The blowing device 10 blows air into the first blow pipe 803, and the air is blown out from the blow port of the corner 8031, the air direction being inclined from top to bottom, and the pump cover 1 on the turntable 303 being able to be assisted to slide down towards the cover arranging unit 4. The air blown out from the air blowing opening of the corner 8031 is sucked into the air chamber 8 through a plurality of through holes 8011 on the coaming 801 in the air chamber, sucked into the pipeline through the air suction through holes 1011 and finally sucked into the air suction device 9, and the air blowing device 10 and the air suction device 9 are connected on the same fan to form circulation.
Since the discharging port 1021 is provided on the shroud 102, the air chamber inner shroud 801 is also provided with an opening at the same position so as not to obstruct the falling of the pump cover 1, and the air chamber 8 is sealed as much as possible, both ends of the air chamber inner shroud 801 and the air chamber outer shroud 802 are provided with the air deflectors 804.
A second air blowing pipe 805 is further arranged between the blanking baffle 7 and the air cavity peripheral plate 802, the second air blowing pipe 805 is fixedly arranged on the blanking baffle 7, the second air blowing pipe 805 is located above the first falling groove 45 and the second falling groove 46, one end of the second air blowing pipe 805 faces the first falling groove 45 and the second falling groove 46, and the other end of the second air blowing pipe 805 penetrates out of the bottom plate 101 to be connected with the air blowing device 10.
The coaming 102 is provided with a blowing hole 1022, the blowing hole 1022 is aligned with the first drop groove 45 and the second drop groove 46, the blowing hole 1022 is connected with a third blowing pipe, and the third blowing pipe is connected with the blowing device 10. Since the pump cap 1 cannot be ensured to fall into the drop tank in a head-down posture, the pump cap 1 caught in the first drop tank 45 and the second drop tank 46 can be blown again onto the turntable 303 by the blowing holes 1022, and then free-sliding is performed until the pump cap 1 falls into the cap management unit 4 in a head-down posture.

the discharging mechanism comprises a reversing device (5) capable of overturning the pump cover (1) in a posture, the reversing device (5) is fixed on the bottom plate (101), a discharging hole (1021) is formed in the surrounding plate (102), and an inlet of the reversing device (5) is connected with the discharging hole (1021);
the top of bounding wall (102) is equipped with apron (6), reason lid ware still includes blanking baffle (7), the top of blanking baffle (7) and apron (6) bottom fixed connection, the bottom of blanking baffle (7) is located the top of the outward flange of carousel (303), and blanking baffle (7) are the arc, the arc cooperatees with the radian of carousel (303) periphery, blanking baffle (7) are close to discharge gate (1021), and blanking baffle (7) can block pump cover (1) landing to discharge gate (1021);
the cover arranging device further comprises a circulating blowing system, the circulating blowing system comprises an inner air cavity coaming (801), an outer air cavity coaming (802), a first air blowing pipe (803), a blowing device and an air suction device, the inner air cavity coaming (801) is arranged on the coaming (102), the shape of the inner air cavity coaming (801) is matched with that of the coaming (102), the outer air cavity coaming (802) is vertically and fixedly arranged on the bottom plate (101), the outer air cavity coaming (802) surrounds the inner air cavity coaming (801), the outer air cavity coaming (802) is matched with the inner air cavity coaming (801), an air cavity (8) is formed by surrounding among the inner air cavity coaming (802), the bottom plate (101) and the cover plate (6), one end of the first air blowing pipe (803) is positioned in the inner air cavity coaming (801), the other end of the first air blowing pipe (801) penetrates through the inner air cavity coaming (8018) and then penetrates out of the bottom plate (101), the other end of the first air pipe (802) is connected with the inner air suction device (803), and a plurality of air suction through holes (1011) are formed in the air suction device (1011) and are further connected with the air suction device (1011);
a second air blowing pipe (805) is further arranged between the blanking baffle (7) and the air cavity peripheral plate (802), the second air blowing pipe (805) is positioned above the first falling groove (45) and the second falling groove (46), one end of the second air blowing pipe (805) faces the first falling groove (45) and the second falling groove (46), and the other end of the second air blowing pipe (805) penetrates out of the bottom plate (101) to be connected with the air blowing device;
and the coaming (102) is provided with a gas blowing hole (1022), the gas blowing hole (1022) is aligned to the first falling groove (45) and the second falling groove (46), the gas blowing hole (1022) is connected with a third gas blowing pipe, and the third gas blowing pipe is connected with a gas blowing device.
