Abstract
本发明涉及一种纺织品防蚊整理剂,由以下重量份数的各组分组成:丁基乙酰氨基丙酸乙酯1~3份,薄荷醇1~2份,芳樟醇2~4份,桉树脑1~2份,崖柏提取物3~6份,柠檬桉提取物4~7份,中草药提取物8~12份,碘伏0.5~1.5份。本发明还涉及所述纺织品防蚊整理剂的制备方法,制备出来的纺织品防蚊整理剂使用常规整理方法对纺织品进行整理即可,整理后的纺织品可有效防止蚊子靠近人体,可用于户外登山野游用服装、帐篷,钓鱼时穿的服装,窗帘、毛巾被、睡衣,园艺用服装手套,农业生产用工作服、军服等纺织品的整理,能有效防止疟疾等因蚊子传播而引起的疾病。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺织品整理领域,更具体地,涉及一种纺织品防蚊整理剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
蚊子除直接叮刺吸血、骚扰睡眠外,更严重的是会传播多种疾病。我国的蚊传病有疟疾、淋巴丝虫病、流行性乙型脑炎和登革热(或登革出血热)四类。蚊传较重要的病毒病还有黄热病及各种马脑炎等,对人体健康危害极大。通常人们使用蚊香、蚊帐、驱蚊液等来驱赶蚊虫,但是这些方式较为麻烦,尤其是无法实现户外使用,因此需要研发一种从纺织品整理上入手,实现通过人们贴身穿着的纺织物直接驱赶蚊虫的方法来使蚊虫无法接近人体,达到驱蚊的效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种纺织品防蚊整理剂。
本发明的另一目的是提供一种所述纺织品防蚊整理剂的制备方法。
本发明目的通过以下技术方案予以实现:
提供一种纺织品防蚊整理剂,由以下重量份数的各组分组成:丁基乙酰氨基丙酸乙酯1~3份,薄荷醇1~2份,芳樟醇2~4份,桉树脑1~2份,崖柏提取物3~6份,柠檬桉提取物4~7份,中草药提取物8~12份,碘伏0.5~1.5份。
优选地,所述纺织品防蚊整理剂由以下重量份数的各组分组成:丁基乙酰氨基丙酸乙酯1.5~2.5份,薄荷醇1.3~1.8份,芳樟醇2.5~3.5份,桉树脑1.2~1.6份,崖柏提取物3.5~5.5份,柠檬桉提取物4.5~5.6份,中草药提取物9~11份,碘伏0.8~1.2份。
优选地,所述纺织品防蚊整理剂由以下重量份数的各组分组成:丁基乙酰氨基丙酸乙酯2份,薄荷醇1.5份,芳樟醇3份,桉树脑1.5份,崖柏提取物4份,柠檬桉提取物5份,中草药提取物10份,碘伏1份。
本发明还提供了所述纺织品防蚊整理剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)制备崖柏提取物:将崖柏洗净,干燥后打成粉末,用其重量1~2倍的重量百分比浓度95%乙醇提取3次,每次时间为1~2h,过滤,合并滤液,再蒸馏分离,得到崖柏提取物;
(2)制备柠檬桉提取物:将柠檬桉的叶子清洗,烘干,用其重量6~8倍的无水乙醇浸泡提取,浸泡时间为24h,过滤,将滤液蒸馏分离,得到柠檬桉提取物;
(3)制备中草药提取物:取等量的丁香、艾叶、白芷、苏叶、薄荷、石菖蒲、藿香、金银花,用清水漂洗干净,用其重量4~6倍的水进行搅拌提取,提取温度为90~100℃,提取时间为0.5~1h,提取后离心分离,收集上清液,将上清液浓缩得到中草药提取物;
(4)按重量份取原材料在室温下进行机械混合,过200目筛,得到纺织品防蚊整理剂。
使用方法:将纺织品用所述纺织品防蚊整理剂加水稀释后进行浸泡,或使用常规整理方法进行整理即可。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明提供了一种纺织品防蚊整理剂,整理后的纺织品可有效防止蚊子靠近人体,可用于户外登山野游用服装、帐篷,钓鱼时穿的服装,窗帘、毛巾被、睡衣,园艺用服装手套,农业生产用工作服、军服等纺织品的整理,能有效防止疟疾等因蚊子传播而引起的疾病。

实施例1
本实施例公开了一种纺织品防蚊整理剂,由以下重量份数的各组分组成:丁基乙酰氨基丙酸乙酯3份,薄荷醇1份,芳樟醇4份,桉树脑1份,崖柏提取物6份,柠檬桉提取物4份,中草药提取物12份,碘伏0.5份。
实施例2
本实施例公开了一种纺织品防蚊整理剂,由以下重量份数的各组分组成:丁基乙酰氨基丙酸乙酯1.5份,薄荷醇1.8份,芳樟醇2.5份,桉树脑1.6份,崖柏提取物3.5份,柠檬桉提取物5.6份,中草药提取物9份,碘伏1.2份。
实施例3
本实施例公开了一种纺织品防蚊整理剂,由以下重量份数的各组分组成:丁基乙酰氨基丙酸乙酯2份,薄荷醇1.5份,芳樟醇3份,桉树脑1.5份,崖柏提取物4份,柠檬桉提取物5份,中草药提取物10份,碘伏1份。
实施例4
本实施例公开了一种纺织品防蚊整理剂,由以下重量份数的各组分组成:丁基乙酰氨基丙酸乙酯2.5份,薄荷醇1.3份,芳樟醇3.5份,桉树脑1.2份,崖柏提取物5.5份,柠檬桉提取物4.5份,中草药提取物11份,碘伏0.8份。
实施例5
取实施例1~4任意实施例的重量组分制备纺织品防蚊整理剂,制备步骤如下:
(1)制备崖柏提取物:将崖柏洗净,干燥后打成粉末,用其重量1倍的重量百分比浓度95%乙醇提取3次,每次时间为2h,过滤,将3次滤液合并,再蒸馏分离,得到崖柏提取物;
(2)制备柠檬桉提取物:将柠檬桉的叶子清洗,烘干,用其重量6倍的无水乙醇浸泡提取,浸泡时间为24h,过滤,将滤液蒸馏分离,得到柠檬桉提取物;
(3)制备中草药提取物:取等量的丁香、艾叶、白芷、苏叶、薄荷、石菖蒲、藿香、金银花,用清水漂洗干净,用其重量6倍的水进行搅拌提取,提取温度为90℃,提取时间为1h,提取后离心分离,收集上清液,将上清液浓缩得到中草药提取物;
(4)按重量份取原材料在室温下进行机械混合,过200目筛,得到纺织品防蚊整理剂。
实施例6
取实施例1~4任意实施例的重量组分制备纺织品防蚊整理剂,制备步骤如下:
(1)制备崖柏提取物:将崖柏洗净,干燥后打成粉末,用其重量2倍的重量百分比浓度95%乙醇提取3次,每次时间为1h,过滤,合并滤液再蒸馏分离,得到崖柏提取物;
(2)制备柠檬桉提取物:将柠檬桉的叶子清洗,烘干,用其重量8倍的无水乙醇浸泡提取,浸泡时间为24h,过滤,将滤液蒸馏分离,得到柠檬桉提取物;
(3)制备中草药提取物:取等量的丁香、艾叶、白芷、苏叶、薄荷、石菖蒲、藿香、金银花,用清水漂洗干净,用其重量4倍的水进行搅拌提取,提取温度为100℃,提取时间为0.5h,提取后离心分离,收集上清液,将上清液浓缩到原体积的20%,得到中草药提取物;
(4)按重量份取原材料在室温下进行机械混合,用活性炭脱色后过200目筛,得到纺织品防蚊整理剂。
实施例7
取实施例1~4任意实施例的重量组分制备纺织品防蚊整理剂,制备步骤如下:
(1)制备崖柏提取物:将崖柏洗净,干燥后打成粉末,用其重量1.5倍的重量百分比浓度95%乙醇提取3次,每次时间为1.5h,过滤,合并滤液并蒸馏分离,得到崖柏提取物;
(2)制备柠檬桉提取物:将柠檬桉的叶子清洗,烘干,用其重量7倍的无水乙醇浸泡提取,浸泡时间为24h,过滤,将滤液蒸馏分离,得到柠檬桉提取物;
(3)制备中草药提取物:取等量的丁香、艾叶、白芷、苏叶、薄荷、石菖蒲、藿香、金银花,用清水漂洗干净,用其重量5倍的水进行搅拌提取,提取温度为95℃,提取时间为0.8h,提取后离心分离,收集上清液,将上清液浓缩得到中草药提取物;
(4)按重量份取原材料在室温下进行机械混合,过200目筛,得到纺织品防蚊整理剂。
Claims (4)
1.一种纺织品防蚊整理剂,其特征在于,由以下重量分数的各组分组成:丁基乙酰氨基丙酸乙酯1~3份,薄荷醇1~2份,芳樟醇2~4份,桉树脑1~2份,崖柏提取物3~6份,柠檬桉提取物4~7份,中草药提取物8~12份,碘伏0.5~1.5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的纺织品防蚊整理剂,其特征在于,由以下重量份数的各组分组成:丁基乙酰氨基丙酸乙酯1.5~2.5份,薄荷醇1.3~1.8份,芳樟醇2.5~3.5份,桉树脑1.2~1.6份,崖柏提取物3.5~5.5份,柠檬桉提取物4.5~5.6份,中草药提取物9~11份,碘伏0.8~1.2份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的纺织品防蚊整理剂,其特征在于,由以下重量份数的各组分组成:丁基乙酰氨基丙酸乙酯2份,薄荷醇1.5份,芳樟醇3份,桉树脑1.5份,崖柏提取物4份,柠檬桉提取物5份,中草药提取物10份,碘伏1份。
4.根据权利要求1或3所述纺织品防蚊整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)制备崖柏提取物:将崖柏洗净,干燥后打成粉末,用其重量1~2倍的重量百分比浓度95%乙醇提取3次,每次时间为1~2h,过滤,合并滤液,再蒸馏分离,得到崖柏提取物;
(2)制备柠檬桉提取物:将柠檬桉的叶子清洗,烘干,用其重量6~8倍的无水乙醇浸泡提取,浸泡时间为24h,过滤,将滤液蒸馏分离,得到柠檬桉提取物;
(3)制备中草药提取物:取等量的丁香、艾叶、白芷、苏叶、薄荷、石菖蒲、藿香、金银花,用清水漂洗干净,用其重量4~6倍的水进行搅拌提取,提取温度为90~100℃,提取时间为0.5~1h,提取后离心分离,收集上清液,将上清液浓缩得到中草药提取物;
(4)按重量份取原材料在室温下进行机械混合,过200目筛,得到纺织品防蚊整理剂。
