本发明公开了一种改进的绝缘材料及其改进方法,包括绝缘材料主体,所述绝缘材料主体由阻燃层、导热层、二氧化硅层、玻璃纤维层、聚丙烯增强纤维层、环氧树脂层和绝缘材料基层组成,所述绝缘材料基层上表面设置有环氧树脂层,所述环氧树脂层上表面设置有聚丙烯增强纤维层,所述聚丙烯增强纤维层上表面设置有玻璃纤维层,所述玻璃纤维层上表面设置有二氧化硅层,所述二氧化硅层上表面设置有导热层,所述导热层上表面设置有阻燃层,本发明,通过设置环氧树脂层,环氧树脂绝缘材料本身具有优良的介电性能、抗腐蚀性能和稳定性能,且通过设置耐磨层,使其耐磨性能得到增强,且整体生产成本较低。

技术领域
本发明涉及绝缘材料技术领域,具体为一种改进的绝缘材料及其改进方法。
背景技术
近几年,电机的额定电压和装机容量不断增大,运行时所产生的损耗随之增加,产生出更多的热量,使得电机的温升增加,而高温是导致绝缘电气性能、机械性能下降及绝缘寿命缩短甚至失效的重要原因,因此,对绝缘材料的导热性能,提出了更高的要求,且随着电气设备不断向小型化、高可靠、高密度化方向发展,电气设备需要使用综合性能良好的绝缘材料,才能在恶劣环境及高负荷等情况下长期可靠运行,增加电气设备的使用寿命,且在强酸环境中使用,需要一种高抗腐蚀性的绝缘材料。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种改进的绝缘材料及其改进方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种改进的绝缘材料及其改进方法,包括绝缘材料主体,所述绝缘材料主体由阻燃层、导热层、二氧化硅层、玻璃纤维层、聚丙烯增强纤维层、环氧树脂层和绝缘材料基层组成,所述绝缘材料基层上表面设置有环氧树脂层,所述环氧树脂层上表面设置有聚丙烯增强纤维层,所述聚丙烯增强纤维层上表面设置有玻璃纤维层,所述玻璃纤维层上表面设置有二氧化硅层,所述二氧化硅层上表面设置有导热层,所述导热层上表面设置有阻燃层。
优选的,所述阻燃层上表面设置有抗静电层。
优选的,所述绝缘材料基层下表面设置有耐磨层。
优选的,所述玻璃纤维层、聚丙烯增强纤维层和环氧树脂层之间的比例为1∶1∶5。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明通过设置环氧树脂层,环氧树脂绝缘材料本身具有优良的介电性能、抗腐蚀性能和稳定性能,且通过设置耐磨层,使其耐磨性能得到增强,通过设置导热层,使其导热性能好,通过设置阻燃层,使其具有阻燃效果,且整体生产成本较低。

请参阅图1,本发明提供的一种实施例:一种改进的绝缘材料及其改进方法,包括绝缘材料主体1,绝缘材料主体1由阻燃层3、导热层4、二氧化硅层5、玻璃纤维层6、聚丙烯增强纤维层7、环氧树脂层8和绝缘材料基层9组成,绝缘材料基层9上表面设置有环氧树脂层8,环氧树脂层8上表面设置有聚丙烯增强纤维层7,聚丙烯增强纤维层7上表面设置有玻璃纤维层6,玻璃纤维层6上表面设置有二氧化硅层5,二氧化硅层5上表面设置有导热层4,导热层4上表面设置有阻燃层3,阻燃层3上表面设置有抗静电层2,绝缘材料基层9下表面设置有耐磨层10,玻璃纤维层6、聚丙烯增强纤维层7和环氧树脂层8之间的比例为1∶1∶5。
具体使用方式:本发明工作中,通过设置环氧树脂层8,环氧树脂绝缘材料本身具有优良的介电性能、抗腐蚀性能和稳定性能,且通过设置耐磨层10,使其耐磨性能得到增强,通过设置导热层4,使其导热性能好,通过设置阻燃层3,使其具有阻燃效果。

1.一种改进的绝缘材料及其改进方法,包括绝缘材料主体(1),其特征在于:所述绝缘材料主体(1)由阻燃层(3)、导热层(4)、二氧化硅层(5)、玻璃纤维层(6)、聚丙烯增强纤维层(7)、环氧树脂层(8)和绝缘材料基层(9)组成,所述绝缘材料基层(9)上表面设置有环氧树脂层(8),所述环氧树脂层(8)上表面设置有聚丙烯增强纤维层(7),所述聚丙烯增强纤维层(7)上表面设置有玻璃纤维层(6),所述玻璃纤维层(6)上表面设置有二氧化硅层(5),所述二氧化硅层(5)上表面设置有导热层(4),所述导热层(4)上表面设置有阻燃层(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种改进的绝缘材料及其改进方法,其特征在于:所述阻燃层(3)上表面设置有抗静电层(2)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种改进的绝缘材料及其改进方法,其特征在于:所述绝缘材料基层(9)下表面设置有耐磨层(10)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种改进的绝缘材料及其改进方法,其特征在于:所述玻璃纤维层(6)、聚丙烯增强纤维层(7)和环氧树脂层(8)之间的比例为1∶1∶5。
