The upper heating unit 61 and the lower heating unit 62 are respectively provided with a temperature sensing device, the temperature sensing device of the upper heating unit 61 is a temperature controller 64, and the temperature sensing device of the lower heating unit 62 is a thermistor 65.
The inner bottom of the upper frying pan 31 is provided with a plurality of oil guide grooves 311. The oil guiding groove 311 is arranged on the upper frying pan 31, so that the excessive grease in the upper frying pan 31 can flow back to the lower frying pan 32 when the food is fried and roasted, and the oil absorption of the food is reduced.
Handles 321 are respectively arranged at two ends of the lower frying pan 32, and grooves 63 for installing the handles 321 are respectively arranged at the edges of the top of the fixed seat 12.
