Description

Transmission method and transmission system of book checking information
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of book publishing digitization, in particular to a transmission method and a transmission system of book checking information.
Background
Currently, in the process of typesetting and proofreading books, a proofreading mode based on paper patterns is widely adopted by various publishing organizations and cooperative typesetting enterprises thereof due to the characteristics of rapidness and convenience. Meanwhile, because office locations of a publishing agency and a typesetting enterprise are usually not located at one place, after editing or a proofreading staff completes the examination and the proofreading of the manuscript, the modification opinions are generally fed back to the typesetter at different places by adopting the following two modes:
firstly, the typesetting enterprise sends people to get the paper pattern and returns the paper pattern to the company for reference modification.
And secondly, when the changed pages are less or the time is urgent, book checking personnel of the publishing institution collects the book pattern images in a photographing mode and then sends the book pattern images to typesetters for reference and modification through a network.
The above two approaches face the following problems in practical operation:
firstly, the efficiency of getting paper samples from the door is low, the time is long, and the cost is high.
Secondly, the photos need to be exported when the paper patterns are photographed, then information such as book names, file names, page numbers and the like is correspondingly marked, the operation is complicated, and particularly when the number of pages needing to be photographed is large, the required time is long.
And thirdly, when the information of the pattern images is transmitted through the network, under the condition that a plurality of pages exist, the page information corresponding to the photos is manually input, errors are easy to occur, and troubles are brought to typesetters.
Therefore, how to improve the work efficiency of the book checking and typesetting becomes an urgent problem to be solved.

Fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram showing a transmission system of book checking information according to another embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in FIG. 4, the transmission system 400 of book checking information according to another embodiment of the present invention includes a checking client 402, a book pattern printing unit 404, a book pattern collecting unit 406, a book pattern identifying unit 408, a book pattern transmission unit 410, and a typesetting client 412.
The reviewing client 402 is an interface for the reviewing personnel of the publishing institution to interact with the system. The books, the typesetting files of the versions and the corresponding paper pattern image information can be managed and checked by the checking personnel through the checking client 402. Meanwhile, the relevant parameters of the modules such as the book pattern printing unit 404, the book pattern collecting unit 406, the book pattern identifying unit 408, the book pattern transmitting unit 410 and the like can be set.
After receiving the typesetting file from the typesetter, the proof reader submits the typesetting file to the book paper pattern printing unit 404 through the proof client 402 to print the paper pattern.
Preferably, the review client 402 supports on-line review and approval and uploading of attachments to the page by the review personnel as a supplement to the proof reading.
The book pattern printing unit 404 includes a typesetting document rasterization module, a page code generation module, a page identification code embedding module, and a printing device output module. The unit is responsible for printing the typeset document on paper to form a paper pattern for subsequent checking. In the printing process, the page information of the picture is coded according to a specified rule, a unique identification code of each page is formed, and the identification code is embedded into a specified position of each page and is printed together with the page.
Specifically, the typesetting document rasterization module is used for rasterizing the typesetting document according to the specified resolution to generate a page dot matrix so as to be conveniently sent to a printer for paper pattern printing.
The page code generating module is used for coding the page information according to a preset coding rule, and generating a corresponding printable one-dimensional code or two-dimensional code (namely an identification code) according to the coding and the resolution adopted by the typesetting file rasterization module, so as to be used for the automatic identification of a subsequent system.
The page information refers to page related information which needs to be obtained when the page is subsequently and automatically identified, and the page information includes but is not limited to book ID, part ID, file ID, page ID and the like according to specific requirements.
The preset coding rule is determined according to the specific situation of the system. Preferably, to prevent subsequent identification or input errors, a check bit may be set at the time of encoding; for easier recognition, the encoded content generated according to this rule should be as short as possible to facilitate error correction.
The page identification code embedding module is used for embedding the codes generated by the page code generating module and the one-dimensional codes or the two-dimensional codes corresponding to the codes into the page dot matrix generated by the typesetting document rasterization module according to the position preset by the user.
The preset position refers to the position coordinates of the layout of the identification code set by a user according to the typesetting characteristics of the book on the principle that the original contents of the layout center are not covered. Typically, this position is set at a portion of the page near the four corners to utilize the header footer and the left and right margins. This location may be different for different books.
And the printing equipment output module is responsible for connecting the printing equipment and outputting the page dot matrix embedded with the identification code to the printing equipment so as to obtain a book paper pattern for subsequent checking.
And after taking the book pattern, the checking personnel of the publishing company carries out annotation modification on the book pattern according to own habits. After the checking work is completed, the checking personnel submits the paper pattern with the annotation information to the book paper pattern collecting unit 406.
The book pattern collecting unit 406 is used for collecting pattern pictures (i.e. images in the above) of the book for subsequent network transmission. The unit comprises one or more image acquisition equipment connecting modules, and different image acquisition equipment can be selected according to the number of pages to be acquired or other factors. For example: in order to improve the image acquisition effect and efficiency, a high-speed shooting instrument can be used for replacing a common mobile phone or a digital camera; in order to increase the image acquisition speed, an automatic continuous paper feed scanner or the like is used for book patterns with a large number of modifications.
After the book pattern image information is collected by the book pattern collecting unit 406, the collected images are submitted to the book pattern identifying unit 408 one by one for page information identification and automatic binding of the pattern image information.
The book pattern recognition unit 408 is responsible for parsing the page information in the pattern image information and associating it with the current pattern image. The unit comprises a page information automatic identification module and an image correlation module.
The page information automatic identification module is used for analyzing the one-dimensional code or the two-dimensional code containing the page information in the paper pattern image submitted by the book paper pattern acquisition unit 406 and reading the relevant page information from the one-dimensional code or the two-dimensional code.
Preferably, after the code read out by the page information automatic identification module, the read code is checked according to a code check rule, and if the code does not pass the check, an error is reported to avoid causing subsequent errors.
Preferably, besides the one-dimensional code or the two-dimensional code, a code of page information is embedded on the page of the book pattern, and the code corresponds to the one-dimensional code or the two-dimensional code. When the automatic identification of the page information fails, the user is allowed to manually input the code for supplement. In the method, the user does not need to search the corresponding page information, and only needs to simply input according to the paper pattern. For codes manually input by a user, the system also needs to check, and the check does not pass the prompt so as to ensure the correctness of the input by the user.
The image correlation module is responsible for automatically correlating the page information with the paper pattern image according to the result analyzed by the page information automatic identification module so as to facilitate the structured display of the subsequent book checking result.
The book pattern transmission unit 410 is configured to transmit the page information associated with the book pattern identification unit 408 and the corresponding pattern image to the typesetting client 412 used by the typesetter through the internet.
Preferably, the book pattern transmission unit 410 transmits the file through an upper network protocol (such as FTP and HTTP) supporting segmented transmission, so as to implement breakpoint transmission of the big data, thereby enhancing reliability and availability of the system.
The typesetting client 412 is installed and deployed in a typesetting enterprise, and is responsible for receiving the book checking result information sent by the book pattern transmission unit 410, performing structured display, and providing a search function to facilitate typesetting personnel to adjust and modify the typesetting file based on the comment information. Meanwhile, the typesetting client 412 provides a paper pattern printing function to facilitate the typesetter to obtain the paper checking result.
The technical scheme of the invention is explained in detail in combination with the attached drawings, and the working efficiency of book checking and typesetting can be effectively improved through the technical scheme of the invention.
