Abstract
本发明提供一种儿童与成年人通用型手术电极回路垫,本发明采用减薄人体与金属布导电极板之间作为绝缘介质的凝胶层厚度,增大了回路垫电容量,手术时可根据不同年龄段手术患者调节手术电刀的输出功率,即可使用同一规格的电容型手术电极回路垫,极大地简化手术操作,亦减轻了医护人员的劳动强度。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于医疗设备领域,具体是涉及一种儿童与成年人通用型手术电极回路垫。
背景技术
目前,公知的高频手术电刀在对病人进行手术操作时,将手术电刀通过人体与电刀高频发生器构成高频电流回路有两种方式:一种为传统的负极板方式,另一种为电容型回路垫。使用电容型回路垫手术时,由手术电刀将电刀高频发生器产生的高频电流,经由病人身体和回路垫中金属布导电极板形成一个高频电流回路,以用来进行手术切割和凝固组织。而电容型回路垫因具有不需选择固定部位且不易产生皮肤灼伤的优越性,越来越多的应用在手术中。
但电容型回路垫的电容量大小与人体在回路垫上的接触面积及压力有关,因此目前的电容型手术电极回路垫,分为成人型和儿童型多种不同规格的回路垫,其在外形尺寸和垫体厚度上有很大差别,必须根据手术患者的年龄加以区分,选用不同规格的回路垫,不方便手术的操作和使用。因此将电容型手术电极回路垫统一为同一规格,同时适用于不同年龄段患者会极大简化手术操作,亦是本发明的目的。
发明内容
本发明采用的技术方案为:保持原垫体总厚度不变,将作为电容极板的金属导电布由原靠近垫体中心部位,改进为接近垫体上表面,即将导电布与人体之间作为绝缘介质的高分子凝胶层减薄,即增大了回路垫的有效电容量,手术时只要根据不同年龄的手术患者,采用不同的手术电刀切割功率,即可满足不同年龄患者可共用同一手术电极回路垫
但由于高分子凝胶本身的特性,在浇注较薄涂层时由于本身张力原因,无法均匀浇注,易形成涂层空穴,因此采用可调高度凝胶刮平装置,解决浇注薄凝胶涂层的工艺。
本申请实现目的的技术方案如下:
一种儿童与成年人通用型手术电极回路垫,采用可调高度凝胶刮平装置,将凝胶涂层空穴位刮摊补平,保证回路垫中金属布导电极板薄凝涂层胶层厚度均匀一致。
可根据需要厚度,通过调整刮平装置高度设置,保证金属布导电极板薄凝胶层一面厚度为1~1.5mm。
另根据需要,将凝胶刮平装置调整为距金属布导电极板另一面凝胶层厚度为11~11.5mm厚度。
可调高度凝胶刮平装置制作方案:
(1)采用铝型材装置主框架,作为滑动导轨;
(2)采用带有滚轮的直线滑轨,作为纵向滑动的横梁;
(3)采用与直线滑轨配套的滑块,作为横向滑动滑块;
(4)在横向滑动滑块加装高度可调的旋转刮片;
本发明具有的优点和有益效果是:因大大减薄了人体与金属布导电极板之间作为绝缘介质的凝胶层厚度,增大了回路垫电容量,手术时可根据不同年龄段手术患者调节手术电刀的输出功率,即可使用同一规格的电容型手术电极回路垫,极大地简化手术操作,亦减轻了医护人员的劳动强度。

具体实施方式
本发明涉及一种儿童与成年人通用型手术电极回路垫,其实施方式为:在回路垫模具中先吸塑成型TPU薄膜,浇注凝胶涂层,调整凝胶刮平装置高度为1~1.5mm,操作可旋转刮片对凝胶涂层进行刮平,放置金属导电布,浇注第二层凝胶,再次调整刮平装置高度为11~11.5mm,再次刮平,放置第二层TPU薄膜进行封装。

Claims (4)
1.一种儿童与成年人通用型手术电极回路垫;由高分子凝胶作为绝缘介质,金属导电布作为电容极板,在电容极板两面涂覆凝胶层方法制作,其特征在于:金属导电布电容极板上面凝胶层厚度为1~1.5mm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种儿童与成年人通用型手术电极回路垫,其特征在于:所述的金属导电布电容极板下面凝胶层厚度为11~11.5mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种儿童与成年人通用型手术电极回路垫,其特征在于:手术时儿童和成年人可以共同使用同一个电极回路垫。
4.可调高度凝胶刮平装置制作方案:其特征在于;步骤如下:
(1)采用铝型材主框架装置,作为滑动导轨;
(2)采用带有滚轮的直线滑轨,作为纵向滑动的横梁;
(3)采用与直线滑轨配套的滑块,作为横向滑动滑块;
(4)在横向滑动滑块加装有高度可调的旋转刮片。
