本发明公开一种用于汽车空调的冷凝装置,采用S形弯曲冷凝管,并设有自带进水通道和出水通道的散热水管,能快速冷却冷凝管内散发的热量,加快冷凝通道内的高温冷却介质的冷却速度,从而提高汽车空调制冷效果。该用于汽车空调的冷凝装置,包括冷凝管、散热片,还包括散热水管,所述冷凝管采用扁管结构,呈S形弯曲布置,冷凝管内部设有冷凝通道;散热水管采用波浪形结构,安装在S形冷凝管的弯道内侧,散热水管内部设有进水通道与出水通道,进水通道与出水通道在位于散热水管尾端处相通;散热片固定在冷凝管上,置于散热水管内侧且未与散热水管外壁接触。

一种用于汽车空调的冷凝装置
技术领域
本发明涉及汽车空调冷凝器技术领域,尤其涉及一种用于汽车空调的冷凝装置。
背景技术
汽车空调制冷系统中的冷凝器是一种由管子与散热片组合起来的热交换器。其作用是:将压缩机排出的高温、高压冷却介质蒸气进行冷却,使其凝结为高压冷却介质液体。冷凝器的管片材料最早是全铜的,现在大部分是全铝的,少量有采用铜管铝片的(主要用于大客车空调器,美国少数轿车上仍保留铜管铝片形式)。
汽车空调系统冷凝器均采用风冷式结构,其冷凝原理是:让外界空气强制通过冷凝器的散热片,将高温的冷却介质蒸气的热量带走,使之成为液态冷却介质。冷却介质蒸气所放出的热量,被周围空气带走,排到大气中。冷凝器的冷却效果是空调的制冷效果的关键,制冷效果不良是汽车空调的常见故障,此故障有相当一部分是由于冷凝器散热不良所造成的。
发明内容
为了克服上述问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种用于汽车空调的冷凝装置,采用S形弯曲冷凝管,并设有自带进水通道和出水通道的散热水管,能快速冷却冷凝管内散发的热量,加快冷凝通道内的高温冷却介质的冷却速度,从而提高汽车空调制冷效果。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种用于汽车空调的冷凝装置,包括冷凝管、散热片,还包括散热水管,所述冷凝管采用扁管结构,呈S形弯曲布置,冷凝管内部设有冷凝通道;散热水管采用波浪形结构,安装在S形冷凝管的弯道内侧,散热水管内部设有进水通道与出水通道,进水通道与出水通道在位于散热水管尾端处相通;散热片固定在冷凝管上,置于散热水管内侧且未与散热水管外壁接触。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述冷凝通道采用细长椭圆形结构,既使冷却介质能够散热均匀,又有利于冷却介质的迅速流通。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述冷凝通道采用锥形变径通道结构,入口直径大出口直径小;这种结构使冷凝器的有效容积得到最合理利用,且冷却介质的流动和热量交换方式更为科学。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述散热片上均匀布置有百叶窗;有效增大了散热的面积,加快了热量的散失。
本发明用于汽车空调的自带外循环水强冷的冷凝器的优点:1)采用S形弯曲冷凝管,并设有自带进水通道和出水通道的散热水管,能快速冷却冷凝管内散发的热量,加快冷凝通道内的高温冷却介质的冷却速度,从而提高汽车空调制冷效果。
2)冷凝通道的横截面为椭圆形,既使冷却介质能够散热均匀,又有利于冷却介质的迅速流通,且充分利用冷凝器的有效容积,冷却介质的流动和热量交换方式科学合理。
3)散热片固定在冷凝管上,置于散热水管内侧且未与散热水管外壁接触,增大了散热的面积,加快了热量的散失,从而提高制冷效果。

请参照图1,本具体实施例的一种用于汽车空调的冷凝装置,包括冷凝管、散热片,还包括散热水管,所述冷凝管采用扁管结构,呈S形弯曲布置,冷凝管内部设有冷凝通道;散热水管采用波浪形结构,安装在S形冷凝管的弯道内侧,散热水管内部设有进水通道与出水通道,进水通道与出水通道在位于散热水管尾端处相通;散热片固定在冷凝管上,置于散热水管内侧且未与散热水管外壁接触。

散热片上均匀布置有百叶窗;有效增大了散热的面积,加快了热量的散失。

1.一种用于汽车空调的冷凝装置,包括冷凝管、散热片,其特征在于,还包括散热水管,所述冷凝管采用扁管结构,呈S形弯曲布置,冷凝管内部设有冷凝通道;散热水管采用波浪形结构,安装在S形冷凝管的弯道内侧,散热水管内部设有进水通道与出水通道,进水通道与出水通道在位于散热水管尾端处相通;散热片固定在冷凝管上,置于散热水管内侧且未与散热水管外壁接触。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于汽车空调的冷凝装置,其特征在于,所述冷凝通道采用细长椭圆形结构。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于汽车空调的冷凝装置,其特征在于,所述冷凝通道采用锥形变径通道结构,入口直径大出口直径小;这种结构使冷凝器的有效容积得到最合理利用,且冷却介质的流动和换热情况更加合理。
