本发明公开一种用于汽车空调冷凝器的冷凝装置,包括冷凝管,还包括散热片,所述冷凝管分为冷凝腔、循环水腔内外两个腔体,冷凝腔包裹在循环水腔外侧;冷凝腔两端封闭,外壁上一端设有出液口,另一端设有进气口;循环水腔为通管结构,一端设有进水口,另一端设有出水口;冷凝管外壁上均布有散热片。该用于汽车空调冷凝器的冷凝装置,有利于改善冷凝器的制冷效果,散热快、散热均匀的特点。

一种用于汽车空调冷凝器的冷凝装置
技术领域
本发明涉及汽车空调冷凝器技术领域,尤其涉及一种用于汽车空调冷凝器的冷凝装置。
背景技术
汽车空调制冷系统中的冷凝器是一种由管子与散热片组合起来的热交换器。其作用是:将压缩机排出的高温、高压制冷剂蒸气进行冷却,使其凝结为高压制冷剂液体。冷凝器的管片材料最早是全铜的,现在大部分是全铝的,少量有采用铜管铝片的(主要用于大客车空调器,美国少数轿车上仍保留铜管铝片形式)。
汽车空调系统冷凝器均采用风冷式结构,其冷凝原理是:让外界空气强制通过冷凝器的散热片,将高温的制冷剂蒸气的热量带走,使之成为液态制冷剂。制冷剂蒸气所放出的热量,被周围空气带走,排到大气中。冷凝器的冷却效果是空调的制冷效果的关键,制冷效果不良是汽车空调的常见故障,此故障有相当一部分是由于冷凝器散热不良所造成的。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供一种用于汽车空调冷凝器的冷凝装置,具有改善冷凝器的制冷效果,散热快、散热均匀,节约冷却介质的特点,冷凝管内部设有冷凝腔和循环水腔内外双层腔体的设置,冷凝腔体积小于常规冷凝管内冷凝腔的,节约冷却介质,循环水腔的设置又可以提高散热性能。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种用于汽车空调冷凝器的冷凝装置,包括冷凝管,还包括散热片,所述冷凝管分为冷凝腔、循环水腔内外两个腔体,冷凝腔包裹在循环水腔外侧;冷凝腔两端封闭,外壁上一端设有出液口,另一端设有进气口;循环水腔为通管结构,一端设有进水口,另一端设有出水口;冷凝管外壁上均布有散热片。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述冷凝管缠绕成两层以上,上下两相邻层重叠堆砌布置;有效地节省了冷凝管布置的空间。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述冷凝腔的进气口位于整个冷凝管的上端,冷却介质从上往下流转;能有效降低冷却介质在冷凝管内的运行速度,增强散热效果。
作为本发明的进一步改进,其特征在于,所述循环水腔的进水口位于整个冷凝管的下端,循环水从下往上流转;能有效降低循环水在冷凝管内的运行速度,增强散热效果。
本发明一种用于汽车空调冷凝器的冷凝装置的优点:
1)有利于改善冷凝器的制冷效果,散热快、散热均匀的特点。
2)冷却介质自上而下流动,循环水自下而上流动,逆向错流的运动方式,增强散热效果。
3)多层冷凝管,层与层之间相互重叠堆砌布置,有效地节省了冷凝管布置的空间。

下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
请参照图1和图2,本具体实施例提供一种用于汽车空调冷凝器的冷凝装置,包括冷凝管,还包括散热片,所述冷凝管分为冷凝腔、循环水腔内外两个腔体,冷凝腔包裹在循环水腔外侧;冷凝腔两端封闭,外壁上一端设有出液口,另一端设有进气口;循环水腔为通管结构,一端设有进水口,另一端设有出水口;冷凝管外壁上均布有散热片。
冷凝管缠绕成两层以上,上下两相邻层重叠堆砌布置;有效地节省了冷凝管布置的空间。
冷凝腔的进气口位于整个冷凝管的上端,冷却介质从上往下流转;能有效降低冷却介质在冷凝管内的运行速度,增强散热效果。
循环水腔的进水口位于整个冷凝管的下端,循环水从下往上流转;能有效降低循环水在冷凝管内的运行速度,增强散热效果。

1.一种用于汽车空调冷凝器的冷凝装置,包括冷凝管,其特征在于,还包括散热片,所述冷凝管分为冷凝腔、循环水腔内外两个腔体,冷凝腔包裹在循环水腔外侧;冷凝腔两端封闭,外壁上一端设有出液口,另一端设有进气口;循环水腔为通管结构,一端设有进水口,另一端设有出水口;冷凝管外壁上均布有散热片。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于汽车空调冷凝器的冷凝装置,其特征在于,所述冷凝管缠绕成两层以上,上下两相邻层重叠堆砌布置。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于汽车空调冷凝器的冷凝装置,其特征在于,所述冷凝腔的进气口位于整个冷凝管的上端,冷却介质从上往下流转。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于汽车空调冷凝器的冷凝装置,其特征在于,所述循环水腔的进水口位于整个冷凝管的下端,循环水从下往上流转。
