本发明公开了一种齿轮式机油润滑泵,包括两套润滑泵转子、主传动轴和两个曲轴传动连接盒,其特征在于:所述两个曲轴传动连接盒在同一水平面上布置成左右两个曲轴传动连接盒,所述主传动轴的一端从左曲轴传动连接盒穿过后,穿插在右曲轴传动连接盒中,两套润滑泵转子分别设在两个曲轴传动连接盒内,并通过固定钢销固定在所述主传动轴上;所述主传动轴的另一端设有传动齿轮,传动齿轮通过固定钢销固定在所述主传动轴上。由于采用上述的结构形式,由传统的上下分布曲轴传动连接盒,改变为左右水平分布的方式,从而减小了机油泵的体积,具有结构合理、占用空间小的特点。

本发明涉及一种泵,具体涉及一种机油润滑泵。
背景技术 柴油机多采用分腔式润滑系统,一般设有两个油路,因此,与其配套的机油泵必须设置两套润滑泵转子,由于现有机油泵的两套润滑泵转子中,一个润滑泵转子在上面,另一个润滑泵转子在下面,从而导致机油循环泵的体积过大,故机油循环泵的结构不紧凑,占用空间过大。
发明内容
为了克服上述之不足,本发明目的在于提供一种结构合理、占用空间小的齿轮式机油润滑泵。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
齿轮式机油润滑泵,包括两套润滑泵转子、主传动轴和两个曲轴传动连接盒,其特征在于:所述两个曲轴传动连接盒在同一水平面上布置成左右两个曲轴传动连接盒,所述主传动轴的一端从左曲轴传动连接盒穿过后,穿插在右曲轴传动连接盒中,两套润滑泵转子分别设在两个曲轴传动连接盒内,并通过固定钢销固定在所述主传动轴上;所述主传动轴的另一端设有传动齿轮,传动齿轮通过固定钢销固定在所述主传动轴上。
本发明的有益效果:由于采用上述的结构形式,由传统的上下分布曲轴传动连接盒,改变为左右水平分布的方式,从而减小了机油泵的体积,具有结构合理、占用空间小的特点。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,齿轮式机油润滑泵,包括两套润滑泵转子1、主传动轴2和两个曲轴传动连接盒,所述两个曲轴传动连接盒在同一水平面上布置成左右两个曲轴传动连接盒,所述主传动轴2的一端从左曲轴3箱穿过后,穿插在右曲轴传动连接盒4中,两套润滑泵转子1分别设在两个曲轴传动连接盒内,并通过固定钢销5固定在所述主传动轴2上。所述主传动轴2的另一端设有传动齿轮6,传动齿轮6通过固定钢销固定在所述主传动轴2上。
工作原理:柴油机工作时,机油泵的传动齿轮驱动主传动轴转动,主传动轴上连接的两套机油泵润滑泵转子便会在转动过程中完成泵油,从而形成两组不同的油路。
