The pipeline assembly is an important step in the pipeline welding control, the control of the groove gap is a difficult point of the pipeline assembly, particularly for a pressure pipeline, the quality of the pipeline welding quality is directly affected by the groove gap adjustment, and under the general condition, the pipeline welding adopts single-sided welding and double-sided forming, so that argon tungsten arc welding is generally adopted in the pipeline welding, and the welding method is most beneficial to ensuring the internal quality of the pipeline welding. However, in the case of welding thick-wall pipes, welding deformation is often generated with heat input during welding due to high welding penetration, and the welding quality of the pipes is seriously affected, so that the gap of the grooves must be strictly controlled. Two general groove gap adjustment methods are adopted, one is to fix through spot welding rib plates, but the parent metal is damaged; the other is direct spot welding after assembly, but the size of the gap is not beneficial to control, so that the welding quality is affected.
