Abstract

本发明公开了一种安装在汽车方向盘中心的定向手机和导航支架，包括圆柱体铝合金外壳，圆形强磁片，塑料轴承，圆形塑胶底座，充电端口，配重铅块，正负极导电铜薄片，电源线端口，导电金属圆珠，引磁片等。在圆柱体铝合金外壳的边上镶嵌了一块起定向作用的配重铅块，能保证支架在行车过程中一直保持垂直向上的方向，在铝合金外壳配重铅块的对应边上设置了一个充电端口，增强了本发明的使用功能，极大的方便了汽车驾驶人，重要的是保证了驾驶人的行车安全。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种安装在汽车方向盘中心的定向手机和导航支架，属于手机配件领域。
背景技术
在当今市场上出现的各种各样的车载手机支架，它们的安装位置大多是安装在汽车空调出风口或者挡风玻璃以及汽车操控台等各种位置，由于安装位置和产品技术构造的不完善，未能最大限度的把汽车驾驶人的双手解放出来，影响了行车安全。
发明内容本发明提供了一种安装在汽车方向盘中心的定向手机和导航支架，其主要内容包括呈圆柱体状的铝合金外壳，圆形强磁片，塑料轴承，呈圆柱体的塑胶底座，充电端口，配重铅块，正负极导电铜薄片，电源线端口，导电金属圆珠，引磁片等。（引磁片是由可磁性的不锈钢圆薄片所做成，可以黏贴固定在手机或导航的背部中间位置，在这里就不再赘述了），在圆柱体铝合金外壳的边上镶嵌了一块起定向作用的配重铅块，能保证整个支架在行车过程中一直保持垂直向上的方向从而保证了手机或导航的垂直方向，保障了汽车驾驶人的驾驶心情和行车安全。在铝合金外壳内置的配重铅块的对应边上设置了一个充电端口，在行车过程中可以给手机或导航充电，增强了本发明的使用功能，极大的方便了汽车驾驶人。本发明的有益效果有：由于本发明所安装的位置是安装在汽车方向盘的最中心位置，和驾驶人头部的距离更接近，视觉上更正面更舒适，能最大限度的把驾驶人的双手乃至眼睛解放出来从而保证了行车的安全，本发明还设置了一块起到定向作用的铅块，能让整个手机支架永远保持垂直向上的作用，从而又保障了驾驶人的驾车心情；同时本发明还设置了充电端口，增强了本发明的使用功能，也避免了给手机或导航充电时电源线的乱拉乱搭现象，保证了驾驶人的行车安全。

具体实施方式；依照图2所示；一种安装在汽车方向盘中心的手机和导航支架，具体实施方式如下：在圆柱体铝合金外壳B的上端里面固定着圆形强磁片A, 在圆形强磁片A的底面中间位置固定着塑料轴承C的内环，(塑料轴承C的上端内环比外环高出1毫米)，在塑料轴承C的下端外环固定着圆柱体塑胶底座D, (塑料轴承C的下端外环比内环高出1毫米)。塑胶底座D的外直径比圆柱体铝外壳B的内径小1毫米，这样就能保证塑胶底座D能在铝外壳B的里面顺畅的360度转动。
根据图3所示，在铝外壳的边上镶嵌着一块配重铅块O,铅块O的作用就是能在手机或导航支架转动时候，能利用重力原理起到“不到翁”的作用，从而让整个支架始终保持垂直向上方向。
根据图3所示，在铝外壳配重铅块的对面设置了一个充电端口H ，充电端口H的里端设置了两颗导电金属圆珠G。
如图4所示，两颗导电金属圆珠G分别通过滚动方式接触圆柱体塑胶底座D上面设置的正极导电铜薄片E1和负极导电铜薄片E2，正极导电铜薄片E1和负极导电铜薄片E2是围绕圆柱体塑胶底座D的表面一圈360度凹槽镶嵌方式设置，采用凹槽镶嵌方式设置能让导电金属圆珠更好的与正负极两条导电铜薄片进行接触。正极导电铜薄片E1和负极导电铜薄片E2再通过电源端口F在塑胶底座D的底部引出，当在使用本发明时候再通过电源端口F与汽车方向盘上面的电源接通，就保障了设置在铝合金外壳上面的充电端口H的正常使用。
以上几点就是本发明的具体实施方式，在安装使用时可以通过强力双面胶或者其他方式，将本发明所述的塑胶底座D的底部一面固定在汽车方向盘的最中心位置，然后手机或者导航就可以通过背面的引磁片直接吸附在本发明所述的圆形强磁片A上面即可。

1.本发明提供了一种安装在汽车方向盘中心的定向手机和导航支架，其特征在于：其主要内容包括呈圆柱体状的铝合金外壳，圆形强磁片，塑料轴承，呈圆柱体的塑胶底座，充电端口，配重铅块，正负极导电铜薄片，电源线端口，导电金属圆珠，引磁片等。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种安装在汽车方向盘中心的定向手机和导航支架，其特征在于: 在圆柱体铝合金外壳B的上端里面固定着圆形强磁片A，在圆形强磁片A的底面中间位置固定着塑料轴承C的内环，(塑料轴承C的上端内环比外环高出1毫米)，在塑料轴承C的下端外环固定着圆柱体塑胶底座D, (塑料轴承C的下端外环比内环高出1毫米) 3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种安装在汽车方向盘中心的定向手机和导航支架， 其特征在于: 塑胶底座D的外直径比圆柱体铝外壳B的内径小1毫米，这样就能保证塑胶底座D能在铝外壳B的里面顺畅的360度转动。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种安装在汽车方向盘中心的定向手机和导航支架，其特征在于: 在铝外壳的边上镶嵌着一块配重铅块O,铅块O的作用就是能在手机或导航支架转动时候，能利用重力原理起到“不到翁”的作用，从而让整个支架始终保持垂直向上方向。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种安装在汽车方向盘中心的定向手机和导航支架，其特征在于: 在铝外壳配重铅块的对面设置了一个充电端口H ，充电端口H的里端设置了两颗导电金属圆珠G，两颗导电金属圆珠G分别通过滚动方式接触圆柱体塑胶底座D上面设置的正极导电铜薄片E1和负极导电铜薄片E2，正极导电铜薄片E1和负极导电铜薄片E2是围绕圆柱体塑胶底座D的表面一圈360度采用凹槽镶嵌方式设置。
5.正极导电铜薄片E1和负极导电铜薄片E2再通过电源端口F在塑胶底座D的底部引出，当在使用本发明时候再通过电源端口F与汽车方向盘上面的电源接通，就保障了设置在铝合金外壳上面的充电端口H的正常使用。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种安装在汽车方向盘中心的定向手机和导航支架，其特征在于: 本发明所述的铝合金外壳可以换作其他具有抗磁性的轻质且材质坚硬的金属或塑胶构成；本发明所述的塑料轴承可以采用其他具有抗磁性的轴承替换；本发明所述的塑胶底座可以换作其他具有抗磁性的轻质且材质坚硬的金属或塑胶构成；本发明所述的正负极导电铜薄片可以采用其他具有导电性能的金属片所成。
