cause the temperature in the space inside the housing 1 to rise, thereby allowing bacteria to grow on the wound. And the space below the outer cover 1 is communicated with the space outside the outer cover 1, so that the temperature of the space in the outer cover 1 can be diffused to the outside of the outer cover 1, and the temperature of the space inside and outside the outer cover 1 is kept equal. This facilitates wound healing. 3. The lower part of the outer cover 1 is provided with a knee activity space without constraint feeling. The middle point of the line that dustcoat 1 used 11 middle points on the lid limit and 11 both ends points on the lid limit to link is axisymmetric, and fixed limit 2 includes interior fixed limit 22 and external fixation limit 21, and the both sides on lid limit 11 are connected respectively and are being held 22 one side edge and 21 one side edge of external fixation limit in the interior fixed limit, and interior fixed limit 22 is located dustcoat 1 inboard, and external fixation limit 21 is located the dustcoat 1 outside, the bottom on interior fixed limit 22 and the bottom on external fixation limit 21 are equipped with adhesive tape 3. Thus, the fixing edge 2 is stuck to the skin by the adhesive tape 3, and the outer cover 1 is fixed. The fixing edges 2 are respectively arranged at the two sides of the cover edge 11, so that the adhesive strip 3 is adhered to the skin more closely. Because the skin is not flat and the person is not stationary while showering, the flatness of the skin has been changing. Two fixed edges 2 are respectively arranged on two sides of the cover edge 11 and are more attached to one side of the cover edge 11.
In the second embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, the cover edge 11 includes an arc-shaped cover edge 111 and two side cover edges 112, two ends of the arc-shaped cover edge 111 are respectively connected to the two side cover edges 112, and the two side cover edges 112 are symmetrical. Thus, when the water falls on the outer cover 1, a part of the water will pop up, and a part of the water will flow down along the outer cover 1, and a part of the water will flow along the path formed by the outer cover 1 and the outer barrier 41 beside the arc-shaped cover edge 111, to both sides, and then flow down along the path formed by the outer cover 1 and the outer barrier 41 beside the side cover edge 112. This arrangement allows water to flow down a particular path to facilitate drainage.
In the third embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5, a distance from a midpoint of the arched edge 12 to a plane of the cover edge 11 is greater than a distance from any point of the outer cover 1 to the plane of the cover edge 11, and an included angle between the plane of the cover edge 11 and the plane of the arched edge 12 is 55 to 70 degrees. In this way, the midpoint of the arch edge 12 is the highest point of the outer cover 1, so that water falling onto the outer cover 1 flows along the outer cover 1 to the arch edge 12 due to gravity without staying on the outer cover 1. There are then two ways to fall to the ground. One is to drop directly from the arching edge 12 to the ground due to gravity. Secondly, the utility model slides along the arch edge 12 from high to low. Thus being beneficial to the diversion of water and being convenient for drainage. The second approach is suitable when the plane of the lid edge 11 is at an acute angle to the plane of the skirt 12. Through multiple water spraying experiments, when the included angle between the plane of the cover edge 11 and the plane of the arch edge 12 is 55-70 degrees, the water slides from a high position to a low position along the arch edge 12 more quickly, and the water drainage speed is higher.
In the fourth embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 6, a separating edge 4 is disposed between a cover edge 11 and a fixing edge 2, the separating edge 4 includes an inner separating edge 42 and an outer separating edge 41, two sides of the cover edge 11 are respectively connected to one side edge of the inner separating edge 42 and one side edge of the outer separating edge 41, the inner separating edge 42 is located inside the outer cover 1, the outer separating edge 41 is located outside the outer cover 1, the other side edge of the inner separating edge 42 is connected to one side edge of the inner fixing edge 22, and the other side edge of the outer separating edge 41 is connected to one side edge of the outer fixing edge 21. This has the advantage that if a small amount of water penetrates through the adhesive strip 3 under the outer fixing edge 21, the water will flow under the inner barrier edge 42 and the outer barrier edge 41, and the skin under the inner barrier edge 42 and the outer barrier edge 41 will absorb some of the water. This reduces the amount of water that flows to the inner fixing edge 22, thereby reducing the possibility of water penetrating from the adhesive tape 3 under the inner fixing edge 22.
In the fifth embodiment of the invention, as shown in fig. 7 and 8, the edge of the outer side of the outer fixing edge 21 is flush with the edge of the adhesive tape 3. The edge of the outer side of the outer fixing edge 21 and the skin under the outer fixing edge 21 are adhered together, and a space cannot be formed between the edge of the outer side of the outer fixing edge 21 and the skin under the outer fixing edge 21, so that shower water can flow away along the outer fixing edge 21 without staying in the space. So that water does not easily penetrate into the adhesive tape 3 under the outer fixing edge 21.
The two side cover edges 112 extend outwards from two ends of the arc-shaped cover edge 111, and the included angle between each side cover edge and the vertical plane is 25-35 degrees. The setting is that: 1. the communication port between the inside and the outside of the housing 1 is enlarged. Because the temperature is higher when the shower, when the inside and outside intercommunication mouth of dustcoat 1 is not big enough, the inside temperature of dustcoat 1 can continuously rise so that the moisture content in the inside air of dustcoat 1 evaporates, then when having taken a shower, the inside circulation with the outside air of dustcoat 1 because of outside no longer provides the heat and the dustcoat 1 inside for the inside temperature of dustcoat 1 reduces, and the moisture that evaporates condenses into water, thereby gathers on the cavity 13 of dustcoat 1 inboard. So that the wound may be eroded by water collecting on the cavity 13 inside the outer cover 1. 2. The drainage speed of the diversion channel is accelerated. Since the shower water falls on the outer cover 1, there are three ways, the first way is that the water falls on the outer cover 1 and then pops up, the second way is that the water flows down the outer cover 1, and the other way is that the water flows to both sides along the path formed by the outer cover 1 and the outer barrier 41 beside the arc-shaped cover edge 111 and then flows down along the path formed by the outer cover 1 and the outer barrier 41 beside the side cover edge 112. Through multiple water spraying experiments, when the included angle between the side cover edge and the vertical plane is 25-35 degrees, the flow speed of water flowing downwards along the path formed by the outer cover 1 and the outer barrier edge 41 beside the side cover edge 112 is faster.
In an embodiment of the invention, as shown in fig. 9, the edge of the outer barrier 41 connected with the side cover edge 112 is provided with a flow guide strip 5. The arrangement is that the outer barrier 41 of the side cover edge 112 and the flow guide strip 5 form a water flowing channel, because the outer cover 1 is arc-shaped, water flows towards two sides along the path formed by the outer cover 1 and the outer barrier 41 beside the arc-shaped cover edge 111, and then when the water flows downwards along the path formed by the outer cover 1 and the outer barrier 41 beside the side cover edge 112, part of the water flows to the outer cover 1 which is more and more far away from the outer barrier 41, so that the flow split of the path is reduced. The diversion strips 5 can block the part of water flowing to the outer cover 1, guide the flow direction of the water and play a role in diversion.
In the seventh embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 10, a water-stop strip 6 is connected to a lower portion of the cover edge 11, a cross section of the water-stop strip 6 is an obtuse triangle, and a bottom surface of the water-stop strip 6 and a bottom surface of the fixed edge 2 are on the same plane. The water-stop strip 6 is provided to stop water that may penetrate from the adhesive strip 3 under the outer fixing edge 21. The arrangement is that the area of the surface of the waterproof strip 6 which is not connected with the cover edge 11 is larger than that of the surface of the waterproof strip 6 which is not connected with the cover edge 11 when the degree of the angle of the cross section of the waterproof strip 6 which is connected with the cover edge 11 is an acute angle or a right angle, and the blocking span is larger. Moreover, the larger the area of the surface of the waterproof strip 6 which is not connected with the cover edge 11 is, the larger the contact surface with the skin is, and the more stable the position of the waterproof strip 6 is, so that the waterproof strip is not easy to move. The bottom of the waterproof strip 6 is provided with a sticky strip 3. This is provided to secure the water-stop strip 6, with the water-stop strip 6 being secured between the inner and outer securing edges 21.
Fig. 11 shows an eighth embodiment of the present invention, where the waterproof strip 6 includes a water absorbing strip 61 and a waterproof strip 62, the water absorbing strip 61 is located below the outer partition edge 41, the waterproof strip 62 is located below the inner partition edge 42, and the water absorbing strip 61 is connected to the waterproof strip 62. Even if water permeates into the adhesive strip 3 below the outer fixing edge 21, the water also enters the water absorbing strip 61, and the waterproof strip 62 blocks the water in the water absorbing strip 61 from flowing into the adhesive strip 3 below the inner fixing edge 22. Thus, the water absorbing strip 61 and the waterproof strip 62 have two defense lines, and the water blocking effect is improved. The waterproof strip 6 further comprises a waterproof layer 63, the waterproof layer 63 is located below the water absorbing strips 61 and connected with the water absorbing strips 61, and one side of the waterproof layer 63 is connected with the bottom ends of the waterproof strips 62. The waterproof layer 63 thus arranged prevents water from flowing from the inside of the water absorbing strip 61 to the adhesive strip 3 of the outer fixing edge 21 through the waterproof strip 62 and then permeating into the outer cover 1.
The cross section of the water stop strip 6 is an obtuse triangle, and the degree of the angle between the cross section of the water stop strip 6 and the cover edge 11 is 92-97 degrees. If water permeates into the adhesive strip 3 below the outer fixing edge 21, the water amount is reduced to a large amount, the water absorption amount of the water absorption strip 61 close to the front end of the outer fixing edge 21 is smaller than that of the water absorption strip at the rear part, and the water absorption amount is larger after the front end is closer to the rear part, so that the water absorption process is more suitable. In the case of the same height of the water-stop strip 6, the greater the degree of the angle at which the cross section of the water-stop strip 6 is connected to the cover edge 11, the greater the area of the face of the water-stop strip 6 that is not connected to the cover edge 11. However, the greater the contact surface of the side of the water-stop strip 6 that is not connected to the cover edge 11 with the skin, the less comfortable the wound patch will be to adhere to the skin. And the contact surface of the side of the water-stop strip 6 not connected with the cover edge 11 and the skin is too large to affect the action of the knee. The angle at which the cross section of the water-stop strip 6 is connected to the cover edge 11 is set to 92 to 97 degrees. This not only exerts the function of the water-stop strip 6, but also reduces the influence on the knee movement.
The degree of the angle of the cross section of the waterproof strip 6 positioned on the outer side of the outer cover 1 is smaller than that of the angle positioned on the inner side of the outer cover 1. Because the water absorbing strip 61 is located below the outer partition 41 and the waterproof strip 62 is located below the inner partition 42, the degree of the angle at which the water absorbing strip 61 is not connected to the cover edge 11 is smaller than the degree of the angle at which the waterproof strip 62 is not connected to the cover edge 11. If water permeates into the adhesive strip 3 below the outer fixing edge 21, the water amount is small and large, the water absorption amount of the water absorption strip 61 close to the front end of the outer fixing edge 21 is smaller than that of the water absorption strip at the rear part, and the water absorption amount is larger after the front end is closer to the rear part. In order to increase the water absorption capacity, the width of the bottom of the absorbent strip 61 is increased, so that the angle of the bottom of the absorbent strip 61 is reduced while the angle of the upper surface of the absorbent strip 61 is unchanged. And the waterproof strip 62 is mainly an adhesive strip 3 for preventing water in the water absorbing strip 61 from flowing to the lower part of the inner fixing edge 22. Since the amount of water at the upper end of the water absorbing strip 61 is smaller than that at the lower end, the shape of the waterproof strip 62 is set from top to bottom to narrow to wide. But the waterproof effect is not as good as the thicker effect, so the width of the bottom of the waterproof strip 62 is smaller than that of the bottom of the water absorbing strip 61, and the degree of the angle of the cross section of the waterproof strip 6 positioned on the outer side of the outer cover 1 is smaller than that of the angle positioned on the inner side of the outer cover 1.
The inner barrier 42 is connected to the water-stop strip 6. The effect of this arrangement is two: 1. the firmness of the connection of the waterproof strip 6 and the outer cover 1 is enhanced. The cover edge 11 is connected with the water stop strip 6, the contact surface of the connection part is only a line, and the volume of the water stop strip 6 is large, so the firmness of the connection of the cover edge 11 and the water stop strip 6 is low. The inner barrier 42 is connected to the water-stop strip 6, and the contact surface of the water-stop strip 6 with the outer cover 1 is just one surface. The contact area of the waterproof strip 6 and the outer cover 1 is increased, and the firmness is also increased. 2. The water is blocked from entering the outer cover 1 from the water absorption strip 61. The cover edge 11 is connected with the water stop strip 6, the contact surface of the connection part is only a line, and the volume of the water stop strip 6 is large, so that the connection between the cover edge 11 and the water stop strip 6 is not firm. The cover edge 11 is easy to separate from the waterproof strip 6, and after the separation, water in the water absorbing strip 61 flows to the adhesive strip 3 below the outer fixing edge 21 easily from the upper end of the water absorbing strip 61 through the upper end of the waterproof strip 62 and then permeates into the outer cover 1.
The distance between the inner side edge of the outer fixing edge 21 and the outer side edge of the water absorption strip 61 is 1-2 mm. This is because the inner edge of the outer fixing edge 21 does not contact the absorbent strip 61, and there is a space between the outer barrier 41 and the absorbent strip 61. So that the absorbent strip 61 has a space to expand outward after absorbing water. So that the function of the absorbent strip 61 is exerted. Experiments prove that the outer edge of the water absorbing strip 61 can expand outwards by 0.7-0.8mm after the water absorbing strip 61 absorbs water. The distance between the inner edge of the outer fixing edge 21 and the outer edge of the absorbent strip 61 is set to be 1-2mm, so that the absorbent strip 61 has enough space for expansion after absorbing water until the absorbent strip is full. There is still a space between the absorbent strip 61 and the outer barrier 41 after the absorbent strip is filled with water, so that the water in the absorbent strip 61 is not squeezed out. So that the function of the absorbent strip 61 can be maximized.
In fig. 12, the inner edge of the outer fixing edge 21 is connected with the water absorbing strip 61 through the water guide 7. Thus, even if water permeates into the water absorbing strip 61 through the adhesive strip 3 below the outer fixing edge 21, the water is absorbed by the water guide 7 and enters the water absorbing strip 61 through the water guide 7 along with the increase of the water amount. The reason is that the setting is in order to prevent that water from permeating into the back through gluing strip 3 under the external fixation limit 21, directly flowing to 6 departments of water barrier strip, getting into gluing strip 3 under the water barrier strip 6 through the water barrier for the effect of strip 61 that absorbs water can not come out. The cross section of the water guide channel is triangular. The outer cover 1 and the fixing edge 2 are integrally formed, no gap exists in the integrally formed structure, and the waterproof performance is better.
In the tenth embodiment of the present invention, the fixing edge 2 is made of a flexible material. Thus, the fixing edge 2 is pasted on the skin by the sticky strip 3 to be more attached. The outer cover 1 and the fixed edge 2 are both made of waterproof materials. The barrier 4 is made of a waterproof material. The water absorbing strip 61 is made of a water absorbing material. The water guide 7 is made of a water absorbing material.
In the eleventh embodiment of the present invention, the first to tenth embodiments can be combined and used within a reasonable range.
In summary, the present invention is only a specific embodiment, but not limited to the embodiment, and equivalent modifications and additions made by the present application and the prior art are considered to be within the technical scope of the present invention without departing from the concept of the present invention.
