Further preferably, as shown in fig. 2 to 4, for the decoration section 23 with the above-mentioned primary bending structure, the above-mentioned second sealing strip mounting portion 27 is preferably disposed at the bending position, so as to have a better sealing and hiding effect, and the decoration section 23 is connected with the main frame body through the sealing strip 81, so that a force transmission effect can be generated between the decoration section 23 and the main frame body to a certain extent, so that the acting force received by the decoration section 23/the bottom plate 2 is transmitted to the main frame body (the interaction force transmission effect between the mounting section 21 and the secondary frame body is matched), and the stress performance of the bottom plate 2 for curtain wall is ensured.

the two curtain wall plates 6 are respectively embedded in the upper embedding groove and the lower embedding groove, so that the two curtain wall plates 6 are connected into a whole through the connecting component and are arranged on the corresponding cross beam 5.
Further, the connection gap between the bottom end of the upper curtain wall plate 6 and the connection assembly and the connection gap between the top end of the lower curtain wall plate 6 and the connection assembly can be filled with sealant 82 to ensure the tightness of the curtain wall. As one of the preferred embodiments, an insulating spacer 9 is provided between the mounting section 21 and the cross beam 5 to separate the two different metal materials of the base plate 2 and the cross beam 5 from electrochemical corrosion. An insulating gasket 9 is arranged between the connecting plate 121 and the cross beam 5 so as to separate two different metal materials of the pressing block 1 and the cross beam 5 and avoid electrochemical corrosion between the two materials; for the structure that the support 12 wraps the cross beam 5, the insulating gasket 9 can be correspondingly arranged between the end plate 122 and the cross beam 5, namely, the insulating gasket 9 wrapping the corresponding position of the cross beam 5 can be adopted. Because the bottom plate 2 and the pressing block 1 are fixedly arranged on the cross beam 5, the insulating gasket 9 can be completely coated on the cross beam 5.
As a preferred embodiment of the transverse node structure of the curtain wall provided in this embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the beam 5 includes a main beam 51 sandwiched between two adjacent uprights 4, and a sub beam 52 connected to the main beam 51 and located between the main beam 51 and the curtain wall panel 6, where both the connection plates 121 are fixedly connected to the sub beam 52. The main beam 51 and the secondary beam 52 are connected together to form a combined cross section, so that the deformation resistance of the beam 5 can be improved, and a larger span (namely the distance between two adjacent upright posts 4) can be adapted. Further, the height dimension of the main beam 51 is larger than that of the sub beam 52, the upper end of the main beam 51 is located above the upper end of the sub beam 52, and the lower end of the main beam 51 is located below the lower end of the sub beam 52; the sealing rubber strips 81 are respectively clamped between the upper decorative section 23 and the upper part of the main beam 51 and between the lower decorative section 23 and the lower part of the main beam 51, so that electrochemical corrosion between two different metal materials of the bottom plate 2 and the beam 5 can be avoided, and meanwhile, a good waterproof effect can be achieved.
In this embodiment, the curtain wall panel 6 is preferably a glass wall panel 6, and more preferably a double glass wall panel 6.
Example five
Referring to fig. 4, an embodiment of the present invention provides a vertical node structure of a curtain wall, including a column 4 and two curtain wall plates 6 arranged on the left and right sides of the column 4, wherein two curtain wall plates 6 are mounted on the column 4 through a connection assembly, and the connection assembly is preferably a reinforced connection assembly for a curtain wall according to the third embodiment, wherein:
the two connecting plates 121 of the pressing block 1 are respectively fixedly connected to the left side surface and the right side surface of the upright post 4 through first threaded fasteners 71;
the mounting sections 21 of the two bottom plates 2 are respectively fixedly connected to the left side surface and the right side surface of the upright post 4 through second threaded fasteners 72;
the two curtain wall plates 6 are respectively embedded in the left caulking groove and the right caulking groove, so that the two curtain wall plates 6 are connected into a whole through the connecting component and are arranged on the upright post 4.
Further, the connection gap between the right end of the left side curtain wall plate 6 and the connection assembly and the connection gap between the left end of the right side curtain wall plate 6 and the connection assembly can be filled by the sealant 82, so as to ensure the tightness of the curtain wall. The pad portion 112 and the heat insulation chamber 14 may be sandwiched between the two adjacent wall panels 6 according to the actual installation situation.
As one of the preferred embodiments, an insulating spacer 9 is provided between the mounting section 21 and the upright 4 to separate the base plate 2 from the upright 4 of two different metal materials and avoid electrochemical corrosion therebetween. An insulating gasket 9 is arranged between the connecting plate 121 and the upright post 4 so as to separate the two different metal materials of the pressing block 1 and the upright post 4 and avoid electrochemical corrosion between the two materials; for the structure that the support 12 wraps the upright post 4, the insulating gasket 9 can be correspondingly arranged between the end plate 122 and the upright post 4, namely, the insulating gasket 9 wrapping the corresponding position of the upright post 4 can be adopted. Because the bottom plate 2 and the pressing block 1 are fixedly arranged on the upright post 4, the insulating gasket 9 can be completely coated on the upright post 4.
As a preferred embodiment of the vertical node structure of the curtain wall provided in this embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the upright 4 includes a main upright 41 and a secondary upright 42 connected to the main upright 41 and located between the main upright 41 and the curtain wall panel 6, and both the connection plates 121 are fixedly connected to the secondary upright 42. The main upright 41 and the secondary upright 42 are connected together to form a combined section, so that the deformation resistance of the upright 4 can be improved, and a larger span can be adapted. Further, the transverse dimension of the main upright 41 is greater than that of the secondary upright 42, the left end of the main upright 41 is positioned at the left side of the left end of the secondary upright 42, and the right end of the main upright 41 is positioned at the right side of the right end of the secondary upright 42; the sealing rubber strips 81 are respectively clamped between the left decorative section 23 and the left end part of the main upright 41 and between the right decorative section 23 and the right end part of the main upright 41, so that electrochemical corrosion between two different metal materials of the bottom plate 2 and the upright 4 can be avoided, and meanwhile, a good waterproof effect can be achieved.
In this embodiment, the curtain wall panel 6 is preferably a glass wall panel 6, and more preferably a double glass wall panel 6.
Example six
The embodiment of the invention provides a full-exposed frame glass curtain wall, which comprises a supporting framework formed by assembling a plurality of longitudinal framework members 4 and a plurality of transverse framework members 5 and a plurality of glass wallboards 6 arranged on the supporting framework, wherein every two adjacent glass wallboards 6 are connected to the framework members between the two glass wallboards 6 through a group of connecting components. Wherein, each connecting component is preferably a reinforced connecting component for curtain wall provided by the third embodiment, and more specifically:
two glass wallboards 6 which are arranged vertically adjacently are connected and mounted on a beam 5 through a group of connecting components to form a transverse node, and each transverse node structure is preferably the transverse node structure of the curtain wall provided by the fourth embodiment;
two glass wallboards 6 which are arranged adjacently in each transverse direction are connected and mounted on one upright post 4 through a group of connecting assemblies to form a vertical node, and each vertical node structure is preferably the vertical node structure of the curtain wall provided by the fifth embodiment;
for peripherally located glass wall panels 6, one side is free of adjacently disposed glass wall panels 6, but that side is still connected to the corresponding curtain wall support frame member by a set of connection assemblies, the structure of which can be varied accordingly, including omitting a floor panel 2 and a trim cover panel 3, etc., as will be readily apparent to those skilled in the art.
The glass wallboards 6 are connected into a whole through the connecting components, and the glass wallboards 6 are arranged on the supporting framework, so that the formed full-exposed frame glass curtain wall has very high stability when impacted by wind.
