Abstract

本发明揭示了一种卡缘连接器及其组件,卡缘连接器包括纵长的绝缘本体、固持于绝缘本体的导电端子、收容于绝缘本体的螺母及包覆于绝缘本体外侧的盖体,所述绝缘本体设有贯穿其前端面的用以收容一电子卡一端的卡槽,所述导电端子包括凸伸入卡槽的接触部及接脚,所述绝缘本体包括位于卡槽上方的固持壁,所述螺母收容于所述固持壁,所述螺母与外部固持件配合以将散热模组固持至绝缘本体。本发明的卡缘连接器在收容现有电子卡的同时,可适用于拓展模块,以满足客户多样化的需求。

Description

卡缘连接器及其组件
【技术领域】
本发明有关一种卡缘连接器及其组件,其能适用拓展模块。
【背景技术】
中国实用新型专利公告第CN2599791Y号揭示了一种卡缘连接器,其包括绝缘本体及收容于所述绝缘本体的若干上、下端子。所述绝缘本体包括基部及自基部的两侧向前延伸的一对臂部。所述基部具有位于其底面且与主板接合的安装面及垂直于安装面且与子卡接合的接合面。另外,基部还包括上壁、下壁、连接上壁与下壁的一对侧壁及连接两侧壁与上、下壁的后壁。上壁、下壁、侧壁、后壁共同形成有收容子卡的收容槽。
【发明内容】
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种具有拓展功能的卡缘连接器。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种卡缘连接器,其包括纵长的绝缘本体及固持于所述绝缘本体的导电端子,所述绝缘本体设有贯穿其前端面的用以收容一电子卡一端的卡槽,所述导电端子包括凸伸入所述卡槽的接触部及延伸出所述绝缘本体的接脚,所述绝缘本体包括位于所述卡槽上方的固持壁,所述卡缘连接器还包括收容于所述固持壁内且用于与外部固持件配合以固持外部附加模组的螺母。
相对于现有技术,本发明的螺母可使外部固持件将外部附加模组固定至绝缘本体,在不增加卡缘连接器体积的情况下,实现电子卡的拓展功能。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种卡缘连接器组件,其包括卡缘连接器、外部固持件、电子卡及外部附加模组,所述卡缘连接器包括绝缘本体及固持于所述绝缘本体的导电端子,所述绝缘本体设有卡槽,所述导电端子包括凸伸入卡槽的接触部,所述电子卡的一端插入所述卡槽,所述绝缘本体包括位于所述卡槽上方的固持壁,所述卡缘连接器还包括收容于所述固持壁内的螺母,所述螺母与所述外部固持件配合,所述外部固持件将所述外部附加模组固持至所述绝缘本体。
相对于现有技术,本发明的外部固持件可以将外部附加模组固定至绝缘本体,在不增加卡缘连接器体积的情况下,实现电子卡的拓展功能。

【具体实施方式】
如下具体实施方式将结合上述附图进一步说明本发明。
参阅图1至图6,本发明公开了一种卡缘连接器组件100,其包括卡缘连接器200、螺栓300、螺母213、电子卡500及散热模组400。所述卡缘连接器200安装在电路板(未图示)。电子卡500的一端插入卡缘连接器200,从而在电子卡500与电路板之间建立电性连接。散热模组400与电子卡500大致彼此平行,共同安装于卡缘连接器200的同一侧。所述散热模组400的底面设有贴片410,所述贴片410贴靠于所述电子卡500表面的一侧,用以散发电子卡500工作时产生的热量。所述贴片410为导热胶或导热棉,具有一定的弹性。
参阅图4至图6,所述卡缘连接器200包括绝缘本体210、固持于绝缘本体210的若干导电端子220、收容于绝缘本体210的螺母213及包覆绝缘本体210外侧的盖体230。所述绝缘本体210设有向前贯穿其前端面的卡槽214,所述电子卡500的一端插入卡槽214。所述导电端子220包括凸伸入所述卡槽214的接触部2201及接脚2202,所述电子卡500的一端插入所述卡槽214,与导电端子220的接触部2201形成弹性接触,本实施例中,所述若干导电端子220呈两排排列。
所述绝缘本体210包括位于卡槽214上方的固持壁211。所述固持壁211的上方设有突出部212,突出部212设有凹陷部217,所述螺母213位于所述凹陷部217内。所述螺母213用于与螺栓300配合以固持散热模组400。所述盖体230是由金属板材制造而成,其包括顶壁231、自顶壁231向下延伸的两侧壁234及后壁237,该等壁面分别覆盖在绝缘本体210的对应壁面。所述绝缘本体210的两侧面215分别设有向外突出的卡持槽216,所述盖体230的两侧壁234分别设有向下延伸的卡持部235,所述卡持部235自上向下插入卡持槽216。从而将盖体230固持至绝缘本体210。所述顶壁231的前边缘向下弯折形成竖直壁233,所述竖直壁233包覆于突出部212的前端面。所述两侧壁234的前边缘分别向内弯折形成包覆部236,所述包覆部236包覆对应的绝缘本体210的前端面。所述顶壁231设有通孔232,通孔232与凹陷部217内的螺母213对齐。参阅图1,所述散热模组400具有耳部420,所述耳部420设有固定孔430,所述耳部420位于顶壁231的上方,所述固定孔430与通孔232对齐。所述螺栓300分别穿过所述固定孔430及所述通孔232固定至凹陷部217内的螺母213。
综上所述,以上仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,不应以此限制本发明的范围,即凡是依本发明权利要求书及说明书内容所作的简单的等效变化与修饰,皆应仍属本发明专利涵盖的范围内。

Claims (9)

1.一种卡缘连接器,其包括纵长的绝缘本体及固持于所述绝缘本体的导电端子,所述绝缘本体设有贯穿其前端面的用以收容一电子卡一端的卡槽,所述导电端子包括凸伸入所述卡槽的接触部及延伸出所述绝缘本体的接脚,所述绝缘本体包括位于所述卡槽上方的固持壁,其特征在于:所述卡缘连接器还包括收容于所述固持壁内的螺母,所述螺母用以与一螺栓配合而将外部附加模组固定,所述卡缘连接器还包括包覆且固定在所述绝缘本体的盖体,所述盖体包括贴覆在所述螺母顶面的顶壁,所述顶壁设有与所述螺母对应的通孔。
2.如权利要求1所述的卡缘连接器,其特征在于:所述固持壁的上方设有突出部,所述突出部设有凹陷部,所述螺母位于所述凹陷部内。
3.如权利要求2所述的卡缘连接器,其特征在于:所述盖体包括所述顶壁、自所述顶壁向下延伸的两侧壁及后壁,所述通孔与所述凹陷部对齐。
4.如权利要求3所述的卡缘连接器,其特征在于:所述绝缘本体的两侧面分别设有向外突出的卡持槽,所述盖体的两侧壁分别设有向下延伸的卡持部,所述卡持部自上向下插入所述卡持槽。
5.如权利要求3所述的卡缘连接器,其特征在于:所述顶壁的前边缘向下弯折形成竖直壁,所述竖直壁包覆所述突出部的前端面。
6.如权利要求3所述的卡缘连接器,其特征在于:所述两侧壁的前边缘分别向内弯折形成包覆部,所述包覆部包覆对应的所述绝缘本体的前端面。
7.一种卡缘连接器组件,其包括卡缘连接器、螺栓、电子卡及外部附加模组,所述卡缘连接器包括绝缘本体及固持于所述绝缘本体的导电端子,所述绝缘本体设有卡槽,所述导电端子包括凸伸入卡槽的接触部,所述电子卡的一端插入所述卡槽,所述绝缘本体包括位于所述卡槽上方的固持壁,其特征在于:所述卡缘连接器还包括收容于所述固持壁内的螺母,所述螺栓穿过所述外部附加模组设有的固定孔而固持至所述螺母,所述卡缘连接器还包括包覆所述绝缘本体的盖体,所述盖体包括贴覆在所述螺母顶面的顶壁,所述顶壁设有通孔,所述螺栓穿过所述通孔而与所述螺母固定。
8.如权利要求7所述的卡缘连接器组件,其特征在于:所述外部附加模组为散热模组,所述散热模组的底面设有导电棉或导电胶。
9.如权利要求8所述的卡缘连接器组件,其特征在于:所述散热模组具有耳部,所述耳部设有固定孔,所述耳部位于所述固持壁的上方,所述固定孔与所述螺母对齐。
