Further preferably, the detachable connection structure is provided between the bottom plate 2-1 for curtain wall and the decorative strip cover plate 3, that is, the first cover plate connection portion 25 and the second cover plate connection portion 26 are both corresponding detachable connection portions. The detachable connection mode can be a common detachable connection structure such as screw connection, clamping connection, magnetic attraction and the like; in this embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the first cover connecting portion 25 and the second cover connecting portion 26 are both snap-fit connection portions. The decorative strip cover plate 3 and the bottom plate 2-1 are in a clamping structure, so that the decorative strip cover plate is convenient to assemble and disassemble and has good sealing performance; in addition, since all the components of the bottom plate 2-1 for curtain wall provided by the embodiment are located indoors, the assembly and disassembly work of the decorative strip cover plate 3 and the bottom plate 2-1 can be completed indoors, no additional auxiliary measures are needed, and the working efficiency and the safety can be effectively improved. The first cover plate connecting portion 25 and the second cover plate connecting portion 26 are preferably disposed opposite to each other, so as to facilitate the assembly and disassembly operations between the bottom plate 2-1 and the decorative strip cover plate 3; for the above two-stage or more step-shaped package section 22, the second cover plate connecting portion 26 may be disposed on the first stage step surface, as shown in fig. 2, where the second cover plate connecting portion 26 is formed at the connection position of the second L-shaped plate 222 and the first L-shaped plate 221, so that the step corner and the decorative strip cover plate 3 have a supporting and limiting function, and under the condition that the decorative strip cover plate 3, the package section 22 and the decorative section 23 are connected into an integral structure, the package section 22 and the decorative section 23 have a certain cooperative stress performance, so that the structural strength of the bottom plate 2-1 for the curtain wall is ensured, and the connection structure of the bottom plate 2-1 and the cover plate 3 has a better concealment.
Further optimizing the structure of the bottom plate 2-1 for curtain wall, as shown in fig. 2, the packaging section 22 includes a first plate body (already shown and not labeled) vertically abutted with the mounting section 21 and a second plate body 2220 parallel to the plate surface of the mounting section 21 (i.e., a second plate body 2220 vertically abutted with the curtain wall plate 6), the second plate body 2220 is connected with the first plate body (for one bending, the second plate body 2220 is directly connected with the first plate body, for two or more bending, the second plate body 2220 is indirectly connected with the first plate body), and is located on one side of the first plate body away from the mounting section 21, and the second plate body 2220 extends to a side close to the mounting section 21 to form a sealing bump 2221 for being abutted with the decorative strip cover plate 3, and the extending direction is parallel to the plate surface of the second plate body 2220. The sealing lug 2221 can be used for plugging the gap formed by connecting the packaging section 22 and the cover plate 3, so as to ensure the sealing performance requirement of the curtain wall system; moreover, the corresponding edges of the second plate 2220 and the decorative strip cover plate 3 may be in a smooth splicing structure, so as to ensure the aesthetic degree.
Further optimizing the structure of the bottom plate 2-1 for curtain wall, as shown in fig. 2, from one end of the decoration section 23 connected with the installation section 21 to the other end thereof, the decoration section 23 is bent at least once to form a step-shaped plate body; likewise, the folded decorative section 23 can effectively enhance its own strength, improve its stress performance, and ensure the engineering application effect of the curtain wall bottom plate 2-1 provided in this embodiment. In order to avoid the influence of the exposed bending part of the decoration section 23 on the overall aesthetic degree, in the present embodiment, the decoration section 23 is bent once under the condition of ensuring the structural strength of the bottom plate 2-1; the side plate body of the decorative section 23 for connecting with the decorative strip cover plate 3, the plate body for abutting with the mounting section 21 and the mounting section 21 are sequentially arranged, namely, the side plate body for connecting with the decorative strip cover plate 3 is positioned at one side of the plate body for abutting with the mounting section 21, which is far away from the mounting section 21.
Further preferably, as shown in fig. 2, the decorative section 23 is further provided with a second sealing strip mounting portion 27, and the second sealing strip mounting portion 27 is located at one end of the decorative section 23 near the mounting section 21 and is located on a side plate surface of the decorative section 23 far from the mounting section 21. The ornamental segment 23 of the above structure is suitable for the case where the curtain wall supporting skeleton member adopts a combined section, specifically:
as shown in fig. 4 to 7, the curtain wall supporting skeleton member includes a main frame body and a sub frame body, the sub frame body is connected to the main frame body and is located between the main frame body and the adjacent curtain wall plate 6; along the arrangement direction (horizontal arrangement or vertical arrangement) of the two corresponding curtain wall boards 6, the length dimension of the main frame body is larger than that of the secondary frame body, and two ends of the main frame body are respectively positioned at two sides of the secondary frame body. The two side surfaces of the secondary frame body are respectively connected with the bottom plate 2-1, wherein the plate surface of the mounting section 21 is bonded with the corresponding side surface of the secondary frame body and is fixedly connected with the corresponding side end part of the primary frame body protruding out of the secondary frame body through the second threaded fastener 72, and the second sealing strip mounting part 27 is preferably opposite to the corresponding side end part of the primary frame body, so that the sealing strip 81 can be clamped between the two sealing strip mounting parts, electrochemical corrosion between the bottom plate 2-1 and two different metal materials of the curtain wall supporting framework member can be avoided, and meanwhile, a good waterproof effect can be achieved.
Further preferably, as shown in fig. 2 and fig. 4-7, for the decorative segment 23 with the above-mentioned primary bending structure, the above-mentioned second sealing strip mounting portion 27 is preferably disposed at the bending position, so as to have a better sealing and hiding effect, and the decorative segment 23 is connected with the main frame body through the sealing strip 81, so that a force transmission effect can be generated between the decorative segment 23 and the main frame body to a certain extent, and a force applied to the decorative segment 23/the bottom plate 2-1 can be transmitted to the main frame body (an interaction force transmission effect between the mating mounting segment 21 and the secondary frame body), so as to ensure the stress performance of the bottom plate 2-1 for the curtain wall.
In addition, the abutting end of the packaging section 22, which is used for abutting against the curtain wall plate 6, is provided with a third sealing strip mounting part 24, and a sealing strip 81 is clamped between the curtain wall plate 6 and the bottom plate 2-1, so that on one hand, the indoor side of the curtain wall plate 6 is supported and limited, and larger friction between two different materials of the pressing plate 11 and the curtain wall plate 6 can be avoided; on the other hand, the sealing effect is good, so that the air tightness and the water tightness of the curtain wall are ensured.
Preferably, the second weather strip mounting portion 27 and the third weather strip mounting portion 24 may each have a bayonet structure.
Example III
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, an embodiment of the present invention provides a reinforced connection assembly for a curtain wall, which is used for connecting two adjacent curtain wall panels 6 in the curtain wall, and includes a pressing block 1 and two bottom plates 2, wherein the pressing block 1 is preferably the pressing block 1 for the curtain wall provided in the first embodiment, the two bottom plates 2 are preferably the bottom plates 2-1 for the curtain wall provided in the second embodiment, and specific structures of the pressing block 1 and the bottom plates 2-1 are not described herein.
The pressing plates 11 of the pressing blocks 1 are pressed against the outer surfaces of the two adjacent curtain wall plates 6, the mounting section 21 of each bottom plate 2 is fixedly connected with the corresponding side surface of the corresponding curtain wall supporting framework component, the packaging sections 22 are abutted against the inner surfaces of the curtain wall plates 6 on the corresponding sides, embedding grooves for accommodating the curtain wall plates 6 are formed between each packaging section 22 and the pressing plates 11, and the two are matched to squeeze and fix the curtain wall plates 6 from the inner side and the outer side. As will be readily appreciated, the connection plates 121 on each side are fixedly attached to the curtain wall supporting frame in sequence with the mounting section 21 of the bottom plate 2 in the direction from the outside to the inside, and the encapsulation section 22 is butted against the end of the mounting section 21 near the outside and against the inner surface of the corresponding curtain wall panel 6, so that the first screw fastening members 71 attached to the connection plates 121 on that side can be encapsulated so as to conceal and protect the first screw fastening members 71.
Further, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the reinforced connecting assembly for curtain wall further includes two decorative strip cover plates 3, the two decorative strip cover plates 3 are connected with the two bottom plates 2 in a one-to-one correspondence manner, and the specific connecting structure is described in the second embodiment, and is not repeated here. The trim cover 3 and the corresponding base 2 form a compartment for the corresponding second threaded fastener 72.
Further, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the first sealing strip mounting portions 16 are respectively disposed on the two pressing surfaces 1110 of the pressing plate 11, the third sealing strip mounting portions 24 are respectively disposed at the abutting ends of the two packaging sections 22 for abutting against the curtain wall plate 6, and preferably, the first sealing strip mounting portions 16 disposed on each side are disposed opposite to the third sealing strip mounting portions 24, so as to ensure the clamping effect on the inner side and the outer side of the curtain wall plate 6.
The embodiment provides a curtain is with strenghthened type coupling assembling, briquetting 1 and bottom plate 2 all link firmly with curtain braced skeleton is direct, simple structure, atress are reasonable, and connection structure stability is good, has higher structural strength. Moreover, the pressing block 1 and the bottom plate 2 are both arranged on the side surface of the curtain wall supporting framework component (namely, the side surface perpendicular to the plate surface of the curtain wall plate 6), when the curtain wall plate 6 is impacted by wind, especially is absorbed by wind, the threaded fastener is subjected to shearing force, compared with the mode that the threaded fastener bears axial tension, the loosening condition of the threaded fastener is not easy to occur, the wind uncovering resistance of the curtain wall system is effectively improved, and the structural stability of the curtain wall system is ensured. In addition, the fixed parts of the pressing block 1 and the bottom plate 2 are all positioned indoors, so that the pressing block 1, the bottom plate 2, the decoration strip cover plate 3, the curtain wall plate 6 and the like can be inspected and replaced indoors, and the operation is convenient and the safety is high.
In connection with the reinforced connection assembly for curtain wall described above, there are three embodiments for the first screw fastener 71 and the second screw fastener 72 included in the reinforced connection assembly:
(1) The connecting plate 121 is fixedly connected with the curtain wall supporting framework component and the mounting section 21 is fixedly connected with the curtain wall supporting framework component through a plurality of tapping screws;
(2) The few or all self-tapping screws in the mode (1) can be changed into bolts, wherein the connecting piece (namely the connecting plate 121/the mounting section 21) on each side is fixedly connected with the corresponding side surface of the curtain wall supporting framework component through the self-tapping screws, bolt connecting through holes are formed in the curtain wall supporting framework component and the connecting pieces on two sides, and each bolt is locked and fixed through nuts after sequentially penetrating through the connecting piece on one side, the connecting piece on the curtain wall supporting framework component and the connecting piece on the other side; the self-tapping screw and the bolt are combined for use, so that the installation is convenient, and the stability, the reliability and the safety of the connecting structure are high;
(3) And a plurality of bolts are adopted, bolt connection through holes are formed in the curtain wall supporting framework component and the connecting pieces on the two sides, and each bolt sequentially penetrates through the connecting piece on one side, the curtain wall supporting framework component and the connecting piece on the other side and is locked and fixed through nuts.
Example IV
Referring to fig. 4, an embodiment of the present invention provides a transverse node structure of a curtain wall, including a cross beam 5 sandwiched between two adjacent columns 4 and two curtain wall plates 6 arranged above and below the cross beam 5, wherein the two curtain wall plates 6 are mounted on the cross beam 5 through a connection assembly, and the connection assembly is preferably a reinforced connection assembly for a curtain wall provided by the third embodiment, wherein:
the two connecting plates 121 of the pressing block 1 are respectively fixedly connected to the upper side surface and the lower side surface of the cross beam 5 through first threaded fasteners 71;
the mounting sections 21 of the two bottom plates 2 are respectively fixedly connected to the upper side surface and the lower side surface of the cross beam 5 through second threaded fasteners 72;
the two curtain wall plates 6 are respectively embedded in the upper embedding groove and the lower embedding groove, so that the two curtain wall plates 6 are connected into a whole through the connecting component and are arranged on the corresponding cross beam 5.
Further, the connection gap between the bottom end of the upper curtain wall plate 6 and the connection assembly and the connection gap between the top end of the lower curtain wall plate 6 and the connection assembly can be filled with sealant 82 to ensure the tightness of the curtain wall. Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, a cushion block 83 is arranged between the upper curtain wall plate 6 and the connecting component, the upper curtain wall plate 6 is placed on the cushion block 83, the connecting component bears the dead weight of the upper curtain wall plate 6, and a connecting gap between the cushion block 83 and the connecting component can be filled by adopting sealant 82; after the lower curtain wall plate 6 and the connecting assembly are positioned, the gap between the lower curtain wall plate 6 and the connecting assembly is directly filled with sealant 82. The pad portion 112 and the heat insulation chamber 14 may be sandwiched between the two adjacent wall panels 6 according to the actual installation situation.
As one of the preferred embodiments, an insulating spacer 9 is provided between the mounting section 21 and the cross beam 5 to separate the two different metal materials of the base plate 2 and the cross beam 5 from electrochemical corrosion. An insulating gasket 9 is arranged between the connecting plate 121 and the cross beam 5 so as to separate two different metal materials of the pressing block 1 and the cross beam 5 and avoid electrochemical corrosion between the two materials; for the structure that the support 12 wraps the cross beam 5, the insulating gasket 9 can be correspondingly arranged between the end plate 122 and the cross beam 5, namely, the insulating gasket 9 wrapping the corresponding position of the cross beam 5 can be adopted. Because the bottom plate 2 and the pressing block 1 are fixedly arranged on the cross beam 5, the insulating gasket 9 can be completely coated on the cross beam 5.
As a preferred embodiment of the transverse node structure of the curtain wall provided in this embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the beam 5 includes a main beam 51 sandwiched between two adjacent uprights 4, and a sub beam 52 connected to the main beam 51 and located between the main beam 51 and the curtain wall panel 6, where both the connection plates 121 are fixedly connected to the sub beam 52. The main beam 51 and the secondary beam 52 are connected together to form a combined cross section, so that the deformation resistance of the beam 5 can be improved, and a larger span (namely the distance between two adjacent upright posts 4) can be adapted. Further, the height dimension of the main beam 51 is larger than that of the sub beam 52, the upper end of the main beam 51 is located above the upper end of the sub beam 52, and the lower end of the main beam 51 is located below the lower end of the sub beam 52; the sealing rubber strips 81 are respectively clamped between the upper decorative section 23 and the upper part of the main beam 51 and between the lower decorative section 23 and the lower part of the main beam 51, so that electrochemical corrosion between two different metal materials of the bottom plate 2 and the beam 5 can be avoided, and meanwhile, a good waterproof effect can be achieved.
In this embodiment, the curtain wall panel 6 is preferably a glass wall panel 6, and more preferably a double glass wall panel 6.
Example five
Referring to fig. 5, an embodiment of the present invention provides a vertical node structure of a curtain wall, which includes a column 4 and two curtain wall plates 6 arranged on the left and right sides of the column 4, wherein two curtain wall plates 6 are mounted on the column 4 through a connection assembly, and the connection assembly is preferably a reinforced connection assembly for a curtain wall provided in the third embodiment, wherein:
the two connecting plates 121 of the pressing block 1 are respectively fixedly connected to the left side surface and the right side surface of the upright post 4 through first threaded fasteners 71;
the mounting sections 21 of the two bottom plates 2 are respectively fixedly connected to the left side surface and the right side surface of the upright post 4 through second threaded fasteners 72;
the two curtain wall plates 6 are respectively embedded in the left caulking groove and the right caulking groove, so that the two curtain wall plates 6 are connected into a whole through the connecting component and are arranged on the upright post 4.
Further, the connection gap between the right end of the left side curtain wall plate 6 and the connection assembly and the connection gap between the left end of the right side curtain wall plate 6 and the connection assembly can be filled by the sealant 82, so as to ensure the tightness of the curtain wall. The pad portion 112 and the heat insulation chamber 14 may be sandwiched between the two adjacent wall panels 6 according to the actual installation situation.
As one of the preferred embodiments, an insulating spacer 9 is provided between the mounting section 21 and the upright 4 to separate the base plate 2 from the upright 4 of two different metal materials and avoid electrochemical corrosion therebetween. An insulating gasket 9 is arranged between the connecting plate 121 and the upright post 4 so as to separate the two different metal materials of the pressing block 1 and the upright post 4 and avoid electrochemical corrosion between the two materials; for the structure that the support 12 wraps the upright post 4, the insulating gasket 9 can be correspondingly arranged between the end plate 122 and the upright post 4, namely, the insulating gasket 9 wrapping the corresponding position of the upright post 4 can be adopted. Because the bottom plate 2 and the pressing block 1 are fixedly arranged on the upright post 4, the insulating gasket 9 can be completely coated on the upright post 4.
As a preferred embodiment of the vertical node structure of the curtain wall provided in this embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the upright 4 includes a main upright 41 and a secondary upright 42 connected to the main upright 41 and located between the main upright 41 and the curtain wall panel 6, and both the connection plates 121 are fixedly connected to the secondary upright 42. The main upright 41 and the secondary upright 42 are connected together to form a combined section, so that the deformation resistance of the upright 4 can be improved, and a larger span can be adapted. Further, the transverse dimension of the main upright 41 is greater than that of the secondary upright 42, the left end of the main upright 41 is positioned at the left side of the left end of the secondary upright 42, and the right end of the main upright 41 is positioned at the right side of the right end of the secondary upright 42; the sealing rubber strips 81 are respectively clamped between the left decorative section 23 and the left end part of the main upright 41 and between the right decorative section 23 and the right end part of the main upright 41, so that electrochemical corrosion between two different metal materials of the bottom plate 2 and the upright 4 can be avoided, and meanwhile, a good waterproof effect can be achieved.
In this embodiment, the curtain wall panel 6 is preferably a glass wall panel 6, and more preferably a double glass wall panel 6.
Example six
As shown in fig. 3 and 6, the embodiment of the present invention provides a bottom plate 2-2 for a hidden frame curtain wall, the structure of the bottom plate 2-2 for a hidden frame curtain wall is basically the same as that of the bottom plate 2-1 for a curtain wall provided in the second embodiment, except that the manner of abutting the bottom plate 2 against the curtain wall plate 6 is changed to that of bonding the bottom plate 2 to the curtain wall plate 6, and further, the bottom plate 2-2 provided in the present embodiment further includes a bonding section 28 for bonding to the inner surface of the adjacent curtain wall plate 6, the bonding section 28 is connected to the mounting section 21 through the encapsulation section 22, and the plate surface of the mounting section 21 is perpendicular to the plate surface of the bonding section 28. Wherein, since the encapsulation section 22 is further connected with the bonding section 28 and the bonding section 28 is bonded with the curtain wall panel 6, no sealing strip mounting part is arranged on the encapsulation section 22.
The mounting section 21, the packaging section 22, the bonding section 28 and the decoration section are preferably integrally formed, so that the structural strength and rigidity are ensured.
The manner in which the bonding section 28 bonds to the curtain wall panel 6 may be: each bonding section 28 is bonded to the corresponding curtain wall panel 6 by a double sided tape 85 and a structural tape 86, and the structural tape 86 is located on one side of the double sided tape 85 close to the other curtain wall panel 6, so that better structural strength and sealing performance can be obtained.
Other structures of the bottom plate 2-2 for the hidden frame curtain wall are not described in detail here.
Example seven
As shown in fig. 6 and 7, an embodiment of the present invention provides a hidden curtain wall node structure, which includes two curtain wall plates 6 that are adjacently arranged and are in sealing connection, and a curtain wall supporting skeleton member that is disposed adjacent to a sealing connection position of the two curtain wall plates 6, wherein the curtain wall supporting skeleton member is disposed on an indoor side of the two curtain wall plates 6; wherein, for the structure (i.e. the transverse node) of two curtain wall plates 6 arranged adjacently from top to bottom, the curtain wall supporting skeleton member corresponds to the cross beam 5, for the structure (i.e. the vertical node) of two curtain wall plates 6 arranged adjacently from left to right, the curtain wall supporting skeleton member corresponds to the upright post 4. Further, the hidden curtain wall node structure further comprises two bottom plates 2, the two bottom plates 2 are respectively arranged on two sides of the curtain wall supporting framework member along the arrangement direction of the two curtain wall plates 6, the mounting section 21 of each bottom plate 2 is fixedly connected with the corresponding side surface of the curtain wall supporting framework member through a third threaded fastener 73, and the packaging section 22 of each bottom plate 2 is connected with the inner surface of the curtain wall plate 6 on the corresponding side. For the joint of the cross beam 5 as the curtain wall supporting framework component, the two bottom plates 2 are respectively arranged on the upper side and the lower side of the cross beam 5, and the two mounting sections 21 are respectively fixedly connected with the upper side and the lower side of the cross beam 5; for the nodes of the curtain wall supporting framework component which is the upright post 4, the two bottom plates 2 are respectively arranged on the left side and the right side of the upright post 4, and the two mounting sections 21 are respectively fixedly connected with the left side surface and the right side surface of the upright post 4.
Wherein, the two bottom plates 2 can adopt the bottom plate 2-1 for curtain wall provided by the second embodiment, and can also adopt the bottom plate 2-2 for hidden frame curtain wall provided by the sixth embodiment; specifically:
for the fully hidden frame curtain wall, the two bottom plates 2 are preferably the bottom plates 2-2 for the hidden frame curtain wall provided in the sixth embodiment, and correspondingly, the encapsulation section 22 is bonded with the inner surface of the corresponding curtain wall plate 6 through the bonding section 28 connected with the encapsulation section;
for the semi-hidden frame curtain wall, since the curtain wall board 6 can be connected with the supporting framework through the exposed frame connecting component and transmits force, the two bottom boards 2 can adopt the bottom board 2-1 for the curtain wall provided by the second embodiment, correspondingly, the packaging section 22 is abutted against the corresponding curtain wall board 6, in this embodiment, for the semi-hidden frame curtain wall, the bottom board 2-2 for the hidden frame curtain wall provided by the sixth embodiment is still preferred, the supporting and limiting effects on the curtain wall board 6 are better, and the structural stability of the curtain wall node structure is stronger.
The hidden curtain wall node structure that this embodiment provided adopts bottom plate 2 to support spacingly at indoor curtain wall plate 6, bottom plate 2 is with curtain wall support skeleton component with curtain wall plate 6 vertically side pass through threaded fastener and link firmly moreover, when the curtain is being impacted by the wind or the effect is uncovered by the wind, threaded fastener receives the shearing force, compare in the mode that threaded fastener bore axial tension, the not hard up condition of threaded fastener is difficult for appearing, effectively improve the atress performance of curtain wall system, guarantee the structural stability of curtain wall system. The space between the two curtain wall plates 6 and the adjacent curtain wall supporting framework components is hidden and sealed through the bottom plate 2, so that the sealing performance of the node can be effectively improved. In addition, the base plate 2 and the like can be inspected and replaced from the room, and the operation is convenient and the safety is high.
Further, as shown in fig. 6 and fig. 7, each of the bottom plates 2 is connected with a molding cover plate 3, and a specific connection structure is described in the second embodiment, which is not repeated here. The decorative strip cover plate 3 and the corresponding bottom plate 2 are surrounded to form a sealing cavity for sealing the corresponding third threaded fastener 73, so that the third threaded fastener 73 is hidden and protected.
As one of the preferred embodiments, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, an insulating spacer 9 is interposed between each of the mounting sections 21 and the corresponding side of the curtain wall supporting skeleton member. So as to separate the two different metal materials of the bottom plate 2 and the curtain wall supporting framework component and avoid electrochemical corrosion between the two.
As one of the preferred embodiments, the curtain wall supporting skeleton member includes a main frame body and a sub frame body connected to the main frame body and located between the main frame body and the two curtain wall plates 6, and the two mounting sections 21 are both fixedly connected to the sub frame body. Further, along the arrangement direction of the two curtain wall plates 6, the length dimension of the main frame body is greater than that of the secondary frame body, two ends of the main frame body are respectively located at two sides of the secondary frame body, and sealing strips are respectively clamped between the two bottom plates 2 and the main frame body. Specifically:
(1) If the hidden curtain wall node structure is a transverse node, that is, two curtain wall boards 6 are arranged adjacently up and down, the curtain wall supporting skeleton member corresponds to a cross beam 5, as shown in fig. 7, the cross beam 5 comprises a main cross beam 51 clamped between two adjacent upright posts 4 and a secondary cross beam 52 connected to the main cross beam 51 and positioned between the main cross beam 51 and the curtain wall boards 6, and the two mounting sections 21 are fixedly connected to the secondary cross beam 52. Further, for the case of the vertical arrangement of the transverse nodes, i.e. two curtain wall plates 6, due to the need of bearing the dead weight of the curtain wall plates 6, on the basis of adopting the base plate for hidden frame curtain wall provided in the sixth embodiment to adhere to the curtain wall plates 6, the following structure can be further adopted: as shown in fig. 7, the hidden curtain wall node structure further includes a supporting strip 61, one end of the supporting strip 61 is fixedly connected with the curtain wall supporting frame member, the other end is clamped between two curtain wall plates 6, the curtain wall plates 6 above the supporting strip are supported on the supporting strip 61 (can be supported by cushion blocks 83), wherein the corresponding curtain wall supporting frame member is a cross beam 5, the supporting strip 61 and the cross beam 5 can be fixedly connected by a threaded fastener or by clamping, and the supporting strip 61 and the adjacent two curtain wall plates 6 can be fixed by the sealant 82.
In this embodiment, the curtain wall panel 6 is preferably a glass wall panel 6, and more preferably a double glass wall panel 6.

The embodiment of the invention provides a vertical and horizontal hidden glass curtain wall, which comprises a supporting framework formed by assembling a plurality of upright posts 4 and a plurality of cross beams 5 and a plurality of glass wallboards 6 arranged on the supporting framework, wherein:
every two glass wallboards 6 which are adjacently arranged left and right are connected through a group of exposed frame connecting assemblies and are mounted on one upright post 4 to form a vertical node, and each vertical node structure is preferably the vertical node structure of the curtain wall provided by the fifth embodiment.
For the transverse node structure, a structure of a transverse hidden frame node commonly used in the prior art can be adopted, in this embodiment, the hidden curtain wall node structure provided in the seventh embodiment is preferably adopted, that is: each two glass wallboards 6 which are adjacently arranged up and down are connected through a group of hidden frame connecting components, each hidden frame connecting component comprises two bottom boards 2 which are respectively arranged at the upper side and the lower side of the adjacent cross beam 5, each bottom board 2 is preferably a bottom board 2-1 provided by the second embodiment or a bottom board 2-2 provided by the sixth embodiment, and the connection relation between each bottom board 2 and the adjacent components is already described in the previous embodiments and is not repeated here; every two glass wallboards 6, every group of hidden frame connecting components and the corresponding cross beams 5 which are adjacently arranged up and down form a transverse node structure of the curtain wall. The vertical and horizontal hidden glass curtain wall provided by the embodiment is characterized in that all the connecting components are directly fixedly connected with the curtain wall supporting framework, the structure is simple, the stress is reasonable, the stability of the connecting structure is good, and the structure strength is higher; in addition, the fixing parts of the connecting members (the pressing block, the bottom plate 2, the decoration strip cover plate 3 and the like) are all positioned indoors, so that the pressing block, the bottom plate 2, the decoration strip cover plate 3, the glass wallboard 6 and the like can be inspected and replaced indoors, and the operation is convenient and the safety is high.
