本发明公开了一种充电桩充电插座接口用的开合装置,包括放置腔,所述充电插座接口放置在放置腔内,放置腔铰接有活门,所述充电插座接口底部设置有充电线,所述充电线卷装在充电桩内,所述活门上设置有卡槽和穿孔,所述卡槽包括设置在前端的滑槽和卡孔,所述卡孔的直径等于充电插座接口底部的直径相同,所述滑槽为前端开口大后端开口小的梯形,所述充电线穿过穿孔与充电插座接口底部相连接,所述放置腔内侧设置有定位孔,该定位孔用于安装充电插座接口的充电孔,该定位孔底部设置有通风孔与灯管,本发明充电插座接口在不使用时,其接口是位于定位孔内的,并且利用定位孔内的灯管与通风孔对定位孔诶的接口进行干燥,防止损坏,提高安全性。

技术领域
本发明属于电动汽车的技术领域,具体为一种充电桩充电插座接口用的开合装置。
背景技术
电动汽车(BEV)是指以车载电源为动力,用电机驱动车轮行驶,符合道路交通、安全法规各项要求的车辆。充电桩的充电插座接口在不使用时需要妥善保管,避免充电插头受潮。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种充电桩充电插座接口用的开合装置,结构简单,充电插头接口保存完整,提高了安全性。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种充电桩充电插座接口用的开合装置,包括放置腔,所述充电插座接口放置在放置腔内,放置腔铰接有活门,所述充电插座接口底部设置有充电线,所述充电线卷装在充电桩内,所述活门上设置有卡槽和穿孔,所述卡槽包括设置在前端的滑槽和卡孔,所述卡孔的直径等于充电插座接口底部的直径相同,所述滑槽为前端开口大后端开口小的梯形,所述充电线穿过穿孔与充电插座接口底部相连接,所述放置腔内侧设置有定位孔,该定位孔用于安装充电插座接口的充电孔,该定位孔底部设置有通风孔与灯管。
进一步的,所述活门由动力装置带动,实现开合。
进一步的,所述动力装置由充电桩内的控制单元控制。
进一步的,所述控制装置与控制单元通过蓝牙协定传送信号。
进一步的,所述放置腔开口两侧设置有安装孔,所述活门两端设置有转轴,并转动安装在安装孔内。
进一步的,所述安装孔与活门接触的面上设置有安装槽,所述安装槽内设置有滚珠。
进一步的,所述滚珠布满安装槽,所述安装槽外侧设置有挡片,挡片上设置有槽孔,所述挡片限制滚珠位置,所述滚珠部分位置穿过槽孔。
进一步的,所述充电桩主体内设置有电机和棘轮棘齿组件,所述电机带动棘轮棘齿组件转动,所述充电线卷装在棘轮棘齿组件的外侧。
本发明的有益效果是:
1)、将充电插座接口放置在放置腔内,并利用活门将放置腔封闭,提高了充电桩的安全性。
2)、充电插座接口在不使用时,其接口是位于定位孔内的,并且利用定位孔内的灯管与通风孔对定位孔内的接口进行干燥,防止损坏,提高安全性。
3)、在放置腔侧壁与活门接触的面设置有滚珠,滚珠增加了活门的稳定性,转动更加灵活与稳定。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明的实施例进行详细说明,但是本发明可以由权利要求限定和覆盖的多种不同方式实施。
实施例一:
请结合附图,一种充电桩充电插座接口用的开合装置,包括放置腔1,充电插座接口2放置在放置腔1内,放置腔1铰接有活门3,活门3由动力装置带动,实现开合,动力装置由充电桩内的控制单元控制,控制装置与控制单元通过蓝牙协定传送信号,在控制单元上设置有人机交互的部分,该部分检测到人员需要充电,控制活门3开启,在检测到充电完毕,并且充电插座接口2自由时,活门3关闭,充电桩主体内设置有电机和棘轮棘齿组件,电机带动棘轮棘齿组件转动,充电线4卷装在棘轮棘齿组件的外侧,在活门3开启时,电机是关闭的,拽动充电线,此时棘轮棘齿组件正转,是不配合的,充电线拽动自由,在活门3收到关闭的信号时,电机转动反转,带动棘轮棘齿组件反转,此时棘轮棘齿是配合的,充电线4被收集回来。
活门3上设置有卡槽30和穿孔31,卡槽30包括设置在前端的滑槽300和卡孔301,卡孔301的直径等于充电插座接口2底部的直径相同,滑槽300为前端开口大后端开口小的梯形,充电插座接口2是卡接卡孔301内的,充电线4穿过穿孔301与充电插座接口2底部相连接,放置腔1内侧设置有定位孔10,该定位孔10用于安装充电插座接口2的充电孔,该定位孔10底部设置有通风孔14与灯管15。
放置腔1开口两侧设置有安装孔11,活门3两端设置有转轴,并转动安装在安装孔11内,安装孔11与活门3接触的面上设置有安装槽12,滚珠布满安装槽12,安装槽12外侧设置有挡片13,挡片13上设置有槽孔,挡片13限制滚珠位置,滚珠部分位置穿过槽孔。

1.一种充电桩充电插座接口用的开合装置,包括放置腔,所述充电插座接口放置在放置腔内,其特征在于,放置腔铰接有活门,所述充电插座接口底部设置有充电线,所述充电线卷装在充电桩内,所述活门上设置有卡槽和穿孔,所述卡槽包括设置在前端的滑槽和卡孔,所述卡孔的直径等于充电插座接口底部的直径相同,所述滑槽为前端开口大后端开口小的梯形,所述充电线穿过穿孔与充电插座接口底部相连接,所述放置腔内侧设置有定位孔,该定位孔用于安装充电插座接口的充电孔,该定位孔底部设置有通风孔与灯管;
其中,所述放置腔开口两侧设置有安装孔,所述活门两端设置有转轴,并转动安装在安装孔内;所述安装孔与活门接触的面上设置有安装槽,所述安装槽内设置有滚珠;所述滚珠布满安装槽,所述安装槽外侧设置有挡片,挡片上设置有槽孔,所述挡片限制滚珠位置,所述滚珠部分位置穿过槽孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种充电桩充电插座接口用的开合装置,其特征在于,所述活门由动力装置带动,实现开合。
3.根据权利要求2所述一种充电桩充电插座接口用的开合装置,其特征在于,所述动力装置由充电桩内的控制单元控制。
4.根据权利要求3所述一种充电桩充电插座接口用的开合装置,其特征在于,所述动力装置与控制单元通过蓝牙协定传送信号。
5.根据权利要求1所述一种充电桩充电插座接口用的开合装置,其特征在于,所述充电桩主体内设置有电机和棘轮棘齿组件,所述电机带动棘轮棘齿组件转动,所述充电线卷装在棘轮棘齿组件的外侧。
