本发明公开了一种轻质抗压屋顶环保型复合保温材料,由以下重量份数的成份组成:20‑30份水泥,5‑10份云母粉,0.1‑1份润湿剂,0.1‑2份分散剂,0.5‑4份增稠剂,5‑12份阻燃剂,5‑9份保温填料,10‑12份无机填料,1‑3份颜料,50‑60份水。本发明质量轻、强度高、导热系数小,抗压强度高,而且韧性较好,是一种较为理想的可用于屋顶的新型保温材料,可在工厂制成屋面保温板,以便于运输和施工,且破损率低。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种轻质抗压屋顶环保型复合保温材料。
背景技术
建筑物节能工作作为一项基本国策己日益受到各方面的重视。屋面是建筑物围护结构的一个重要组成部分,屋面的能耗损失达到围护结构总能耗的 9%'""""'10% ,且占顶层楼能耗的 40% 以上,因此屋面保温材料性能的优劣不可轻视。近年来,一些新型的屋面保温材料的研制成功缓解了屋面耗能的问题,如挤压或模压聚苯乙烯泡沫板、现浇硬质聚氨脂泡沫塑料等。但这类材料的缺点有二:一是抗压强度低,其 10%压缩后的强度仅达0.15:MPa ,不能直接承受上人屋面的冲击荷载,因而不宜用于上人屋面:二是成本较高,会增加屋面工程造价。而一些用废旧聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料制成的水泥聚苯板虽然成本低廉,但其抗压强度仍较低,为0.3:MPa ,也不能直接用于上人屋面。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种轻质抗压屋顶环保型复合保温材料。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种轻质抗压屋顶环保型复合保温材料,由以下重量份数的成份组成:20-30份水泥,5-10份云母粉,0.1-1份润湿剂,0.1-2份分散剂,0.5-4份增稠剂,5-12份阻燃剂,5-9份保温填料,10-12份无机填料,1-3份颜料,50-60份水。
所述保温填料包括木质纤维、硅藻土、开孔膨胀珍珠岩中的一种。
所述颜料为金红石型钛白粉、锐钛矿型钛白粉或立德粉中的任意一种或几种。
所述无机填料为云母粉、陶瓷粉、氢氧化铝、石英砂中的一种或几种。
本发明的有益效果是:质量轻、强度高、导热系数小,抗压强度高,而且韧性较好,是一种较为理想的可用于屋顶的新型保温材料,可在工厂制成屋面保温板,以便于运输和施工,且破损率低。

一种轻质抗压屋顶环保型复合保温材料,由以下重量份数的成份组成:20份水泥,5份云母粉,0.1份润湿剂,0.1份分散剂,0.5份增稠剂,5份阻燃剂,5份木质纤维,10份云母粉,1份金红石型钛白粉,50份水。

一种轻质抗压屋顶环保型复合保温材料,由以下重量份数的成份组成:30份水泥,10份云母粉,1份润湿剂,2份分散剂,4份增稠剂,12份阻燃剂,9份硅藻土,12份陶瓷粉,3份锐钛矿型钛白粉,60份水。

1.一种轻质抗压屋顶环保型复合保温材料,由以下重量份数的成份组成:20-30份水泥,5-10份云母粉,0.1-1份润湿剂,0.1-2份分散剂,0.5-4份增稠剂,5-12份阻燃剂,5-9份保温填料,10-12份无机填料,1-3份颜料,50-60份水。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种轻质抗压屋顶环保型复合保温材料,其特征在于:所述保温填料包括木质纤维、硅藻土、开孔膨胀珍珠岩中的一种。
