激振式三维力内腔除锈机,振动平台的下面有固定支脚,振动平台与固定支脚之间用弹性支脚连接;振动平台的下面安装有分力支架,分力支架的分力斜面上安装有振动电机;振动平台的上面有腔体工件。分力支架的各个支脚为不等高脚,也就是振动平台与分力斜面X方向的夹角大于零度,振动平台与分力斜面Y方向的夹角大于零度。腔体工件要能自身封闭,或者用封盖封闭;腔体工件上面有压板,螺钉穿过压板上的孔,旋入振动平台上面的螺纹孔中,将腔体工件固定在振动平台上面。用一个动力设备,振动电机的振动力,由分力斜面传到振动平台上面被分解成Z、X、Y三个方向的力,从而抛动空腔内的磨料,达到为腔体工件的空腔除锈的目的。

技术领域
本发明涉金属表面的除锈,尤其是“激振式三维力内腔除锈机”,能对腔体工件的空腔内表面除锈。
背景技术
腔体工件的内表面除锈由于受到空间的限制,很多除锈工具无法进入空腔中使用,比如U型弯管的内表面除锈。中国专利申请号:200610047158.X《管道内表面振动除锈工艺及其装置》,所述装置包括机架、直流变速电机、横向工作台、纵向工作台,其特征在于还包括横向振动气缸、辅助电机、振动弹簧、偏心轮和专用夹具。将待处理管件内填装高硬度磨料粒子后,用专用夹具将其定位于上述工作台上;接通电源,调节直流变速电机转速、振动气缸压力以及振动弹簧长度分别控制振动频率、振幅取得设定值;启动开关,管件绕其自身轴线转动并随工作台做复合振动,管件内的磨粒产生惯性冲击力冲击管道内表面,从而达到振动除锈的目的。这项专利申请是解决腔内表面除锈的好方法,但是其设备用了三个动力设备有点太复杂了,有横向振动机构,有管件转动机构,有垂直振动机构。可以用更简单的机构,获得多个方向的振动力。
发明内容
为了进一步的完善除锈机系列,本发明提供一种激振式三维力内腔除锈机,力图通过简单的传动机构,达到多方向有振动力除锈的目的。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:激振式三维力内腔除锈机,其结构是:振动平台的下面有固定支脚,振动平台与固定支脚之间用弹性支脚连接;振动平台的下面安装有分力支架,分力支架的分力斜面上安装有振动电机;振动平台的上面有腔体工件。分力支架的各个支脚为不等高脚,也就是分力斜面的每个支脚的高度不相等,也就是振动平台与分力斜面X方向的夹角大于零度,振动平台与分力斜面Y方向的夹角大于零度。腔体工件要能自身封闭,或者用封盖封闭;腔体工件上面有压板,螺钉穿过压板上的孔,旋入振动平台上面的螺纹孔中,将腔体工件固定在振动平台上面。本文中的方向规定是,振动平台的上方为Z向,长边为X向,短边为Y向。振动平台上面有螺纹孔。
这里提到的振动电机及控制器有标准系列的产品,振动电机是动力源与振动源结合为一体的激振源,振动电机是在转子轴两端各安装一组可调偏心块,利用轴及偏心块高速旋转产生的离心力得到激振力。振动电机的激振力利用率高、能耗小、噪音低、寿命长。振动电机的激振力还可以无级调节。
激振式三维力内腔除锈机的工作方法,在腔体工件的空腔中装入磨料,封闭腔体工件并固定在振动平台上面;由于振动平台与分力斜面的夹角大于零度,使得振动电机振动力的方向与弹性支脚的Z向的支撑方向也形成夹角,从而振动电机的振动力,由分力斜面传到振动平台上面被分解成Z、X、Y三个方向的力;自由状态的弹性支脚所支撑的振动平台,带着腔体工件也随着在Z、X、Y三个方向振动,从而抛动空腔内的磨料,达到为腔体工件的空腔除锈的目的。
理论上讲,当振动电机给分力斜面一个垂直力,如果振动平台与分力斜面的夹角等于零度,则振动平台上的垂直力最大,水平力最小;如果振动平台与分力斜面的夹角等于九十度,则振动平台上的垂直力最小,水平力最大;如果振动平台与分力斜面的夹角等于四十五度,则振动平台上的垂直力等于水平力。
本发明的有益效果是,激振式三维力内腔除锈机,用一个动力设备,振动电机的振动力,由分力斜面传到振动平台上面被分解成Z、X、Y三个方向的力,对于一些空腔较复杂的腔体工件除锈,当常规的除锈工具不能进入时,可用激振式三维力内腔除锈机,不仅能为腔体工件的空腔除了锈,且内表面的质量也能得到提高。

腔体工件6要能自身封闭,或者用封盖7封闭;腔体工件6上面有压板8,螺钉穿过压板8上的孔,旋入振动平台1上面螺纹孔中,将腔体工件6固定在振动平台1上面。

激振式三维力内腔除锈机的工作方法,在腔体工件6的空腔中装入磨料,封闭腔体工件6并固定在振动平台1上面;由于振动平台1与分力斜面2.2的夹角大于零度,使得振动电机3振动力的方向与弹性支脚4的Z向的支撑方向也形成夹角,从而振动电机3的振动力,由分力斜面2.2传到振动平台1上面被分解成Z、X、Y三个方向的力;自由状态的弹性支脚4所支撑的振动平台1,带着腔体工件6也随着在Z、X、Y三个方向振动,从而抛动空腔内的磨料,达到为腔体工件6的空腔除锈的目的。
理论上讲,当振动电机3给分力斜面2.2一个垂直力,如果振动平台1与分力斜面2.2的夹角等于零度,则振动平台1上的垂直力最大,水平力最小;如果振动平台1与分力斜面2.2的夹角等于九十度,则振动平台1上的垂直力最小,水平力最大;如果振动平台1与分力斜面2.2的夹角等于四十五度,则振动平台1上的垂直力等于水平力。对于一些空腔较复杂的腔体工件6除锈,当常规的除锈工具不能进入时,可用激振式三维力内腔除锈机,不仅能为腔体工件6的空腔除了锈,且内表面的质量也能得到提高。

Claims (4)

1.激振式三维力内腔除锈机,其结构有振动平台,其特征是:振动平台的下面有固定支脚,振动平台与固定支脚之间用弹性支脚连接;振动平台的下面安装有分力支架,分力支架的分力斜面上安装有振动电机;振动平台的上面有腔体工件。
2.根据权利要求1所述的激振式三维力内腔除锈机,其特征是:分力支架的各个支脚为不等高脚,也就是分力斜面的每个支脚的高度不相等,也就是振动平台与分力斜面X方向的夹角大于零度,振动平台与分力斜面Y方向的夹角大于零度。
3.根据权利要求1所述的激振式三维力内腔除锈机,其特征是:腔体工件要能自身封闭,或者用封盖封闭;腔体工件上面有压板,螺钉穿过压板上的孔,旋入振动平台上面的螺纹孔中,将腔体工件固定在振动平台上面。
4.激振式三维力内腔除锈机的工作方法,其特征是:在腔体工件的空腔中装入磨料,封闭腔体工件并固定在振动平台上面;由于振动平台与分力斜面的夹角大于零度,使得振动电机振动力的方向与弹性支脚的Z向的支撑方向也形成夹角,从而振动电机的振动力,由分力斜面传到振动平台上面被分解成Z、X、Y三个方向的力;自由状态的弹性支脚所支撑的振动平台,带着腔体工件也随着在Z、X、Y三个方向振动,从而抛动空腔内的磨料,达到为腔体工件的空腔除锈的目的。
