技术领域
本发明属于粉煤灰蒸压砌块技术领域,具体涉及一种轻质粉煤灰蒸压砌块及其制备方法。
背景技术
粉煤灰蒸压砌块在建筑领域应用非常广泛,此类砌块一般用做非承重墙体以及外墙保温板材,具有质量轻、保温效果良好、大量利用粉煤灰、成本低廉的优点。目前市场上的粉煤灰蒸压砌块大部分容重为700kg/

,容重较高而且保温性能较差。在我国越来越重视环保节能的形势下,开发密度更低、抗压强度更高、保温性能更优、粉煤灰利用率更高、成本更低的新产品是新的发展方向。因此,超轻质粉煤灰蒸压砌块的制备工艺研究成为了新材料领域的一个热点。但是超轻质粉煤灰蒸压砌块的制备和生产存在坯体前期强度低、塌模率高、产品抗压强度偏低等问题,导致此类产品的生产存在较大难度,未能广泛推广应用。

级别以下的粉煤灰蒸压砌块一直未能实现产业化生产。众所周知,对于粉煤灰蒸压砌块这种建材墙体,密度越轻结构内的气孔率越多,材料的保温和隔音效果更好,但是由于300级容重的蒸压砌块存在生产困难、前期坯体含水率太高导致塌模、产品抗压强度太低等原因导致不能工业化生产。
发明内容
针对上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种轻质粉煤灰蒸压砌块及其制备方法,可以制备出绝干密度300kg/

左右,含水率15%时抗压强度1.5MPa以上且坯体不塌模、生产稳定性高的蒸压砌块。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种轻质粉煤灰蒸压砌块,配方由以下质量百分比的原料组成:粉煤灰60-63%、水泥8-12%、石灰18-22%、石膏1-5%、NaOH粉0.1-0.3%、Al粉膏0.1-0.2%、稻壳灰3-7%、胶粉0.1-0.3%、洗衣粉0.05-0.1%,水料比0.85。
作为优选,配方由以下质量百分比的原料组成:粉煤灰61.37%、水泥10%、石灰20%、石膏3%、NaOH粉0.2%、Al粉膏0.18%、稻壳灰5%、胶粉0.2%、洗衣粉0.05%,水料比0.85。
轻质粉煤灰蒸压砌块的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1、按照配方比例进行备料;
S2、将水倒入搅拌筒,并加入粉煤灰、水泥、石膏三种粉料进行搅拌得到浆液;
S3、将石灰和NaOH粉倒入浆液中,继续进行搅拌得到料浆;
S4、将混合均匀的胶粉、稻壳灰和洗衣粉倒入料浆中,并倒入Al粉膏搅拌得到浆料;
S5、将搅拌桶中的浆料倒入砌块模具中固化,固化后进行脱模;
S6、将脱模后的砌块置于蒸压釜中进行蒸压养护,养护后取出砌块。
作为优选,所述S2中水温为38℃,搅拌时间为4分钟。
作为优选,所述S5中浆料倒入砌块模具中,在50℃的恒温环境中放置1小时,浆料在此过程中发泡、体积膨胀和固化。
作为优选,所述S6中蒸压养护是指:蒸压釜压强从常压升高至1.3MPa的时间为2小时,并在190℃、1.3MPa压强条件下蒸压养护8小时。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有的有益效果是:
本发明对粉煤灰蒸压砌块的生产配方进行优化和改进,将工业胶粉、稻壳灰和洗衣粉按照一定比例复合在一起,作为改性剂添加到粉煤灰砌块原料中,成功制备出300kg/

左右,含水率15%时抗压强度1.5MPa且生产稳定性高的蒸压砌块产品。
工业胶粉主要成分是橡胶、塑料的粉状颗粒,在粉煤灰砌块中起到料浆增稠和提高发泡稳定性的作用,但是单纯添加胶粉不易在料浆中分散而,且添加比例太少稳泡效果不好添加比例太多又降低砌块后期强度,因此需要配合稻壳灰和洗衣粉使用。
稻壳灰主要成分是粒度超细的高活性游离态二氧化硅,在砌块生产中主要起降低砌块中的游离态氢氧根离子、使浆料和坯体中的固体结构不易水解,还起到在蒸压养护的较低温度下较快的和粉煤灰中的氧化铝反应从而提高莫来石结构形成率、提高300级别粉煤灰蒸压砌块抗压强度的作用,但是单纯添加稻壳灰一是分散性不好,二是容易降低料浆粘稠度,加太多会降低发泡过程稳定性。洗衣粉富含表面活性剂,具有亲水性、在水中分散性好、持续发泡且发泡稳定的性质,洗衣粉和胶粉、稻壳灰复合使用,可以使胶粉和稻壳灰均匀分散到粉煤灰料浆中,降低胶粉的用量同时提高稳泡的效果。
本发明对粉煤灰蒸压砌块的配方工艺进行了创新,技术核心在于复合改性添加剂的使用以及各种原料的添加比例,尤其是水料比85%的高加水量,成功制备出容重在300kg/

具体实施方式
下面对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例一
配方如下:粉煤灰61.37%,水泥10%,石灰20%,石膏3%,NaOH粉0.2%,Al粉膏0.18%,稻壳灰5%,胶粉0.2%,洗衣粉0.05%,水料比0.85。
本发明的超轻质粉煤灰蒸压砌块制备工艺,具体制备步骤如下:
按照本发明配方将38℃的水倒入搅拌筒,将粉煤灰、水泥、石膏三种粉料倒入搅拌筒搅拌4分钟,得到浆液。
按照配方将石灰和NaOH粉倒入浆液中,搅拌2.5分钟,得到料浆。
将预先混合均匀的胶粉、稻壳灰和洗衣粉倒入料浆中,同时倒入Al粉膏搅拌40秒,得到浆料。
将搅拌桶中的浆料倒入砌块模具中,在50℃的恒温环境中放置1小时,浆料在此过程中发泡、体积膨胀和固化。
将固化的砌块脱模,在常温常压环境中放置1小时,按照产品尺寸大小切割砌块。
将切割后的砌块置于蒸压釜中,蒸压釜压强从常压升高至1.3MPa的时间为2小时,并在190℃、1.3MPa压强条件下蒸压养护8小时。
蒸压釜降温、缓慢泄气2小时至常压,取出砌块。
实施例二
配方如下:粉煤灰60%,水泥12%,石灰18%,石膏5%,NaOH粉0.1%,Al粉膏0.2%,稻壳灰3%,胶粉0.3%,洗衣粉0.05%,水料比0.85。制备步骤与实施例一相同。
实施例三
配方如下:粉煤灰63%,水泥8%,石灰22%,石膏1%,NaOH粉0.3%,Al粉膏0.1%,稻壳灰7%,胶粉0.1%,洗衣粉0.1%,水料比0.85。制备步骤与实施例一相同。
本发明的优势在于大大降低了稻壳灰添加比例,从而使莫来石相的Al2O3和SiO2比例更合理。经实验,粉煤灰蒸压工艺条件下Al2O3和SiO2比例65%~70%最容易形成莫来石,粉煤灰中本身含有较多的SiO2,在蒸压工艺中稻壳灰适合起催化、诱导反应发生的作用,而不宜用来代替粉煤灰中原有的SiO2。
相比于其他的粉煤灰蒸压砌块工艺,本发明在采用85%水料比高含水率的基础上,采用稻壳灰和胶粉、洗衣粉复合添加的方式,有效提高了高含水量料浆的发泡稳定性、提高了粉煤灰蒸压砌块的前期强度,砌块在低于200℃的蒸压反应温度下莫来石相的形成率比同类产品提高20%。
上面仅对本发明的较佳实施例作了详细说明,但是本发明并不限于上述实施例,在本领域普通技术人员所具备的知识范围内,还可以在不脱离本发明宗旨的前提下作出各种变化,各种变化均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (6)

1.一种轻质粉煤灰蒸压砌块,其特征在于,配方由以下质量百分比的原料组成:粉煤灰60-63%、水泥8-12%、石灰18-22%、石膏1-5%、NaOH粉0.1-0.3%、Al粉膏0.1-0.2%、稻壳灰3-7%、胶粉0.1-0.3%、洗衣粉0.05-0.1%,水料比0.85。
2.一种轻质粉煤灰蒸压砌块,其特征在于,配方由以下质量百分比的原料组成:粉煤灰61.37%、水泥10%、石灰20%、石膏3%、NaOH粉0.2%、Al粉膏0.18%、稻壳灰5%、胶粉0.2%、洗衣粉0.05%,水料比0.85。
3.根据权利要求1所述轻质粉煤灰蒸压砌块的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1、按照配方比例进行备料;
S2、将水倒入搅拌筒,并加入粉煤灰、水泥、石膏三种粉料进行搅拌得到浆液;
S3、将石灰和NaOH粉倒入浆液中,继续进行搅拌得到料浆;
S4、将混合均匀的胶粉、稻壳灰和洗衣粉倒入料浆中,并倒入Al粉膏搅拌得到浆料;
S5、将搅拌桶中的浆料倒入砌块模具中固化,固化后进行脱模;
S6、将脱模后的砌块置于蒸压釜中进行蒸压养护,养护后取出砌块。
4.根据权利要求3所述轻质粉煤灰蒸压砌块的制备方法,其特征在于:所述S2中水温为38℃,搅拌时间为4分钟。
5.根据权利要求3所述轻质粉煤灰蒸压砌块的制备方法,其特征在于:所述S5中浆料倒入砌块模具中,在50℃的恒温环境中放置1小时,浆料在此过程中发泡、体积膨胀和固化。
6.根据权利要求3所述轻质粉煤灰蒸压砌块的制备方法,其特征在于:所述S6中蒸压养护是指:蒸压釜压强从常压升高至1.3MPa的时间为2小时,并在190℃、1.3MPa压强条件下蒸压养护8小时。
