Abstract

本发明涉及一种环保型纳米电力电缆防腐涂料,由丙烯酸树脂、硫酸钡、聚乙烯醇、乙酸乙酯、己二酸酯、氯化石蜡、二甲苯、乙二醇乙醚醋酸酯、三氧化二铝、甲苯二异氰酸酯及乙二胺四乙酸按重量份数比配制而成,本发明具有极强的附着力、耐水性、耐候性、坚韧性、耐磨性;且干燥速度快、耐高低温。由于丙烯酸树脂与上述其它原料配制,使涂料的微细颗粒渗透到基层中使之形成一个整体,从而极大的提高了涂膜的粘接强度,涂层干燥后形成一层坚韧的附着力极强的漆层。可在杆塔上附着力达到0级,涂覆一次能使杆塔表面达到长久的防腐保护作用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种耐腐蚀涂料,尤其涉及一种用于电力杆塔外表面,提高杆塔外表面防腐性能的一种耐腐蚀电力杆塔外层涂料。
背景技术
输电线路杆塔长期暴露于野外环境中,受天气环境影响,容易发生锈蚀,从而降低杆塔的使用寿命,同时也容易引起线路故障,给人们正常的生产和生活带来较大的影响,也给电力部门造成较大的损失。
现有技术中杆塔上使用的耐腐蚀涂料,涂料的防腐性、耐蚀性、防水性、阻燃性与流平性、强度等基本性能难以兼顾。
发明内容
本发明针对上述现有技术中存在的问题,提供了一种耐腐蚀电力杆塔外层涂料,解决了现有技术中杆塔涂料的防腐性、耐蚀性、阻燃性、防水性与流平性、强度等基本性能难以兼顾的问题,而且成本低,涂层均匀连续、并且致密,耐磨。
本发明的技术方案如下:
它是由下述成分按重量份数比配制而成,丙烯酸树脂:硫酸钡:聚乙烯醇:乙酸乙酯:己二酸酯:氯化石蜡:二甲苯:乙二醇乙醚醋酸酯:三氧化二铝:甲苯二异氰酸酯:乙二胺四乙酸=200-300:50-90:150-230:100-180:40-80:30-70:40-80:50-85:100-200:60-110:20-50。
本发明原料的优选重量比为,丙烯酸树脂:硫酸钡:聚乙烯醇:乙酸乙酯:己二酸酯:氯化石蜡:二甲苯:乙二醇乙醚醋酸酯:三氧化二铝:甲苯二异氰酸酯:乙二胺四乙酸=260:70:190:140:60:50:60:65:155:83:38。
本发明的优点和有益效果如下:
本发明将各组分调到最科学、最合理的状态下,提高了涂料的防腐性、耐蚀性、阻燃性、防水性、流平性及强度等相关性能及部分技术指标,而且成本低,涂层均匀连续、并且致密,耐磨。提高了涂层的坚韧性、着色性、黏附性、易干性和一定的光泽等性能。
本发明防腐涂料的防腐性能还体现在,1、极强的附着力;2、极好的耐水性;3、优异的耐候性;4、优异的坚韧性;5、优异的耐磨性;6、干燥速度快;7、耐高低温。由于丙烯酸树脂与上述其它原料配制,使涂料的微细颗粒渗透到基层中使之形成了一个整体,从而极大的提高了涂膜的粘接强度,涂层干燥后形成一层坚韧的附着力极强的漆层。可在杆塔上附着力达到0级,涂覆一次能使杆塔表面达到长久的防腐保护作用。

实施例1
由下述成分按重量份数比配制而成,丙烯酸树脂:硫酸钡:聚乙烯醇:乙酸乙酯:己二酸酯:氯化石蜡:二甲苯:乙二醇乙醚醋酸酯:三氧化二铝:甲苯二异氰酸酯:乙二胺四乙酸=200:50:150:100:40:30:40:50:100:60:20。
其制备方法为,将上述原料按重量份数比混合搅拌;研磨分散,控制细度为10um;调整粘度为,涂-4杯,120±20秒,过滤即得。
实施例2
它是由下述成分按重量份数比配制而成,丙烯酸树脂:硫酸钡:聚乙烯醇:乙酸乙酯:己二酸酯:氯化石蜡:二甲苯:乙二醇乙醚醋酸酯:三氧化二铝:甲苯二异氰酸酯:乙二胺四乙酸=300: 90:230:180:80:70:80:50-85:200: 110:50。
实施例3

本发明的各项技术指标检测结果,为了便于参考,列于下表;由表中检测结果可见,本发明各项指标均符合国家标准,适于工业大批量推广应用。
