The present invention is directed to an apparatus for automatically transferring articles, which solves the above problems of the prior art.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme: an automatic article conveying device comprises a fixed seat, a first mounting plate, an electromagnetic sliding rail, a first roller and a dust collecting bin, wherein supporting legs are mounted at four corners above the fixed seat, a dust collecting bin is arranged at the middle position above the fixed seat, the first mounting plate is arranged above the supporting legs, a negative pressure fan is arranged below the first mounting plate, the negative pressure fan and the dust collecting bin are positioned at the inner side position of the supporting legs, the input end of the negative pressure fan is communicated with the dust collecting bin through an air duct, the top of the dust collecting bin is communicated with the first mounting plate through a dust hood, a communicating pipe is mounted at the output end of the negative pressure fan, a door type upright post is arranged above the first mounting plate, electric pneumatic cylinders are arranged at two ends above the inner part of the door type upright post, the output ends of the electric pneumatic cylinders are provided with second mounting plates, and second motors are arranged at two ends, the brush plate is arranged at the output end of the second motor, the bracket is arranged below the second mounting plate, the mounting block is arranged below the bracket, the gas pipe is arranged below the mounting block, two groups of gas nozzles are arranged at two ends below the gas pipe, two groups of electromagnetic slide rails are arranged on the first mounting plate below the door-type upright post, two groups of U-shaped grooves are arranged at two ends above the electromagnetic slide rails through slide blocks, the first roller is uniformly arranged in each U-shaped groove, the supporting plate is arranged at one end of each U-shaped groove far away from the second motor, the first motor is arranged at one end of the supporting plate far away from the first roller, the output end of the first motor is connected with the first roller through a belt pulley mechanism, the first fixing plate is arranged above the supporting plate, the spring is arranged below the first fixing plate, and the second fixing plate is arranged below the spring, and the bottom of the second fixing plate is uniformly provided with second rollers, and the output end of the negative pressure fan is communicated with the gas pipe through a communicating pipe.
Preferably, the four corners of the lower part of the fixing seat are all provided with shockproof supporting feet, and the bottoms of the shockproof supporting feet are all provided with damping rubber pads.
Preferably, the dust collecting cabin is internally provided with a dust collecting cloth bag through a fixed buckle.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the circuit board conveying device is provided with a fixing mechanism consisting of a spring and a second roller, the circuit board can be fixed on the first roller, the circuit board is prevented from falling off during conveying, the conveying process is more stable, the spring has elasticity, the device can be suitable for circuit boards with different thicknesses, meanwhile, the arrangement of the brush board and the air nozzle can clean dust gathered during the conveying process of the circuit board surface, the air pressure generated by the air nozzle during blowing can enable the circuit board to be fixed on the first roller more stably, and for the dust generated during the cleaning process, the arrangement of the dust collecting bin can collect the cleaned dust to avoid the dust from scattering in the air, so that the harm to the health of workers is caused, meanwhile, the suction force generated by a negative pressure fan can clean the dust below the circuit board, and both sides of the circuit board can be cleaned completely, the distance between two sets of first rollers can be adjusted to the setting of electromagnetism slide rail for make the device can be applicable to the circuit board of different width.

The working principle is as follows: before use, a circuit board is placed above the first roller 7, when the device is used, the device is powered on, the distance between the two first rollers 7 is adjusted through the electromagnetic sliding rail 5 according to the width of the circuit board, then the circuit board is fixed on the first roller 7 through the pair of the spring 10 and the second roller 29, the first motor 9 is started, the first roller 7 is driven to rotate by the first motor 9 through the belt pulley 30, the circuit board is conveyed into the door-type upright post 8, the electric pneumatic cylinder 15 is started to move the mounting block 16 and the brush board 12 to the upper part of the circuit board, the brush board 12 is tightly attached to the surface of the circuit board, the second motor 14 is started, the brush board 12 is driven to rotate by the second motor 14 to clean the upper surface of the circuit board, the negative pressure fan 24 is started, dust on the surface of the circuit board is blown up through the air nozzle 18 by air blown out of the negative pressure fan 24, and meanwhile, the suction force generated by the input end of the negative pressure, and draws the dust generated by sweeping into the dust collecting bin 21 for storage.
