本发明涉及一种触头盒的材料,具体是一种耐磨性能优异的触头盒,属于触头盒技术领域。
背景技术
开关柜的高压断路器与高压母线排及高压母线电缆间的连接是通过动、静触头的接插来实现。因此,开关柜中的触头成为此类开关柜正常运行的关键部位之一,而触头盒作为母线的绝缘和支撑,其质量的好坏将直接影响到整台开关柜的绝缘性能和安全运行的可靠性。然而,目前的触头盒为达到快速生产的效果,在使用过程中,容易损坏,影响了触头盒的使用寿命。
塑料合金是利用物理共混或化学接枝的方法而获得的高性能、功能化、专用化的一类新材料。塑料合金产品可广泛用于汽车、电子、精密仪器、办公设备、包装材料、建筑材料等领域。它能改善或提高现有塑料的性能并降低成本,已成为塑料工业中最为活跃的品种之一,增长十分迅速。我国塑料行业要认清形势,找准差距,抓住机遇,加大科技投入,加快发展塑料产业,努力赶上世界发展水平。
铜合金(copper alloy )以纯铜为基体加入一种或几种其他元素所构成的合金。纯铜呈紫红色,又称紫铜。纯铜密度为8.96,熔点为1083℃,具有优良的导电性,导热性,延展性和耐蚀性。主要用于制作发电机、母线、电缆、开关装置、变压器等电工器材和热交换器﹑管道﹑太阳能加热装置的平板集热器等导热器材。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对上述现有技术的不足,提供一种耐磨性能优异的触头盒。
本发明的技术方案是:一种耐磨性能优异的触头盒,其特征是,该触头盒包括内层的铜合金材料层以及包覆于铜合金材料层内、外表面的塑料合金层;所述塑料合金层包括以下重量份的各组份制备而成:PVC 40-60份、高密度聚乙烯粉20-30份、乙烯共聚物弹性体10-15份、石蜡1-5份、硬脂酸锌1-5份、纳米碳酸钙10-18份、阻燃剂1-2份、抗静电剂1-2份、耐老化剂1-3份、抗氧化剂1-3份、耐磨剂1-3份、光稳定剂1-2份;所述铜合金材料层包括以下重量份的各组份制备而成:铜20-30份、铁5-15份、碳0.25-0.5份、铬13-23份、钨1.1-2.1份、钛0.3-1.5份、锰3-6份、硼0.12-2.1份、磷0.01-0.03份、金属氧化物5-10份。
所述抗静电剂为双(2- 羟乙基)辛基甲基双对甲苯磺酸铵、聚环氧乙烷、聚醚酯酰胺、聚醚酯酰亚胺、硬脂酸单甘酯、纳米级掺锑氧化锡中的一种。
所述金属氧化物为铜钼镍合金。
所述光稳定剂为光稳定剂GW-944Z和GW-622的复配物。
聚氯乙烯,英文简称PVC(Polyvinyl chloride),是氯乙烯单体(vinyl chloridemonomer, 简称VCM)在过氧化物、偶氮化合物等引发剂;或在光、热作用下按自由基聚合反应机理聚合而成的聚合物。氯乙烯均聚物和氯乙烯共聚物统称之为氯乙烯树脂。
PVC为无定形结构的白色粉末,支化度较小,相对密度1.4左右,玻璃化温度77~90℃,170℃左右开始分解,对光和热的稳定性差,在100℃以上或经长时间阳光曝晒,就会分解而产生氯化氢,并进一步自动催化分解,引起变色,物理机械性能也迅速下降,在实际应用中必须加入稳定剂以提高对热和光的稳定性。
工业生产的PVC分子量一般在5万~11万范围内,具有较大的多分散性,分子量随聚合温度的降低而增加;无固定熔点,80~85℃开始软化,130℃变为粘弹态,160~180℃开始转变为粘流态;有较好的机械性能,抗张强度60MPa左右,冲击强度5~10kJ/m2;有优异的介电性能。
本发明制得的触头盒,结构简单合理,生产制造容易,工艺新颖独特,具有较好的耐磨性能,防腐蚀,硬度好,抗压能力强,不易磨损,使用寿命大大提高,具有广阔的市场空间。

一种耐磨性能优异的触头盒,该触头盒包括内层的铜合金材料层以及包覆于铜合金材料层内、外表面的塑料合金层;所述塑料合金层包括以下重量份的各组份制备而成:PVC 40-60份、高密度聚乙烯粉20-30份、乙烯共聚物弹性体10-15份、石蜡1-5份、硬脂酸锌1-5份、纳米碳酸钙10-18份、阻燃剂1-2份、抗静电剂1-2份、耐老化剂1-3份、抗氧化剂1-3份、耐磨剂1-3份、光稳定剂1-2份;所述铜合金材料层包括以下重量份的各组份制备而成:铜20-30份、铁5-15份、碳0.25-0.5份、铬13-23份、钨1.1-2.1份、钛0.3-1.5份、锰3-6份、硼0.12-2.1份、磷0.01-0.03份、金属氧化物5-10份。
抗静电剂为双(2- 羟乙基)辛基甲基双对甲苯磺酸铵、聚环氧乙烷、聚醚酯酰胺、聚醚酯酰亚胺、硬脂酸单甘酯、纳米级掺锑氧化锡中的一种。
金属氧化物为铜钼镍合金,光稳定剂为光稳定剂GW-944Z和GW-622的复配物。

1. 一种耐磨性能优异的触头盒,其特征是,该触头盒包括内层的铜合金材料层以及包覆于铜合金材料层内、外表面的塑料合金层;所述塑料合金层包括以下重量份的各组份制备而成:PVC 40-60份、高密度聚乙烯粉20-30份、乙烯共聚物弹性体10-15份、石蜡1-5份、硬脂酸锌1-5份、纳米碳酸钙10-18份、阻燃剂1-2份、抗静电剂1-2份、耐老化剂1-3份、抗氧化剂1-3份、耐磨剂1-3份、光稳定剂1-2份;所述铜合金材料层包括以下重量份的各组份制备而成:铜20-30份、铁5-15份、碳0.25-0.5份、铬13-23份、钨1.1-2.1份、钛0.3-1.5份、锰3-6份、硼0.12-2.1份、磷0.01-0.03份、金属氧化物5-10份。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种耐磨性能优异的触头盒,其特征是,所述抗静电剂为双(2- 羟乙基)辛基甲基双对甲苯磺酸铵、聚环氧乙烷、聚醚酯酰胺、聚醚酯酰亚胺、硬脂酸单甘酯、纳米级掺锑氧化锡中的一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐磨性能优异的触头盒,其特征是,所述金属氧化物为铜钼镍合金。
