本发明是这样实现的。水果组织果肉脱皮分离装置，包括一个架台，在架台上设置刀具组件、双夹装置，在双夹装置上设置电机，双夹装置与挤压装置相连接，使用时将剥好的橘子放置在架台上，启动电机，刀具组件向橘片白丝处进行竖拉切割，双夹装置反向夹住橘子表皮两端，由挤压装置进行施压挤出果肉，使橘子表皮与果肉分离。
