技术领域
本发明涉及一种行星齿轮组,更具体地涉及一种用于动力传递系统的行星齿轮组的旋转支撑结构,所述旋转支撑结构支撑应用于车辆的动力传递系统的行星齿轮组的旋转。
背景技术
车辆环保技术是控制未来汽车工业的存活的核心技术且高级汽车生产商已经将其精力关注于环保车辆的研发从而实现环境管理和燃料效率管理。
因此,各个汽车生产商开发了电动汽车(EV)、混合动力电动车(HEV)、燃料电池电动汽车(FCEV)等作为未来的车辆技术。
如上所述,由于未来的车辆具有诸如重量、成本等苛刻的技术限制,因此汽车生产商关注动力传递系统作为解决现实问题(例如满足废气法规和提高燃料效率性能)的替代手段且激烈地竞争使得动力传递系统商业化。
因此,为了提高燃料效率性能,应用于车辆的动力传递系统包括至少一个行星齿轮组使得动力传递系统具有多个变速档位。
行星齿轮组具有作为旋转元件的太阳轮、行星齿轮架和齿圈。旋转元件由变速器壳体或前壳体支撑。需要多个轴承来支撑旋转元件。
近年来开发了包括超过8个档位(例如第八速度)的多档位变速器的动力传递系统,使得行星齿轮组的数量增加。因此,当用于行星齿轮组的旋转支撑结构在具有狭窄空间的变速器壳体中进行设计的时候,存在许多限制。
公开于本发明的背景部分的信息仅仅旨在加深对本发明的一般背景技术的理解,而不应当被视为承认或以任何形式暗示该信息构成已为本领域技术人员所公知的现有技术。
发明内容
本发明的各个方面致力于提供一种用于动力传递系统的行星齿轮组的旋转支撑结构,所述旋转支撑结构能够通过整体连接用于输出的外部齿轮和应用于车辆的动力传递系统的行星齿轮组的齿圈并通过将多个轴承容纳在外部齿轮中形成的内部空间中使得旋转支撑结构支撑在前壳体中旋转的行星齿轮组,从而减小整体长度。
本发明提供用于动力传递系统的行星齿轮组的旋转支撑结构,通过将齿圈中包括的轮齿的螺旋角方向设置成与外部齿轮中包括的轮齿的螺旋角方向相同的方向,而使所述旋转支撑结构能够抵消推力(或轴向负载)。
本发明提供旋转支撑结构,所述旋转支撑结构能够利用齿圈和外部齿轮的借助于保持器的整体性从而提高可加工性和批量生产率,并能够利用轮齿的磨削和轮齿的拉削加工从而降低齿轮噪声并增大齿轮的传递效率。
此外,本发明提供旋转支撑结构,通过利用外部齿轮的内部空间在径向方向上重复设置轴承,以使所述旋转支撑结构能够防止由于外部齿轮的力矩所造成的不均匀的齿轮啮合、齿轮噪声,和轴承寿命的缩短,并能够减小轴承的安装空间和轴承尺寸。
本发明的示例性实施方案可以提供一种用于动力传递系统的行星齿轮组的旋转支撑结构,包括:第一轴,其中行星齿轮组的太阳轮在所述第一轴的端部处整体形成;第二轴,其直接连接至行星齿轮组的行星齿轮架,所述行星齿轮架可旋转地支撑在外部与太阳轮啮合的多个小齿轮并设置在与第一轴相同的轴线上;多个轴承,所述多个轴承设置在外部齿轮的内部空间部分中并可旋转地支撑行星齿轮组的齿圈,所述齿圈的内部与小齿轮啮合并经由保持器而整体连接至用于输出的外部齿轮;以及第一支撑件,其在前壳体中形成并可旋转地支撑齿圈。
内部空间部分可以在与设置齿圈的一侧相反的那一侧形成,可以对应于第一支撑件的径向方向上的内侧和外侧在内部空间部分的径向方向上的内侧和外侧处整体形成内周部分和外周部分,多个轴承中的第一轴承可以设置在第一支撑件的径向方向上的内侧和内周部分之间,多个轴承中的第二轴承可以设置在第一支撑件的径向方向上的外侧和外周部分之间。
第一轴承可以在轴向方向上通过安装在内周部分中的卡环而固定。
第一轴承的中心可以从外部齿轮的中心朝向前壳体以一定距离移动,第二轴承的中心可以从外部齿轮的中心朝向行星齿轮组以一定距离移动。
外部齿轮的内周部分可以被设置在第二轴和内周部分之间的第三轴承可旋转地支撑。
行星齿轮架可以被设置在行星齿轮架和第二支撑件之间的第四轴承可旋转地支撑,所述第二支撑件在变速器壳体中形成并在与设置前壳体的一侧相反的那一侧形成。
齿圈可以为内部齿轮,齿圈中包括的轮齿的螺旋角方向可以设置成与外部齿轮中包括的轮齿的螺旋角方向相同的方向。
根据本发明的示例性实施方案的用于动力传递系统的行星齿轮组的旋转支撑结构可以通过使用保持器使行星齿轮组的齿圈与用于输出的外部齿轮整体形成并通过将轴承容纳在外部齿轮的内部空间中使得旋转支撑结构支撑在前壳体中旋转的行星齿轮组,从而减小整体长度。
通过在内部空间之内在径向方向上重复设置两个轴承,本发明的示例性实施方案可以减小轴承的安装空间和轴承尺寸并可以增大轴承的效率。
本发明的示例性实施方案可以通过使用保持器连接外部齿轮和齿圈从而改进可加工性和批量生产率,并可以降低齿轮噪声且可以利用轮齿的磨削加工和轮齿的拉削加工而增大齿轮的传递效率。
通过将齿圈中包括的轮齿的螺旋角方向设置成与外部齿轮中包括的轮齿的螺旋角方向相同的方向,本发明的示例性实施方案可以抵消推力(或轴向负载),由此延长寿命并增大轴承的效率。
此外,通过将两个轴承容纳在外部齿轮的内部空间中,本发明的示例性实施方案可以防止由于外部齿轮的力矩所造成的不均匀的齿轮啮合、齿轮噪声,和轴承寿命的缩短。

例如,动力传递系统可以是用于混合动力车的动力传递系统(例如动力传递装置)。
参考图1,可以为动力传递系统设置包括发动机ENG、第一马达/发电机MG1和第二马达/发电机MG2的动力源。动力传递系统包括作为功率分配器的行星齿轮组PG。
行星齿轮组PG、第一马达/发电机MG1、第二马达/发电机MG2以及发动机ENG可以具有相同的轴线。行星齿轮组PG、第一马达/发电机MG1以及第二马达/发电机MG2可以依次设置在发动机ENG的后侧。
作为主要动力源的发动机ENG可以是汽油发动机或使用化石燃料的柴油发动机。来自发动机ENG的旋转动力输出可以通过第二轴(或输入轴)S2而输入至动力传递系统。
行星齿轮组PG是单小齿轮行星齿轮组,其可以包括作为旋转元件的太阳轮S、行星齿轮架PC以及齿圈R,所述行星齿轮架PC可旋转地支撑在外部与太阳轮S啮合的小齿轮P,所述齿圈R与小齿轮P在内部啮合。
太阳轮S可以通过第一轴(例如第一马达轴)S1而直接连接至第一马达/发电机MG1,行星齿轮架PC可以直接连接至第二轴S2从而充当输入元件,齿圈R可以直接连接至用于输出的外部齿轮(例如输出齿轮)G1从而充当输出元件。
此外,太阳轮S可以通过制动器BK而连接至变速器壳体H从而充当选择性固定元件,行星齿轮架PC可以通过单向离合器OWC而能够选择性地连接至变速器壳体H从而防止行星齿轮架PC的反向旋转。
第一马达/发电机MG1和第二马达/发电机MG2可以执行马达功能和发电机功能,第一马达/发电机MG1和第二马达/发电机MG2可以包括固定至变速器壳体的第一定子ST1和第二定子ST2、在第一定子ST1中旋转的第一转子RT1以及在第二定子ST2中旋转的第二转子RT2。
第一转子RT1可以直接连接至第一轴S1,第二转子RT2可以直接连接至第三轴(例如第二马达轴)S3,所述第三轴S3叠加在第一轴S1的外周表面上而无旋转干扰。第三轴S3可以直接连接至另一个用于输出的外部齿轮G2。
来自两个外部齿轮G1和G2的旋转动力输出可以通过第一副轴CS1和第二副轴CS2而传递至包括差速器(例如差速齿轮机构)DIFF的最终减速机构FD,所述第一副轴CS1和第二副轴CS2以预定间隔与第二轴S2和第三轴S3平行设置。
在外部与两个外部齿轮G1和G2啮合的第一中间输入齿轮MIG1和第二中间输入齿轮MIG2以及在外部与最终减速机构FD的最终减速齿轮FG啮合的第一中间输出齿轮MOG1和第二中间输出齿轮MOG2可以连接至第一副轴CS1和第二副轴CS2。
因此,第一副轴CS1可以将从行星齿轮组PG所传递的旋转动力传递至最终减速齿轮FG,第二副轴CS2可以将从第二马达/发电机MG2所传递的旋转动力传递至最终减速齿轮FG。
包括根据本发明示例性实施方案的用于行星齿轮组的旋转支撑结构的混合动力车的动力传递系统可以是混合动力车的常规动力传递装置,因此本文省略其详细描述。

参考图2,行星齿轮组PG的太阳轮S可以在第一轴S1的端部处整体形成。
行星齿轮架PC可以能够旋转地支撑在外部与太阳轮S啮合的多个小齿轮P且可以直接连接至第二轴S2,所述第二轴S2设置在与第一轴S1相同的轴线上且连接至发动机ENG。
参考图2和图3,齿圈R可以在内部与小齿轮P啮合,齿圈R可以经由保持器RTN而整体连接至用于输出的外部齿轮G1,齿圈R可以被两个轴承BR1和BR2以及第一支撑件1可旋转地支撑,两个轴承BR1和BR2设置在外部齿轮G1的内部空间部分SP中,第一支撑件1在前壳体FH中形成。
内部空间部分SP可以在与设置齿圈R的一侧相反的那一侧形成。可以在内部空间部分SP(或第一支撑件1)的径向方向上的内侧和外侧处整体形成内周部分3和外周部分4。
两个轴承中的第一轴承BR1可以设置在第一支撑件1的径向方向上的内侧和内周部分3之间,两个轴承中的第二轴承BR2可以设置在第一支撑件1的径向方向上的外侧和外周部分4之间。
两个轴承BR1和BR2可以在内部空间部分SP之内在径向方向上重复设置,由此防止由于外部齿轮G1的力矩所造成第二轴承BR2倾斜且防止轴承寿命缩短。
第一轴承BR1可以在轴向方向上通过安装在内周部分3中的卡环SR而固定。
齿圈R可以为内部齿轮。齿圈R中包括的轮齿的螺旋角方向可以设置成与外部齿轮G1中包括的轮齿的螺旋角方向相同的方向,由此抵消推力(或轴向负载)。
图4为图2的A部分的放大图。参考图4,第一轴承BR1的中心d1可以从外部齿轮G1的中心D朝向前壳体FH以一定距离(或预定距离)移动,第二轴承BR2的中心d2可以从外部齿轮G1的中心D朝向行星齿轮组PG以一定距离移动。
再次参考图2,外部齿轮G1的内周部分3可以被设置在第二轴S2和内周部分3之间的第三轴承BR3可旋转地支撑。
行星齿轮架PC可以被设置在行星齿轮架PC和第二支撑件2之间的第四轴承BR4可旋转地支撑,所述第二支撑件2在变速器壳体H中形成且在与设置前壳体FH的一侧相反的那一侧形成。
根据本发明的示例性实施方案,齿圈R可以经由保持器RTN而连接至外部齿轮G1。因此,可以进行外部齿轮G1的轮齿的磨削加工和齿圈R的拉削加工。当外部齿轮G1的外径小于齿圈R的外径且外部齿轮与齿圈整体形成的时候,可以不使用磨削加工和拉削加工。
根据本发明的示例性实施方案,齿圈R、外部齿轮G1以及设置在齿圈和外部齿轮之间且为环形的保持器RTN可以通过焊接方法而整体形成。
因此,即使齿圈R的外径大于外部齿轮G1的外径,通过使用磨削加工和拉削加工,齿轮噪声也可以降低且齿轮效率也可以增大。
根据本发明的示例性实施方案,齿圈R中包括的轮齿的螺旋角方向和外部齿轮G1中包括的轮齿的螺旋角方向可以以相同方向形成使得齿圈R的推力(或轴向负载)和外部齿轮G1的推力在彼此相反的方向上产生。因此,可以抵消推力使得轴承的负载减小且车辆中包括的变速器的效率增大。
根据本发明的示例性实施方案,外部齿轮G1可以被设置在前壳体FH和内部空间部分SP之间且设置在内部空间部分SP的径向方向上的内侧和外侧的两个轴承BR1和BR2可旋转地支撑。因此,可以抑制由于外部齿轮G1的力矩所造成的轴承倾斜从而防止轴承寿命缩短,且轴承的安装空间和轴承尺寸可以减小从而轴承效率可以增大。
当在前壳体FH和内部空间部分SP之间设置单个轴承的时候,轮齿啮合可能由于外部齿轮G1的力矩而变得不均匀,由此可能产生过多的齿轮噪声或者齿轮寿命可能大大地缩短。
第二轴承BR2可以组装在前壳体FH的内侧,第一轴承BR1应当通过卡环SR而固定使得第一轴承BR1可以预先组装在前壳体FH的外侧。
如图4所示,第一轴承BR1的中心d1可以位于外部齿轮G1的中心D的右侧(或设置前壳体的一侧)且第二轴承BR2的中心d2可以位于外部齿轮G1的中心D的左侧(或设置行星齿轮组的一侧),由此获得根据本发明的示例性实施方案的上述效果。

Claims (7)

1.一种车辆的动力传递系统中包括的行星齿轮组的旋转支撑结构,包括:
第一轴,其中行星齿轮组的太阳轮在所述第一轴的端部处整体形成;
第二轴,其直接连接至行星齿轮组的行星齿轮架,所述行星齿轮架能够旋转地支撑多个小齿轮并设置在与第一轴相同的轴线上,所述多个小齿轮在外部与太阳轮啮合;
多个轴承,所述多个轴承设置在外部齿轮的内部空间部分中并能够旋转地支撑行星齿轮组的齿圈,所述齿圈的内部与小齿轮啮合并经由保持器而整体连接至用于输出的外部齿轮;以及
第一支撑件,其在前壳体中形成并能够旋转地支撑齿圈。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车辆的动力传递系统中包括的行星齿轮组的旋转支撑结构,其中,内部空间部分在与设置齿圈的一侧相反的那一侧形成,对应于第一支撑件的径向方向上的内侧和外侧在内部空间部分的径向方向上的内侧和外侧处整体形成内周部分和外周部分,多个轴承中的第一轴承设置在内周部分和第一支撑件的径向方向上的内侧之间,多个轴承中的第二轴承设置在外周部分和第一支撑件的径向方向上的外侧之间。
3.根据权利要求2所述的车辆的动力传递系统中包括的行星齿轮组的旋转支撑结构,其中,第一轴承在轴向方向上通过安装在内周部分中的卡环而固定。
4.根据权利要求2所述的车辆的动力传递系统中包括的行星齿轮组的旋转支撑结构,其中,第一轴承的中心从外部齿轮的中心朝向前壳体移动预定距离,第二轴承的中心从外部齿轮的中心朝向行星齿轮组移动预定距离。
5.根据权利要求2所述的车辆的动力传递系统中包括的行星齿轮组的旋转支撑结构,其中,外部齿轮的内周部分被设置在第二轴和内周部分之间的第三轴承能够旋转地支撑。
6.根据权利要求1所述的车辆的动力传递系统中包括的行星齿轮组的旋转支撑结构,其中,行星齿轮架被设置在行星齿轮架和第二支撑件之间的第四轴承能够旋转地支撑,所述第二支撑件在变速器壳体中形成并在与设置前壳体的一侧相反的那一侧形成。
7.根据权利要求1所述的车辆的动力传递系统中包括的行星齿轮组的旋转支撑结构,其中,齿圈为内部齿轮,齿圈中包括的轮齿的螺旋角方向设置成与外部齿轮中包括的轮齿的螺旋角方向相同的方向。
