Abstract
本实用新型为一种具针灸、按摩、热敷功效的衣物,是在衣物上设置针灸装置或热敷装置,使人在穿戴衣物时,可通过针灸装置或热敷装置所设置的电极或发热组件,而对穴位或神经肌肉刺激点产生针灸、按摩或热敷的功效,让使用者可改善或治疗经痛、经期不适、肩膀酸痛、美姿、减肥、美胸、改善橘皮组织或其它保健医疗功效。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及的是一种衣物,尤指针灸装置或热敷装置装设在衣物上而具针灸、按摩、热敷功效的衣物。
背景技术
针灸是中国传统医学极重要的一环,利用对人体特定穴位的刺激来达到治疗疾病或保健美容的功能。千年来,它一直是中医治病的非药物疗法的主流方法,不仅收效快、极少副作用,还衍生出许多推拿、按摩、养生、保健、美容的功法。事实上,由经络针灸理论所引申出来的调和气血、平衡阴阳的观念已成了中国文化的一环。
针灸一词其实涵盖了针与灸两种方法。针指的是以实体针扎入特定穴位,刺激经脉,以达到各种功效;灸则是以温热的材料,如点燃的艾草,利用其温热来刺激经穴以达到治疗、补养、保健的功效。针法由于属侵入式的治疗方法,常有卫生安全方面的顾虑,且须经特殊训练的专业人士才能执行,后来衍生出以非侵入式的经皮刺激脉冲电流来取代扎针的做法,但取穴仍有相当的困难度,仍须专业人士才能有效的进行。脉冲电流的应用产生了一些如低周波的产品,但正确取穴的问题仍未能适当的解决。也有人试图将低周波与导电纤维相结合,利用导电纤维传导电流来刺激其所涵盖的部位,但这种做法一则成本太贵,二则在取穴与纺织技术的配合上仍有许多困难有待克服,因此缺少实用价值。
也有人依循传统低周波所用电极片的概念,将电激片或导电片安置到衣物上,希望如此衍生出新产品,但这些电极片相当大,贴在皮肤上,导电面积相当大,因此,事实上这些做法并无法达到选取特定穴位的功能。
灸法则除了取穴的问题外,还因艾草燃烧温度相当高,常有皮肤烧烫伤的问题,因此难以大众化。也有人试图将电热碳纤维与远红外线棉层相结合,做成具远红外线功能的发热体,但此种做法成本太高,不具实用价值,还难以针对穴位设置电热碳纤维。
针灸仅管有上述困难,但是确有临床奇效,所以,除了中医医院所提供的医疗养生保健外,目前市面上也生产出许多可刺激穴道与进行热敷的按摩椅,然而此种按摩椅动辄上万元至数十万,并非为一种普与性的产品,且按摩椅的按摩方式与位置为固定设置,使用移动按摩椅内的按摩器,来带过人体的穴道,无法有效且准确的针对人体穴道进行按摩或刺激,无法让使用者得到有效的按摩功能。再者,按摩椅的热敷效果也是针对按摩椅全部发热,而无法让使用者选择发热部位,且此种按摩器无法携带,而让使用者无法方便的使用,是以,要如何解决上述问题,即为相关业者所亟欲解决的课题所在。
发明内容
本实用新型的主要目的在于,提供一种具针灸、按摩、热敷功效的衣物,用以克服上述缺陷。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案在于,首先提供一种具针灸与穴位按摩功效的衣物,是在衣物上设置有针灸装置,所述的针灸装置为在衣物上设置有至少一个的绝缘导线,而绝缘导线一侧为与脉冲电流产生器呈电连接,且在远绝缘导线的另侧为分别电连接有与人体接触的电极。
其次提供一种具灸疗、热敷功效的衣物,是在衣物上设置有热敷装置,所述的热敷装置为在衣物上设置有至少一组的导电组,而所述的导电组内为具有形成回路的绝缘导线,且所述的绝缘导线上设置有至少一个与绝缘导线呈电连接的发热组件,并使所述的绝缘导线一端与电流产生器电连接。
最后实现了一种具针灸、按摩及热敷功效之衣物,也即是在衣物上同时设置有针灸装置及热敷装置。
与现有技术比较本实用新型的有益效果在于,利用针灸装置或热敷装置直接设置在衣物上,让使用者方便享受经穴针灸、按摩或热敷的效果。

以下结合附图,对本新型上述的和另外的技术特征和优点作更详细的说明。
请参阅图1、图3与图4所示,由图中可清楚看出,本实用新型是在衣物1上设置有针灸装置2,而所述的针灸装置2为具有脉冲电流产生器22与复数个绝缘导线21,且各绝缘导线21的一端为与脉冲电流产生器22呈电连接,而在远离脉冲电流产生器22的另侧为分别电连接有可与人体4接触的电极23,且电极23为位于衣物1的内侧面。
通上,当使用者利用脉冲电流产生器22产生脉冲,并经由绝缘导线21传至各电极23时,电极23点的位置为人体穴位的相对应位置,当脉冲传至电极23后,会对穴位或神经肌肉刺激点产生针灸或按摩的功效,而所述的穴位可选自三里、曲尺、尺泽、肩髑、巨骨、乳根、归来、气冲、天枢、水道、髀关、伏兔、阴市、梁丘、犊鼻、足三里、血海、三阴交、公孙、地机、阴陵泉、神门、肩贞、曲垣、秉风、臑俞、肩外俞、天宗、肩中俞、委中、肾俞、气海俞、关元俞、志室、承山、涌泉、然谷、太溪、照海、复溜、内关、环跳、风市、中渎、阳关、阳陵泉、膝关、长强、腰俞、命门、中极、关元、气海、中腕、或其它经外奇穴等。
再者,可根据不同的功效需求,将电极23设置在衣物1上不同的穴位相对应位置,虽然每个人个体大小不同,但各穴位的相对位置则是不变的,因此在中医针灸取穴常以“同身寸”为原则,而人身结构上较特殊的点则可做为取穴的参考点,例如肚脐、双腿侧线、股沟、肘尖、膝盖骨、乳房、肩膀等都可做为标定穴位的参考点,以取得正确的穴位。
另,穴位附近的皮肤具有良导络的性质,因此电极只要在穴位附近即可发挥功效。当然,衣物1也可做不同的尺码,以供使用者根据个体的大小加以选择,让使用者经由经络穴位的刺激而改善或治疗经痛、经期不适、肩膀酸痛、腰酸背痛、关节酸痛等症状,或达到美姿、减肥、美胸、改善橘皮组织、补肾或其它保健医疗的功能。
另外,电极结构也可采用可含有水、水气、或各种可以降低皮肤电阻的物质,如离子、水胶、导电高分子或各种易含水或电解质的物质等,以降低皮肤电阻。
又,脉冲电流产生器22与绝缘导线21为可直接连接或是利用连接器连接,让使用者可方便携带或是固定脉冲电流产生器22在方便使用的位置,然而前述的连接方式为相关业者已发展成熟的技术,故不在此多加说明,且脉冲电流产生器22的脉冲可以是一种以上波型或频率组合而成,而脉冲电流产生器22可以是各式的低周波经皮神经刺激器、调制中频机、向量经皮神经刺激器或迷你型经皮神经刺激器,且电脉冲电流产生器22所产生的脉冲可以是任何一种有效的脉冲或多种脉冲组合,其中低周波以1~200Hz较佳,调制中频以1KHz~10KHz较佳,脉冲宽以10~1000微秒较佳,其中又以100~200微秒最佳,脉冲强度以人可接受的范围为度,另外也可以设定不同的脉冲组合,可以减少可能的耐受性(tolerance)反应,增强功效,且脉冲电流产生器22所须电源可以电池供应,而电池可以是一般传统电池、钮扣电池、可弯曲式的塑料电池或高分子锂电池,而脉冲产生器也可以设计成具时尚感的迷你造型,以增加美观,兼当饰物。
又,所述的电极23或绝缘导线21可以将导电性物质用印刷或电镀的方式加到衣物上。这些印刷电极或导线材料可以是金属浆,如银浆或铜浆等,可以是导电性碳粉,可以是导电性高分子或导电橡胶或导电硅胶等,或上述各种材料的导电性组合物。其中金属浆以银浆或铜浆较佳,又以银浆最佳。印刷法可以采用网版印刷法(screen printing),热转印式印刷法或喷墨式印刷法(inkjetprinting),自动化生产。导电物质可以先印刷到一膜状物或片状物上,再设置到衣物1上;或是采用多层次印刷的方式,直接在衣物1上先印绝缘层,次印导电层,再印绝缘层。这些绝缘体除了具有不导电的性质外,同时具有抗氧化性质还佳,可防止导电层氧化、腐蚀。
请参阅图2、图5至图7所示,由图中可清楚看出,本实用新型是在衣物1上设置有热敷装置3,而热敷装置3为具有一组或一组以上的导电组31,而导电组31内为具有形成回路的绝缘导线311,且绝缘导线311上为设置有一个或一个以上与绝缘导线311呈电性连接的发热组件312,并使绝缘导线311一端与电流产生器32呈电性连接,且电流产生器32为可调整电流或电压大小,进而控制发热组件312所发出的热量,因此也可如此控制功率与温度。其温度可视需要加以调整,灸疗一般以低在摄氏55度为宜;供保暖或缓解疼痛用的热敷,则以低在摄氏50度为宜。
通上,当使用者利用电流产生器32将电流经由绝缘导线311传至各发热组件312时,发热组件312即会产生热量,进而对人体4产生热敷或灸疗的功效。发热组件设置的位置可以是对应在特定神经或肌肉的位置,或如前述,设置位置可以选自三里、曲尺、尺泽、肩髑、巨骨、乳根、归来、气冲、天枢、水道、髀关、伏兔、阴市、梁丘、犊鼻、足三里、血海、三阴交、公孙、地机、阴陵泉、神门、肩贞、曲垣、秉风、臑俞、肩外俞、天宗、肩中俞、委中、肾俞、气海俞、关元俞、志室、承山、涌泉、然谷、太溪、照海、复溜、内关、环跳、风市、中渎、阳关、阳陵泉、膝关、长强、腰俞、命门、中极、关元、气海、中腕、或其它经外奇穴等,针对不同的用途需求,可以选用不同的穴位,让使用者可改善或治疗经痛、经期不适、肩膀酸痛、腰酸背痛、关节酸痛等症状,或达到美姿、减肥、美胸、改善橘皮组织、补肾或其它保健医疗的功能。
又,所述的发热组件312或绝缘导线311可以缝制或织造的方式将导电性物质固定到衣物上,或是利用钮扣、拉链、粘扣带、或魔鬼贴等,设置在衣物上,也可以用印刷或电镀的方式加到衣物上。这些印刷发热组件或导线材料可以是金属浆,如银浆、镍铬合金、或铜浆等,可以是导电性碳粉,也可以是导电性高分子或导电橡胶或导电硅胶等。此外,发热组件也可以是正温度是数(PTC)导电材料,或是可以释效远红外线的导电性材料,如气化锆或竹炭等材料,或上述各种材料的导电性组合物。这些材料可以不同比例组合以得到不同的导电是数或发热是数。印刷法可以采用网版印刷法(screen printing)、热转印法、或喷墨式印刷法(inkjet printing),自动化生产。导电物质可以先印刷到一膜状物或片状物上,再固定到衣物1上;或是采用多层次印刷的方式,直接在衣物1上先印绝缘层,次印导电层或发热组件,再印绝缘层。这些绝缘体除了具有不导电的性质外,同时具有抗氧化性质还佳,可防止导电层氧化、腐蚀。
另,所述的发热组件32可设置在衣物1之内侧面、外侧面或内衬与外层之间。电流产生器32、绝缘导线311与发热组件312等也可以做成可拆卸式。
请同时参阅图3至图19所示,由图中可清楚看出,所述的衣物1可为贴身衣物、护具或贴布,而贴身衣物可为内衣、内裤、女性胸衣、胸罩、裤袜、马甲、塑身衣、塑身裤、披肩、手套、或袜子、鞋子等,其中鞋子、袜子也可为轻便、柔软、舒适、供室内用,同时兼具鞋子与袜子功能的鞋袜。贴身衣物也可为面膜、束腹、束腰等,此束腹可针对功能需求,例如减肥、缓解经痛或治疗经期症候群,而选取不同的针灸、热敷部位与穴位。而护具可为护膝、护肘、护腕或护腰等。
再者,所述的贴布可具透气性且可含有有效成分,所述的有效成分可为医疗用、保健用或美容美体用的化合物、动植物萃取物或其组合物。
另外,也可在衣物上同时设置有针灸装置与热敷装置,使此衣物同时具有针灸、按摩、灸疗、热敷等功效(这里就不再赘述了)。
以上说明对本新型而言只是说明性的,而非限制性的,本领域普通技术人员理解,在不脱离以下所附权利要求所限定的精神和范围的情况下,可做出许多修改,变化,或等效,但都将落入本实用新型的保护范围内。

1、一种具针灸与穴位按摩功效的衣物,是在衣物上设置有针灸装置,其特征在于:
所述的针灸装置为在衣物上设置有至少一个的绝缘导线,而绝缘导线一侧为与脉冲电流产生器呈电连接,且在远绝缘导线的另侧为分别电连接有与人体接触的电极。
2、根据权利要求1所述的具针灸与穴位按摩功效的衣物,其特征在于:所述的绝缘导线或电极为利用网版印刷、喷墨印刷或热转印方式,设置在衣物上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的具针灸与穴位按摩功效的衣物,其特征在于:所述的电极具有含水、电解质、或导电高分子的构造。
4、一种具灸疗、热敷功效的衣物,是在衣物上设置有热敷装置,其特征在于:
所述的热敷装置为在衣物上设置有至少一组的导电组,而所述的导电组内为具有形成回路的绝缘导线,且所述的绝缘导线上设置有至少一个与绝缘导线呈电连接的发热组件,并使所述的绝缘导线一端与电流产生器电连接。
5、根据权利要求4所述的具灸疗、热敷功效的衣物,其特征在于:所述的衣物为内衣、内裤、女性胸衣、胸罩、裤袜、马甲、塑身衣、塑身裤、面膜、束腹、手套、披肩、袜子、鞋子、鞋袜、护膝、护肘、护腕、护腰或贴布。
6、根据权利要求4所述的具灸疗、热敷功效的衣物,其特征在于:所述的绝缘导线与发热组件利用网版印刷、喷墨印刷或热转印方式,设置在衣物上。
7、根据权利要求4所述的具灸疗、热敷功效的衣物,其特征在于:所述的电流产生器、绝缘导线与发热组件为可拆卸式。
8、根据权利要求4所述的具灸疗、热敷功效的衣物,其特征在于:所述的发热组件位于衣物的内侧面、外侧面或内衬与外层之间。
9、根据权利要求4所述的具灸疗、热敷功效的衣物,其特征在于:所述电流产生器是微型电流产生器。
10.一种具针灸、按摩及热敷功效之衣物,其特征在于:衣物上同时设置有针灸装置及热敷装置。
