Abstract

本发明提供一种插头内架的芯线隔离构造,主要是舍弃以往盖体的设计,该插头内架包括一隔离件,该隔离件包括一基座及设于该基座的隔离板、及卡扣件,以令该隔离件与该插头内架的板体形成卡扣。爰此,本发明的插头内架是以隔离件来隔离插头内架的导电片,如此不仅可大幅度缩小整体体积,同时也具有隔离导电片的效果。

插头内架的芯线隔离构造
技术领域
本发明涉及一种插头内架,尤指插头内架的芯线隔离构造。
背景技术
一般电器用品的使用,主要是通过一电源插头与插座的电性连接,以供将市电传导至电器用品作为动力来源。而一般插头的制作主要是端子与电线进行铆接后再装入一内架体。
请参阅图3配合图4所示,现有插头内架体B主要包括一板体B1,于该板体B1的一侧设有三端子B2,另一侧设有一凸隆部B3,该凸隆部B3主要可供装设保险丝(图未显示),该凸隆部B3的邻侧于该板体B1的另一侧形成一相对低的低平面B4,该低平面B4相间隔设有二卡槽B5,该凸隆部B3的邻侧横向相间隔设有三导电片B6,各导电片B6分别电性连接各端子B2,且该三导电片B6的自由端分别位于该二卡槽B5之间;一盖体B7:包括一顶壁B71、及一沿该顶壁缘边设置的框围壁B72,该框围壁B72于该顶壁B71的第一侧缘B74形成一开口B73,于该第一侧缘B74设有二分隔板B75,以令各分隔板B75与该框围壁B72共同界定出三容置空间B76,该框围壁B76邻近该开口B73的二相反侧边分别设有一卡扣件B77,各卡扣件B77分别向下卡合各卡槽B5,以令该盖体B7盖合该板体B1、及该凸隆件B3外侧,且各导电片B6分别位于各容置空间B76内。
当该现有插头内架体B在进行射出成行对外部包覆塑料时,该现有插头内架体B通过该盖体B7对该板体B1、及该凸隆件B3提供包覆、保护的功效,同时提供隔离各导电片B6。然而,随着塑胶射出成形技术提升,此种包覆、保护的目的已逐渐降低其效果,再者,此种现有插头内架体B会因为该盖体的覆盖,造成整体体积增加。
发明内容
为此,本发明设计人认为应有一种插头内架不仅可以降低整体的体积,同时对各导电片提供隔离的效果,以避免相邻导电片因接触而造成电线走火等危险。
有鉴于背景技术所述不足之处,本发明设计人提出一种解决的手段,该手段是一种插头内架的芯线隔离构造,其特征在于,包括:
一插头内架本体:包括一板体,该板体一侧设有三个端子,且该板体另一侧设有一凸隆部,该板体的一侧缘相间隔延伸两个凸出板,各凸出板相对于该凸隆部的一侧形成裸出,以令各凸出板及该凸隆部共同界定出一缺口,该凸隆部的一侧横向相间隔设有三个分别电性连接各端子的导电片,各导电片分别位于两个凸出板之间,且分别可供电性连接一芯线;
一隔离件:包括一基座,该基座一侧面中央段部相间隔设有两个隔离板,且该基座一侧面于相反二端分别设有一卡扣件,各卡扣件分别卡扣该缺口相反两个口缘以令各隔离板分别位于相邻的两个导电片之间。
其中:各卡扣件由下而上分别卡扣该缺口相反二口缘。
本发明的插头内架主要是舍弃该盖体的设置,令整体所占体积大幅下降,再通过该隔离件与该板体的连结,令该隔离件除了可以填补该缺口外,同时对各导电片也提供隔离的效果,以避免各隔离片、或与各隔离片铆接的芯线因接触而造成电线走火等问题。

以下凭借图式的辅助,说明本发明的构造、特点与实施例,使贵审查人员对于本发明有更进一步的了解。
请参阅图1所示,本发明是关于一种插头内架的芯线隔离构造,该插头内架A包括:
一插头内架本体1:
请参阅图1配合图2所示,该插头内架本体1包括一板体11,该板体11一侧如图中的底面设有三端子12,且该板体11另一侧(如图中的顶面)设有一凸隆部13,该凸隆部13内部主要可供放置一保险丝,由于该凸隆部13内部构造并非本发明主要所欲保障的范围,且此乃本领域的公知常识,故该凸隆部13内部构造、及该保险丝在附图中并未显示。
该板体11的一侧缘相间隔延伸二凸出板14,各凸出板14相对于该凸隆部13的一侧形成裸出,以令各凸出板14及该凸隆部13共同界定出一缺口16,该凸隆部13的一侧横向相间隔设有三分别电性连接各端子12的导电片17,各导电片17分别位于二凸出板14之间,且分别可供电性连接一芯线,各芯线分别包括火线、地线、水线。
一隔离件2:
请参阅图1配合图2所示,该隔离件2包括一基座21,该基座21一侧面中央段部相间隔设有二隔离板22,且该基座21一侧面于相反二端分别设有一卡扣件23,各卡扣件23分别可选择性由上而下、或由下而上卡扣该缺口16相反二口缘(即各凸出板14邻接该缺口16的一缘边),以令各隔离板2分别位于相邻二导电片17之间,以令该隔离件2连结于该板体11的一侧如图中该板体11的底面、或该板体11的另一侧(图中该板体11的顶面)。
通过上述可知,本发明的插头内架A舍弃盖体的设置,使得整体体积大幅度缩小,再通过该隔离件2的设置不仅可填补该缺口16,同时提供各导电片17隔离的效果,如此避免各导电片17相互之间因接触而产生线路走火,或是各导电片17与芯线铆接后,各芯线因接触而产生线路走火等问题,进而解决背景技术所述现有插头内架体不足之处。
此外,如图1或图2的所示,各卡扣件23较佳由下而上与该缺口16的相反二口缘形成卡扣,以令该隔离件2连结于该板体11的一侧(如图中该板体11的底面),于此实施态样下,各导电片17与该芯线进行铆接过程中,该隔离件2可提供乘载该芯线的作用,以避免该芯线因挠曲等问题而影响铆接的进行。
以上说明对本发明而言只是说明性的,而非限制性的,本领域普通技术人员理解,在不脱离权利要求所限定的精神和范围的情况下,可作出许多修改、变化或等效,但都将落入本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (2)

1.一种舍弃盖体的插头内架的芯线隔离构造,其特征在于,包括:
一插头内架本体:包括一板体,该板体一侧设有三个端子,且该板体另一侧设有面积小于该板体的一凸隆部,该板体的一侧缘相间隔延伸两个凸出板,各凸出板相对于该凸隆部的一侧形成裸出,以令各凸出板及该凸隆部共同界定出一缺口,该凸隆部的一侧横向相间隔设有三个分别电性连接各端子的导电片,各导电片分别位于两个凸出板之间,且分别可供电性连接一芯线;
一隔离件:包括一基座,该基座一侧面中央段部相间隔设有两个隔离板,且该基座一侧面于相反二端分别设有一卡扣件,各卡扣件分别卡扣该缺口相反两个口缘以令各隔离板分别位于相邻的两个导电片之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述舍弃盖体的插头内架的芯线隔离构造,其特征在于:各卡扣件由下而上分别卡扣该缺口相反二口缘。
